Beach Life 2 Bedroom SEA VIEW Apartment Self Catering (Sleeps 2-4). Modern and stylish accommodation. Ideal for family holidays or couples! Large open plan kitchen & lounge with stunning panoramic views of the North Bay, Castle, beach and coast line. Lounge area has 44" Smart TV. Large Master bedroom: king size pocket sprung bed and 32" Smart TV . Smaller 2nd bedroom: kingsize zip-lock bed (standard) that splits into 2 single beds (on request) and 26" digital TV. High quality bed linen and large soft towels are provided, all rooms have quality black-out curtains. Beautiful bathroom with combined bath and shower. There is full central heating and a modern, wall mounted electric fire in the lounge. Free WiFi throughout. Families and couples welcome. We don't accept groups.
Please note this apartment is located on the 3rd floor and it has 3 flights of stairs to it. We do not have a lift facility.
The Helaina Luxury Apartments are an ideal retreat if you seek modern, stylish, high quality accommodation. The 5 apartments are all recently refurbished to a high standard, including new kitchens and bathrooms, spacious lounges with large Smart TV's, 1 or 2 bedroom options and most have stunning sea views. We provide high quality linen and the master bedrooms have pocket sprung kingsize beds to ensure maximum comfort . The Luxury One Bedroom Sea View Apartment has ground floor access so no stairs. Free WiFI throughout. They are ideal for families or couples.

We booked to stay in apartment number 5 - great friendly check in - lots of steps to climb (no lift) but worth the climb, beautiful spacious apartment, furnished to a high standard, spotlessly clean. And wow what a view over the bay. As its at the top it's lovely and quiet. We enjoyed our stay that much we are going back later this week and again later this year.

emma met us to check in, what a lovely lady, polite, helpful ( stood in a parking space while my partner got there with the car) znd helped us with our bags as we were in apartment 5 on the top floor and had a 3 year old with us. The apartment was stunning, everything is there that you need, all clean, with hand sanistiser and anti virus spray.we will definitely be rebooking to stay here.

We stayed for 4 nights to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary since travelling abroad is still so risky and fraught with delays. We took the top floor apartment and despite the 7 (yes seven) flights of stairs to get to the top it was worth the walk, the apartment itself is warm and comfy and the views are amazing, We even had a friendly seagull who stood outside the window every morning hoping for treats lol All in all a perfect break even if the good old British weather wasn't the best

Stayed in Beach Life for the first time. Blissfully unaware until arrival that this is on the very top floor and is a hell of a walk, even for two people who consider themselves pretty fit, so be warned! That being said, as always, apartment spotless and very quiet.

The appartment is just as you can see in the photos on the website. Very well equipped kitchen, nice living room with wonderful views, good bathroom-size and two bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom is a bit small, no problem for us as we were only two, but maybe a bit too small for 4 people staying. Parking was no problem at all, and the surroundings are ideal for long walks.

We stayed in the top floor sea view apartment for 3 nights which is absolutely lovely. The sea view is just fabulous to wake up to and the apartment is just lovely, spacious, spotless and beautifully presented. There is everything you need in the kitchen and the lovely open kitchen/lounge space is really nice. Lovely bedrooms and a really comfortable bed and the bathroom is spacious with quality towels. All in all a lovely stay, thank you Tom and Jill.

My partner and I have stayed at the Helaina 4 times now and have booked already for next year? We stay in the appartments which are perfect for us. Everything you need is there, all kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery with a dish washer if you need one. The appartments are clean, tidy and well furnished . I would recommend The Helaina to everyone I know, even the B&B is brilliant - we stayed there the first year and the breakfast was perfect! Overall I can not fault this place !

We stayed in a luxury apartment with lovely views of north bay stretching from the sealife centre to the castle. Very good location, close to both town centre and north bay. Only contact with staff was at check in and departure. However the lady we saw was friendly and efficient, and I'm sure we wouldn't have had any problem should we have needed any assistance. We felt maybe 4 star rating was more accurate than 5 star. There was some general wear and tear to the apartment.

Third time we have stayed at Helaina Luxury Apartments and they always provide us with a high quality and enjoyable stay. Apartment was immaculate and staff very helpful even when I had parking difficulties. Fortunately weather was lovely for our duration, so plenty of walking and trips to the front which is only a few minutes away. Hopefully going back next year if we can, as its become an annual pilgrimage that always lives up to our expectations with the Helaina.

Have stayed in many places over the 30 years while holidaying in Scarborough and have to say its up there with the best. Booked 3 nights and stayed in the apartment in the roof area with a beautiful view over the bay. After a very friendly welcome, we were shown to our room a good two hours early as our apartment was already all cleaned and available which was very much appreciated after a five-hour drive.

Birthday weekend for my wife, 2 nights. Excellent apartment with the best view in Scarborough. High quality finishes and facilities throughout. Extremely comfortable bed. Tasteful décor and furniture. Excellent breakfast with high quality ingredients and preparation. Service was extremely attentive, courteous, efficient and fast. Will definitely come back. Really enjoyed our stay in the Helaina Appartmwmts. Always stayed in B&B accommodation previously but thought we would give the apartment a try and pleased we did. We could do what we wanted, when we wanted as we had full use of the apartment t all the time.
