This comfortable, very clean home is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood just minutes from town. The amenities exceeded expectations as EVERYTHING needed is provided by the excellent, very communicative host. The AC cranks cold air, the pool was clean and inviting with a water feature to provide a relaxing outdoor setting. The backyard is private with plenty of space to sit and relax by two separate fire pits. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to grill or cook inside. Again, the home was exceptionally clean and comfortable, beds were great to sleep in. The host is 5 star, sent informative email prior to arrival and even texted us indicating house was ready before check in as cleaning was done early. The ability to park our car in the garage was welcome as temps were 110 plus. Having stayed at many rental homes we rate this one above most if not all after all things considered! We will most certainly rent again!

The house is up to date, comfortable and well maintained. The yard is lovely for sitting out and gazing at the hills (no house right behind it.) I've dealt with a number of management companies and Evolve is the very best. Responsive and easy to work with with clear instructions. Would rent again.

Outstanding in every way. The house is beautiful with a layout that is very accommodating for a large group. The pool area was the destination for the family every evening for spectacular views of the mountains at sunset. Fountain Hills is a quiet friendly little town with plenty of good restaurants, and virtually no traffic which was very nice to come back to after traveling to many of the area Spring Traing parks. Communication with the host was easy as was check in and out. My family and I are already planning our trip for Spring Training ‘25.

Loved this home. As described. Owners were attentive when we had question. View out the back of mountains was wonderful. We opted for heated pool during a cool week and that worked out nicely. Kitchen was large and had all the was needed for home cooking, which we did a lot of. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. 5 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. The home is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Many good restaurants nearby as well.

The property was absolutely beautiful and more than big enough for 7 of us (two family groups.) Backyard was a delight and we made good use of the pool, hot tub and snores pit. Wonderful time was had by all!

Perfect home and location for our Arizona vacation. We felt right at home in this lovely home. Lots of room, really comfortable beds, great kitchen, an oasis backyard. We can’t wait to come back. Owners and management were awesome with communication and our requests.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. We were gathered for a loved one’s funeral in the Rio Verde area & the accommodations were just what we needed to spend some quality family time together. The swimming pool and outdoor furnishings were spot on for a small gathering of family members before, during & after the funeral services. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for preparing meals for 8 guests. The huge master bedroom & 3 other bedrooms were very comfortable & provided some privacy for overnight guests along with 3 full bathrooms. No doubt, if we need to return to the Fountain Hills area, this house we be our first choice!

This was a fantastic place to stay. The quiet serene atmosphere was refreshing. The patio coupled with the resort style pool make this the place to stay. The hosts were gracious in their communication and check in was seamless. This was very close to the McDowell Mountain Regional Park which was great for hiking . I would definitely stay here again.

The property was fantastic. The quiet serene location coupled with the resort style patio and pool area make this the place to stay! The hosts were gracious in their communication. Very close to the McDowell Mountain Regional Park which was great for hiking. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! Lighting was a bit dim and it was a guessing game which light switches did what, but the beds were comfortable, pool was the perfect temperature and the backyard was very nice. The manager responded quickly to questions.

Amazing views of the mountains from the pool and hot tub facing into the sunset. Bedrooms well spaced out for privacy. Top quality bedding, towel and linens. Great outdoor space. Excellent TV and assortment of games, puzzles, quiet town close to Scottsdale. Gracious hosts. Would definately stay here again.

The property location was perfect, quiet and wonderful views. Swimming pool was excellent, we spent most of our time outside. Kitchen was very well supplied with everything we could need. Beds were amazing, bedding excellent and bathroom supplies were wonderful. Some Umbrellas did not work but it was easy enough to move around for shade. We had the perfect time away in this wonderful property.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The pool area is amazing, we barley wanted to leave the house because the outside area was so nice. Perfect for entertaining a small group of people. Thank you so much to the owners for sharing this property. The only downside was that it was quite a distance to travel to most places. Keep that in mind if you are planning to be a part of a lot of night life. The neighborhood was stunning and very much so a safe place.

This house had everything we needed for ages 5 to 75! Location was great and view was gorgeous. We enjoyed hiking in the morning, grabbing lunch nearby, and lounging in the pool in the afternoon. Easy drive to Scottsdale for dinners. The owners were great and responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay again!

Family and a couple of friends came for thanksgiving. House was beautiful. Great backyard space with amazing pool. Kitchen was very spacious. Very comfortable. My only complaint was the bunk beds were small for 2 adults. But everything was great. Susie was a fabulous host.

All the perfect amenities, super clean and a heavenly bed for sleeping! So close to all of the Fountain Hills restaurants and paths and a great home base for Tonto exploring. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We came to Arizona to spend time with family. It was a perfect getaway. The pool area was fantastic. Easy to visit with those wanting to be in the pool while others sat in the ample seating around the pool. The pool was heated and the perfect temperature. We loved the huge kitchen and the easy check in process. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
