Felixstowe beachfront apartment

The studio apartment has everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean and the bed and furnishings were very comfortable. Easy access for able people, and great communication.

As it's a basement apartment, there are not many windows to open, so we had to leave the front door open while we were there. Except for when we're sleeping, of course. If you are loading or unloading your vehicle, the neighbours are very quick to remind you that you can't park in front of their garage. So parking by the property could be an issue.

Relaxing, and feel very happy there .

Absolutely stunning apartment , extremely clean , very quirky and decor was fantastic , we absolutely loved this place , perfect location on sea front and a short walk to shops and restaurant. To top it the owner puts her own paintings in the apartment and they are brilliant sis much so I'm going to buy one . Thank you Donna we will definitely stay again . S and M

Cozy place by the beach of Felixtowe

Beautiful location, right by the sea and near nice coffee place. Very convenient, and very friendly contact with host. Super comfortable bed.

Picture perfect stay

Such a warm and cosy environment and you can witness a beautiful sunrise on a clear day. All amenities are catered for. The heating was on at regular intervals and the bath and shower was always hot. Having a dishwasher was also a great help. Donna was so lovely and never really heard her other than bumping into her one day. I hope to be back one day

The shower head was a tad loose, but it was brilliant otherwise

Perfect Seaview Stay.

Great location, nice to see the sunrise in morning across the sea. So close to many nice bars and restaurants. Host allowed us in early and to stay later.

This was a real find! An absolute gem in a fantastic location right on the seafront. Would highly recommend it. Excellent value for money and super accommodation.

The location was perfect, on the seafront and close to restaurants, the Spa Pavilion and the Pier. The apartment was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The modern kitchenette was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

Met my needs completely and what could have been a chore was a pleasure.

On the coldest day ever the flat was toasty warm when I arrived in the dark and lights had been left on ready to welcome me. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Absolutely 100% perfect!

Wow! Wow! and more Wow! This is an absolute gem of a place. The location is spectacular - directly opposite the beach. The studio apartment is perfect. Parking is available. Donna (the host) keeps the apartment lovely and cosy with the heating on. There are lots of helpful notes around so that you aren't bewildered at all! I will definitely be back!

The wifi dropped out once during a teams meeting but I wouldn't normally have meetings that early in the morning so no big deal.

Enjoyed everything about this place, it is a lovely, quant place to stay. It has everything that you would need. Location is awesome, right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Donna was very helpful and communicated really well.

Superb

Beautiful, cosy apartment with sea views from the living room. Very clean, comfortable bed, and great arty decoration- lots of the owner's stunning art works on the walls. It had all you could want to cook a meal there (though we ate out- Steak and Lobster house just down the road highly recommended). Did not meet the owner but her communication was friendly and helpful, and we were able to check in a bit earlier that day. Would love to stay again some time!

A lovely little apartment right on the promenade. Very clean and neat and tidy. The host is very helpful and fast to respond to any questions or queries.
