Perfect place to stay. Only 10-15 minute walk to Broadway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very clean and even a balcony for morning coffee😊

The apartment is nice, very clean and a great location. Great pool. A couple of suggestions.:
1. it would be nice to get more detailed instruction regarding how to get from your parking spot back into the apartment. It wasn’t clear to us that we had to go back down to the first floor, find the exit door, then go back in to the apartment building.
2. The vent in the bathroom needs some work. It’s very noisy.
3. The TV and remote control are difficult to figure out. Some instructions on how to use the remote would be very appreciated. Changing the channel was very slow.
4. Let renters know that the switch for the garbage disposal is below the sink in the cabinet.
5. Kind of strange that the faucet on the kitchen sink is fixed right in the middle. Cannot be adjusted to move towards the right or left sink.

Perfect place to stay for two. Location in the gulch is great- off the hustle and bustle of Broadway but not far to reach. Apt was the right size for two and the outdoor area was adorable. Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and other amenities.

After navigating the entry instructions, our first impression was great! Place was clean, we could cool off at the pool, and sleeping was comfortable. Great restaurants, and walkable to music city & honky tonks. Wear comfy shoes & you'll have lots of fun!

This was our first visit to Nashville. I absolutely recommend this property for a quiet couple. It is a residential building with a pool, workout room, etc. we walked to the market for a few breakfast items and walked nearly everywhere we wanted to go using this as our home base.
Property managers are extremely responsive and helpful!

The check in process about getting to the room, finding the keypad and where to park was a little confusing

We were looking to be close to downtown but not too close to the craziness. This place was perfect, downtown was walking distance. The apartment is so clean, spacious. It felt really comfortable. Love the washer & dryer in the unit! You are so close to so many cute shops and restaurants. I felt very safe walking back at night. The parking garage & parking situation is pretty confusing- it was hard to find our car from our room, we did a lot of walking to try to find our car lol. The building is just big and easy to get confused on where you are at versus the garage. I definitely would stay here again without a doubt. It was such a nice getaway! The host was very nice & very responsive.

Not only is the complex in a great location, the apartment is literally next door to an elevator that takes you to the main entrance/exit. Restaurants and a grocery store in the immediate area. Parking worked great and is nice to have included. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and the pool view was very nice.

We loved everything about this apartment. It's very close to downtwon Nashville. We just took a quick Uber ride to downtown so we didn't have to worry with parking. It's in a great neighborhood with really good restaurants and shops. We also liked that it is a secure building. We would definitely stay again.

Great space and neighborhood to explore and enjoy Nashville! Check in instructions were very clear, parking was convenient, and the apartment is spacious for two. Lots of great food, drink, and music options nearby.

My husband and I travelled to Nashville for the first time and chose to stay in the Gulch area as we heard it was trendy, popular with locals and was an easy walk or cab to many attractions. We enjoyed this property very much and took full advantage of the gym and gorgeous pool.
The apartment was well stocked with necessary items and was comfortable and tidy.
We had one issue that the rental company took care of immediately! I appreciated that they checked in and asked if there was anything they could help with. Otherwise I likely wouldn't have said anything until the end. They definitely took good care of us and were easy to communicate with.
I would love to go back to Nashville and would strongly consider renting from this company again!

This was a quick two night stop on our way to MN from FL. The apartment was located in a perfect neighborhood and a short walk to Broadway. The amenities were perfect for our group of two and we enjoyed all of the restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nashville was one of our places to visit. We found this great place that met all of our needs. We arrived and it was just like described. The Flat was great for the two of us and was an easy option to meet our travel plans. We were able to have a full kitchen, living areas and outside options. The local area was very clean, people with their pets and safe. Within walking area of downtown, it also offeres a verity of things to do right in the area. We were able to have grocery delivery to the front of the complex or grab an Uber easily. Great stay with whatever vibe you could be looking for within the area.
8.0 / 10.0
The property is very streamlined and hip. If you want to feel like a part of the Gulch, this is your place! There are many restaurants within a 5 minute walk and it’s about a 20 minute walk to downtown. Very close. Do yourself and go to Biscuit Love just across the street for breakfast. It is amazing and if you want to skip the line, you can order online. The only complaint I have is more of a personal preference thing. I like really comfy, cozy furniture and instead, the furniture is very modern and not super comfortable. The bedroom is the same way and there is not really a place to put your clothes unless you want to hang everything up. Besides these things, it was a great property and location.

We loved our stay. The condo is beautiful, clean and close to many places you would want to visit while in Nashville. My only mistake on this trip was renting a car. We didn’t need it. Everything we wanted to see was less than a mile away or If it was farther (5 Daughters Bakery, their donuts are fantastic) we used an Uber. We’d stay here again if we’re ever back in Nashville!

Located in a great area, lots shops and restaurants. Condo was clean and equipped with all our needs (just the basics). Perfect location walking distance to downtown. Easy access to get in and out of the building. We would stay there again!

The apartment was exactly as expected from the listing. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The community is quiet. It was very walkable to lower broadway (I was in a walking boot, too). Make sure to try Biscuit Love right across the street!

10.0 / 10.0
We loved the Gulch, plenty of good restaurants around and a really safe feeling to walk out any time of day and night. Apartment is right across from Biscuit Love.
Large free parking garage which is easy to access. Apartment was plenty big enough for the 2 of us and made a great base for our 5 day trip to Nashville.
Mgt Co communication was good and very responsive.
Definitely recommend this apartment and the Mgt Co that looks after it.

This was the perfect little condo for my husband and I to stay while visiting Nashville. The Gulch is a great safe area with great restaurants with walking distance. The condo owners provided detailed instructions to get in/out of the parking garage and condo. It was great to have parking provided since parking is a premium in downtown Nashville. There is a very nice pool in the complex which we took advantage of. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for others.

My husband and I came down for a short vacation! This place was absolutely the best. We have been here 7 times and will for sure stay at this location again! It was in the perfect area and close to everything we needed. The place itself was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Truly home away from home!!

Perfect location
This apartment is in a perfect location. Surprisingly quiet. Overlooking a lovely pool area. Tastefully decorated, this apartment is small and the furnishings are what you get in a place where they don’t expect you to lounge and hang out......but hey, you’re in Nashville and there is lots to go see and do! The bathtub/shower fixtures are a little wobbly. Also, one of the more complicated check-in processes, but we usually rent private homes, not apartments in a secure building. The residents in the building were friendly. We would stay here again.

The Gulch Location is Great
The Gulch is a pretty awesome location to stay. The rental was EXACTLY as pictured. My biggest complaint would be there was not hot water, the shower was lukewarm at best. It was too late to message management as it was the middle of the night. The pool view is nice, but heads up you’ll feel like anyone down there is watching you moreso than you enjoying the view. Overall, pretty decent property

Fun First Time in Nashville
My son and I had a great time at this location. It was perfect for what we needed - we didn’t spend a ton of time in the unit because exploring Nashville was so easy from here! The Gulch is a great location itself with a ton of great restaurants and nightlife, but it’s also not a long walk to downtown - 15-20 minutes - so we did that each day also! I highly recommend this stay - was easy check-in and out, and we enjoyed the pool table and gym access too. Everyone in building is friendly, too!

The Gulch is a great area to stay in!
Condo is right in the heart of the Gulch. Lots of great restaurants and bars. We walked to Broadway from here each day. Plenty of ride options though. The Urban Nashville staff did a fantastic job from start to finish!

AMAZING
This is the perfect location where it is close to downtown but not too close. It was a 10 min walk or so from downtown or a quick 3 min scooter ride which was also super fun. The apartment was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I and had a stocked kitchen for making our easy meals. I would definitely stay again! The one negative thing I would have to say is that the shower head is low so if you are 6th and over it might be a struggle but besides that everything was perfect!

Perfect accommodations
The location was amazing. A short 10 minute walk to the Broadway area and the Gulch area so clean, quiet and nice. Lovely shops and restaurants steps from the front door. Easy access in and out of the space and very user friendly process for reservation, paperwork and contact from folks managing the property. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Nashville.

Sisters weekend
We came for a sisters getaway/ birthday weekend and had a wonderful stay here! Everything was very clean. The beds, even the rollaway, we’re comfortable. The weather wasn’t good for using the pool area, but it’s beautiful and looks so inviting. Biscuit Love is right across the street! We ordered to go online and could relax in our room until it was ready and not have to wait in the line that went down the block. All of the essentials were in the apartment…toilet paper, linens, paper towels, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, and extra garbage bags. The location of this rental is perfect! There are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance and using Lyft was easy and affordable for going downtown for the evening. We would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to come back in the future!
