We stayed here while in Albuquerque for a concert. It was perfect and had everything we needed for a quick stay. Really comfortable beds and pillows, I slept great. Only 1 downside to our stay. The shower drain was not draining. The owner did a great job of trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we opted not to use the shower. Thankfully, we only live a couple hours away. I go to ABQ often for concerts and hope to stay here again! Love the decor too!

The property is fine, what was not fine was the entrance door, which had the door locks vandalized and the keys were not left in the box specified on the website. The bathroom was a bit covered in paint on the tub. For the price it is fine, except for the problem with the locks on the entrance doors.

The house was as described and very clean. The backyard is very secure if you have dogs. The lock box wasn’t working when we got there to check in, but the host responded very quickly with an alternate way to get into the house.

We came to Albuquerque for a girl’s weekend. The location was great and near Nov Hill.

The place was nice. It was clean and the location was fantastic. There were some nice parks nearby for us to walk our dogs. The property is close to lots of great food and outdoors stuff.
Rajat is quick to reply and is very courteous. We’ll be using his place again.

The property was great, just as advertised! We brought our two dogs and they loved it too. The property manager was attentive and communicative! Clean home, and great central location. Also shout out for the checkout process being the easiest one we have had so far. No crazy requirements or stipulations. We will be staying here again if we ever return to Albuquerque!

The space was very nice and comfortable. We took our dogs for a walk around the neighborhood and it was very nice

The light in the backyard did not work, everday there is a rooster in the yard behind that woke me up. The airport is right over us you hear planes. The place really needs updated. The backyard is nice but no grass.

I lived in this neighborhood for two years in the early nineties. It has been rehabilitated into a lovely area. Close to trails, Nob Hill, historic sites, and great restaurants this hidden gem is a great retreat. The host responded quickly to our questions and addressed them immediately.

We stayed here with our dog for a competition in ABQ. Nice spacious backyard to play in. It was perfect for us.

This location was very close to a nob hill and good for a stroll in the morning! I loved staying here.

There were dead bugs and goat heads on the floor, we swept when we got there and didn’t see any again for the length of our stay. There was no coffee however the tea provided was quite delicious! The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept very well. There is great water pressure in the shower and we loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer on properly.

It was our first time in Albuquerque. The Host was amazing and very accommodating. The home was very comfortable with a spacious backyard for our dogs. We would definitely stay there again.

The access into the home was simple. Thank you.
Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms' pillows had a strand of brown hair left on the pillow, which was not my family member who slept in that room.
The futon/sectional was also very hard to sit on. It was not made for long periods of time to relax on.
And the weather during our stay was absolutely beautiful, so the patio worked out great.
Thanks.

A lovely home. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The home is comfortable with very comfortable bed and crisp white bed linens you would find in a grand hotel! Tasteful decorations, easy to find and it was just as pictured on the website. Great AC option and large completely enclosed backyard which our 2 small dogs loved.

Great price for a place close to our son and DIL. Liked that we could bring our miniature poodle. Good park nearby and fun coffee shop within walking distance. Bed was super comfortable and neighborhood quiet.
4.7
Was close to everything, easy to check in/out. GREAT back yard my two fur babies enjoy. Will recommend getting a small dresser for the rooms. Seems to ne adjoining another property, with separate back yards.
4.7
The beds and rooms look smaller in the pictures than they really are.

Our stay was short, but communication with the owner was easy and everything was as expected!

Very cozy and comfortable. Clean and charming environment

Overall our stay went well. The house was as listed. The house wasn't dirty but could have been cleaned a little better. More dusty than anything. The beds were comfortable and we liked the split units in each room a lot. Our grandkids enjoyed playing in the backyard. It would be nice to see some human kids toys back there instead of just animal bowls and leashes. We didn't cook so can't speak to that end of things but there were adequate pots, pans and other kitchen items. There are some small things that could be done to improve the experience there. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and quiet. The private drive and parking area was perfect and convenient. The beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive to our needs. There was also a nice private backyard area.

Only stayed 1 night but the location and property were just what I needed.
4.7
Clean, secure, and safe. Good place to rest and get some space while in town for a family event.

Our stay was for 5 nights. The home was nicely appointed throughout. The first day/night was fine.
However, as the temperature dropped for the last four nights we were chilly as there were no blankets, just bedspreads nor instructions on how to operate the heating thermostat (just AC directions). The landlord was helpful and reassuring about a loss of internet the morning following a wicked thunder/lightning storm.
The TV was a challenge in that we could not access National Networks for news or programming. We did find a Carol Burnett "channel" which was delightful as was "The Rockford Files".
It would have been helpful to have VRBO provide contact with the property owner without having to provide a password.

cozy rental in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time and the location was great. Everything was clean and put together.

Property was sufficient. Not what we expected especially the backyard- not fully fenced in. Quiet neighborhood for sure.

Home was centrally located to everything we wanted to visit! It was very pet friendly and our dogs had a lot of fun running around the fenced in backyard. The owner was for communicative and answered any questions we had very promptly.

Family trip to New Mexico
Great location, quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants and the University. The location felt safe and was quiet. The host was extremely quick to respond and had great communication. It is an older home but decorated cute.
The only feedback I have is to bring extra seasonings for cooking, wash clothes as they are not provided. The sofa bed listed as a queen but seemed more like a full. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend.
Old Town Albuquerque is a must visit!

We enjoyed the Thraxton unit immensely. We were in town to finalize our home purchase in the area so the location was the perfect spot to explore ABQ and the surrounding areas. The interior was CLEAN and the spacious backyard was just what our little dogs needed. We also met the owner Rajat and he was such a delight! Very informative and helpful in terms of what to do/see/eat/experience. I would definitely recommend!
