About this house rental

Come enjoy this 4 bedroom/4 bath duplex that can sleep up to 12 people with the add-on of the sleeper sofas. Blue Lagoon is located on North Shore which is just a few blocks from the renowned shopping and dining of Pine Avenue and features a large, shared heated pool, and an EV Charger. Upon entry in both units, you will find the open living area complete with a queen pull-out sofa bed and flat screen TV where you can relax after a long day in the sun. Off the living room, you will find the fully-stocked kitchen complete with granite counter tops and everything you will need to make a quick snack or full-course meal. Both bedrooms are located off the living room. One room on each side features a king-size bed with flat screen TV and the other features queen-size bed on the north and south sides, both complete with flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. But that's not all, off the kitchen, you can step out back to your patio area complete with gas BBQ and dining area. Directly off the patio is the pool area and you will not be disappointed. The heated pool is large and the outdoor living space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the sun. There are separate, gated entries to the pool for both sides of the duplex. Even though the pool is shared, there are separate areas for each side to enjoy dining alfresco or just relax in the outdoor area. This home also comes with a washer and dryer in the unit along with WiFi throughout and beach cart with beach chairs/umbrella for use during your stay.

This property features an EV charger for our environmentally savvy guests! For just $7.50 a day, you can charge your electric vehicles right on-site, ensuring you're always charged up and ready to explore. Great Property. So close to the beach and Bean point shops and restaurants. The property provides beach wagons, beach toys, chairs, beach towels. We cooked our Thanksgiving Dinner here, had all the needed cookware. We had a great experience.

Our family rented the entire duplex and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area is absolutely perfect with ample seating for dining and for relaxing poolside. We found everything we needed to take to the beach in the handy storage shed. Renters Beware: We parked our rental cart on the private driveway for a couple of hours and according to the local police patrol we were not parked in the correct direction to the street. $50 ticket!

Check in was late because the cleaning crew was still there and once we checked in the place wasn’t even clean! I took pictures and sent to Seabreeze. That really is my only complaint. For the amount of money it costs to rent this place the upkeep should be better and cleaned throughly. We had a couple other issues we addressed while there and they sent maintenance right out to fix it. Id stay here again if it wasn’t so expensive because the pool is amazing. We will be exploring other properties on our next trip.

Great family vacation. Rented both sides for 12 of us. Was a little tight for 12 but we made it work with the couches. Cant beat the location. Few blocks from the beach and shopping area on Gulf and Pine Street. Very nice private area in back with pool. Would book again for sure!

Perfect property for the beach and dining out. We had both sides and having 4 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. We did try to cook a full meal for our group, but did all sit together in each of the living rooms. Hoping to book this property again next year.

The location is fabulous and we enjoyed being close to Pine street and all the shopping and dining along there, and of course the beach is just two blocks. We rented a golf cart and it was nice having places to park the golf cart along the beach. The house was lovely, and all the beach amenities were so great to have. The house came stocked with towels, beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys and two beach carts to load all the stuff up! The house itself is small, but we had 12 people ages 6 to 47. Thanks for a great stay!

12 of us stayed and it was super nice. Pool area was perfect and it’s literally a 3 min walk to the beach with fantastic beach access. We rented a golf cart which IMO is a must. I liked that we had both sides of the duplex with adjoining access to pass through. Everything you need is a 7 mins or less golf cart ride from restaurants , the marina for a sunset cruise , beach (even closer) , Publix , liquor store , etc. Don’t hesitate to book this rental and the property managers were easy to get ahold of and very friendly. Overall great experience. We left a fold out table in the shed for anyone who wants to play beer pong too lol
