Would go again. That’s good.

The coffee pods were great. Parking was good. Lots of space. Beds were very comfortable. Just as expected. No surprises. That’s good.

Very good

They seemed to have just about anything you could need for your stay there. Extra soaps, extra bedding, even fans and sound machines for the bedrooms. It is a cute little basement apartment close to University. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Because it is in a basement apartment of a house, there's a bit of noise transference from the floors. But nothing too outstanding, just walking around type noises.

Excellent value in a neat mountain town.

Perfectly located in town. Next to campus and close to downtown. Apartment was well stocked for all needs and was in great shape.

Couch and chairs were a little on the small size. Many previous reviews noted the noise of the upstairs dwellers. While the footsteps were very aidiblr it never was much of a distraction.

Laramie is a great town and this is a perfect base

it was just perfect for our stay in Laramie / just wish we could have spent longer there. Very well designed apartment with all facilities, and very helpful suggestions and instructions from the owners. It’s basement level but not dark, and we felt very much at home. Parking right outside the door too.

Better than any hotel room in Laramie.

Quiet, clean, close to supermarket.

book the upstairs the thermostat is there. Downstairs where we were was too warm. We had to call and they turned down the thermostat remotely. No other issues

Served your needs just fine!

Liked the additional space over a hotel room, but did miss breakfast.

We had water leak from the upstairs unit during our stay. Hope the damage wasn't permanent. You need to add NBC and ABC to your Roku set up, unable to watch or add because we didn't know the code.

Excellent and we would stay there again in a heartbeat

We made our own breakfast since we had to leave early. The apartment had everything we needed except a toaster.

Nicely apportioned, clean, bed rooms were great - loved the white noise machines!. Kitchen was great and kudos for both kuerig and traditional coffee makers! Great location and very thankful for off-street parking!

We were impressed with the apartment! Great value, great location, wonderful host.

The place was very well appointed, and in a great location. It was obvious that thought and care went into the hosting, and the place was very comfortable.

There was quite a bit of noise from the upstairs tenant - simply walking around. Perhaps better ceiling/floor insulation is needed??

Apartment was modern and clean. A lot of thought had gone into decor. Kitchen was very well equipped

We had ground floor apartment and we could hear everything from upstairs. No soundproofing in the ceiling which was a bit of a nuisance

Awesome location. Very comfortable stay for my whole family. Owners came New Years morning and shoveled snow after a storm on New Year’s Eve!

This was the cutest, coziest place to stay for our weekend getaway to Laramie to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday! So perfectly set up and decorated-- I couldn't have been happier with it and all logistics were easy and responsiveness made it super easy. I would highly recommend this spot and wish I could have stayed longer-- we will be back!

The location is great nicely updated & clean

Very steep stairs & in the basement. Also the beds squeaked but luckily they had a white noise machine that helped so I didn’t wake up every time I moved!

Pleasant

I was in the downstairs or basement rooms. Nicely set up and clean but the noise through the ceiling was dreadful. People stomping around on hardwood floors like a herd of Buffalo most of the evening. Desperately needs some soundproofing or carpet if basement guests are to have a degree of quiet. Convenient location, just noisy from above!
