Exceptional place in a tiny hamlet of Bengal

Despite the location being away from Kolkata (closer to Kalyani, the food at the restaurant is very tasty. It takes some time to be delivered but this is an opportunity to have a casual conversation. They also have cars on hire. We had booked a deluxe room with a request for an extra bed but the room was very small. And when they did not offer a bed but a bedding instead, we expressed our disappointment. The staff despite the late hours of the evening moved us to a three bed room which was exceptional. Very spacious and comfortable.

The deluxe room is very small and does not leave much space for movement for two persons. The bathroom is also very small. They don't give an extra cot but an extra bedding that is laid on the floor (ugh!). This was not communicated to us when we booked or when we checked in. Curtains need to be fixed properly as light streaks into the room.

Worst hotel... Calling it 4star but served like a 1star hotel.

Very bad poor service.they said it 4srar but it was worse experience than 2star hotel.They trapped you by showing mini bar in room and during checkout harassed you and charged double money.. Bathroom is worst.. Very very very bad experience.. don't go to this hotel their service is worst.

Very good

Staff is very polite and professional. Facilities are satisfactory If you are forced to choose the location, you actually don't have any other choice. Food is delicious. House keeping is prompt and proper.

Swimming pool is a joke, do not count on it Food and room tariff is on the higher side. Room size is small.
