The treehouse is beautiful, with great views and breathtaking sunsets from the balconies. My kids had an amazing time there. I highly recommend it.

We loved the open spacious living areas and the outside deck.

The view was breath taking and the property was spacious and clean!

It was very spacious and had a nice outdoor patio area. The house is somewhat dated and the carpet was very stained.

The home feels very light and airy. The layout of the space is really beautiful and the land you are surrounded by gives off so much peace and solice. I recommend experiencing this lovely home if you have an opportunity. You will enjoy it whole heartedly. My family will cherish the memories we made for the rest of our lives.

The house manager was great! Very quick with responses and kind. The home was clean fairly well. I loved they have games available for guests, although we did bring our own games also. The area is beautiful. The big con for me is the very steep driveway. Every vehicle we brought stalled going back up. I recommend you park at the top and walk down the driveway, if possible (before dark). Not a good amount of lighting. Besides the very steep driveway, our experience was good.

The home was beautiful just like the listing. We loved the location and it was spacious for our family gathering. The views were beautiful and we had a wonderful time during our stay. We would definitely book again. Thank you for having us.

The house was perfect for our family of 8 and a nice getaway during the summer. We enjoyed how big and spacious the house was. The top floor deck/patio was perfect to hangout, play games, read, and take beautiful sunset pictures.
We enjoyed the community pools which were close enough to drive to and rental provided a pool key. There are three pools to choose from in the gated community, which we found by doing our own research. Each pool is different from the others….we visited all three during our stay. It was a great way to cool off in the month of July.
The rental service communicated with us right away before we arrived about any information, updates, or problems. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and toilet while we were there, and they quickly sent someone out to fix the issue. We are very impressed with their communication and timing.
We did all of our meals at the house. There were enough cooking items such as pots, pans, baking sheets, and utensils.
We loved how they provided a washing machine and dryer with detergent pods to accommodate our stay. They also provided soaps, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, garbage bags, and dishwasher pods. They were small, but still provided for guests.
The upstairs (main floor) gets very warm during the day but it did it’s best to keep up due to the high temperatures in July. By the evening, it was registering cooler temperatures. The bottom floors were always cool and never got warm.
We would recommend others to stay at the rental if you want to entertain a large group. We truly had the best time by playing games, visiting the community pools, watching movies, hanging out on the decks, and simply enjoying time with our family.
I would not recommend this house to anyone that has trouble walking down a steep slope though. The driveway was very steep to drive down and after we parked, then we took it slow to walk down to the front door. Also, if you are looking for a house on the water or wanted to walk to the water, this is not your house. We tried to take a hike from the house to the water, but it was so overgrown, that it was not possible.
Again, we enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse with our family and the rental company was always quick to reply. We made lots of memories and had the best time!

Had to contact property manager as there were many problems.
Water pressure too low. A/C could not keep property cool.
Vacasa employee Kelly promised to determine a refund of some of the cost of rentingl this house. BUT HAS NOT FOLLOWED UP. I cannot recommend this house to anyone until many issues are addressed.
Worse property I have stayed at.

We had so much fun, and the property was amazing. Comfortable, beautiful views, lots of amenities. We would go back again and again.

It was a good stay great views specially but just if you need to go to the store it is very far.

We had a great stay at the Treehouse. We enjoyed the house and the views and the facilities. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a large group to chill and enjoy.
A note for Vacasa - We were disappointed that there were no trash bags and paper towels in the house. The only trash bag was the one in the small trash bin. We were told by Vacasa that we will have to get our own trash bags. For charging so much, I am sure Vacasa can leave some trash bags for the guests so that they dont have to think about this detail. Or atleast put a note in the rental agreement that you have to provide your own so that we can plan for it.

Peaceful setting with lots of space for a group. Plenty of paces to sit and sleep. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Unfortunately if you are looking for water at your backyard this house isn't it. Doesn't look like water has come that close in years. It's a bit of a walk which we made work. The bigger problem was the ants in the house. The restrooms were infested crawling all over the tub and any items you left out. And to make it worst the beds had ants too. My daughter came home with about 20 ant bites all over from her first night in the bed. Reported to management and they said we need pictures so I provided pictures. Lastly if you need to use the restrooms at community pool management will direct you to drive back to unit for restroom use.
Pros: the house had plenty of space, cool views and allowed for quality time with the family.

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Perfect for our extended family with all the bedrooms and baths. Only problems… needed more trash bags (3 wasn’t enough for 5 days), no Kleenex box, can opener didn’t work , needed 2nd outdoor trash can and post somewhere trash pick up day.

Not only did we celebrate my boyfriend’s 40th birthday, but we also got engaged! It was perfect for our close family and friends. It reminded me of a weekend on the lake when I was growing up! It was the perfect house for the perfect weekend. A bit weathered but it had an old campy feel, and it definitely brought us all back to our late 80’s, esrly 90’s childhood vacations! The house slept everyone perfectly and was the perfect space for entertainment! We will be back! I hope to do this year after year! Such an unforgettable trip.

The home is beautiful!! We brought our church youth group to unplug & get back to basics & this home was the perfect setting. If you plan on cooking make sure you bring/buy spices. Everything else you will need as far as dishes to cook with are provided in the home. The water levels are extremely low right now so the creek isn't there, but the lake front is just a hike away. There is also a pool as soon as you pull in the front gate to the community & Krause Springs is about 10min away. I would definitely recommend this home!!

The house is pretty in a great location and clean we was able to enjoy it but one of the few things to do is canoe and we cannot find the oars we ask but was told they didn’t know 🙁 Where if any was they probably have to take out from the list of things this house comes with 🤷♀️

We shared this house with 3 families, all with young children. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The photos don't do justice to the deck view. It's stunning.
Just a heads up, the bank area and water are a bit of a trek down a lot of stairs. It's not a quick and easy walk, especially if you're hauling gear or children. The house is built into the hillside, which is really cool but also doesn't leave room for outdoor games (no place to play horseshoes, etc).
Overall we had a lovely stay and would be happy to visit again.

We had 15 people stay at the home and there was enough space for all of us. The driveway was pretty steep to get down but all of our cars made it without any issues. We had one issue with the home that was addressed and we were taken care of. Customer service did an amazing job. The view is amazing. Everyone enjoyed the kayak and canoes that were left for our use. There were even enough life jackets for all the littles we had with us. You can only access the outside steps to get to the lake through the bottom floor so whoever stays on the bottom floor will have traffic going in and out. The top floor starts to warm up mid day. It looks as if the thermostat is automatically set to raise the temperature around noon so it was pretty warm on the top floor when we returned from our afternoon activities. The bottom floor and middle floor stayed cool the entire stay. There is a community pool and community boat ramp that we had access to as well. Krause Springs is a 5-minute drive from the property. They have a man-made pool that is fed by the springs and the natural springs that you can enjoy on your stay as well. That was a nice surprise as it is not mentioned in the description. Overall we would rent the property again and look forward to next summer on Lake Travis.

My family loved the house and the set up was perfect. We did have a few issues that I wanted to let you know about. When we arrived to the home there was water balloon stuff all around the driveway. It also seemed as if the cleaning had not been completed. There were 2 dirty wet towels sitting next to the sink. The dish drain was full of dishes as was the dishwasher (which we unloaded in order to load our own dishes in). The trash can was sitting in the middle of the kitchen. Regarding cleanliness, there were all kinds of cobwebs in the windows. The AC was not the best. Beyond those items, our stay was great.

We had a great visit and would stay again. The driveway is very steep which could be a problem for some people. The stairs to the water access are also steep and numerous. The living areas are very roomy and most household items are provided. We had no issue with towels but we found blankets to be limited. There was no blanket on our master bed other than the quilt that I would not normally sleep with. The water pressure was great even with 16 of us. The fridge is big and there is plenty storage for a longer stay. Life vests ,a kayak and a canoe were also available. We really couldn't use this feature due to weather. Oh and there are board games and access to ROKU streaming. The internet was strong for all of us. Teens really need the wifi!
Now on to the negative. When we arrived there was gum stuck to the wall and the carpet was stained heading down stairs to the lowest floor. The stain isn't that big of an issue except I wish it was noted already so we didn't have to worry about it. The listing states there is a king bed but it is actually queen. Also, the beds are very very very hard and need replacing or some sort of mattress pad. I also believe there should be one more twin in the master or a fold out bed in there. We had in laws which created a weird sleeping arrangement since some kids didn't want to share beds with kids they don't know that well. The propane grill needs a lot of cleaning. The grease literally caught fire while cooking burgers. There were two scorpions in one of the bedrooms and lots of spider webs on all the windows. I don't know if this is because of COVID or not, but I do wish salt pepper and sugar were provided. There is no Keurig machine and the blender did not work. Our rental host was speedy about providing a propane refill for the grill. We wound up not using it after fearing a fire would start. We cooked the rest inside after that. Lastly, I was very disappointed with the lack of weed eating or trimming back the pathway to the water. There were thorn bushes that needed to be cut out of the way and the canoe was full of water. There was also trash along the hillside. I am sure that is from other renters or the wind but it was sad to look at. All in all, I'd stay again. The views are worth it.

We loved being able to walk to the lake and go on the canoe.
The balcony off the living room was very relaxing. The community pool by the entrance of the neighborhood was best for our larger group because it did not have too many houses around it.
Although the house has sleeping arrangements for 16+ people, majority of them are bunk beds and more accommodating to kids than couples (we had 6 couples in our group)!
We found lots of cob webs (with spiders) around the window seals upon our arrival, which was surprising for a house that had been cleaned just before our arrival. In addition, there were several broken pieces of furniture (ladder to one of the bunks and two fans in the balcony) which did not give a good first impression of this house. The worse part was seeing a rat in the house and following him/her to a hole inside the pantry!

Nice comfortable home that slept all 13 of us. We were here celebrating my daughter‘s graduation from college. The driveway was the only challenge we had in this home. We have a 14 foot trailer with motorbikes behind our truck end it is doable. The young adults 22 and up were challenged by the steepness of the driveway. Thank you

Nice place
Great place. Lots of room to move around. Clean on the inside. Outside could use some refurbishing but certainly not a deal breaker. Lake Travis is very low so the water that would normally be near the house is about 150 yards away. Beware that the driveway is the steepest slope I’ve ever seen. Don’t even know how they got the concrete slab to stay level. Could be very dangerous if it’s wet but you can park on the street at the top.
Only complaint was that there were several overflowing full trash cans left from the previous stay and were never emptied during our two days there. Maybe it was a holiday when we stayed?
Overall, a very nice and quiet place to relax.
