This was such a wonderful place to stay.
We stayed here with our two small dogs and some family while we were in town for our wedding! Carrie was so accommodating and so responsive. The App wasn't working at the time and Carrie went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The listing could use some more photos as it is better than the current photos can even show. The cute front yard was an amazing surprise and the official hang out spot during our stay. We would DEFINITELY stay here again in the future!

The property was nice overall. Beds were very comfortable compared to most properties we have stayed. The heater was not working when we arrived and that took over a day to resolve but there were space heaters which worked well. The only negative for us was the neighborhood was a little noisy with cars and barking dogs but we enjoyed our stay overall.

I am a widow with 2 small dogs who stayed here while visiting family and friends. The facilities were clean and very accommodating. My dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard and the large park nearby. I plan to stay here again next year.

Absolutely perfect for our purposes! Moved our daughter up to San Leandro. Needed a week so that we could make sure we were all set for her. Traveling with our two pups, we would otherwise have rented two rooms in a hotel, pet friendly would have been as much or more money and nowhere near as nice. This beautifully remodeled vintage (1948) home had 3 bedrooms (we only used 2, but it was nice to have it there, if my grandson had been able to stay), one bath, all brand new remodeled finishes and appliances, super clean and comfortable! But it still had the vintage charm. The fenced front yard and raised, covered patio were absolutely perfect for my pups! Enough room to toss a ball, easy to clean up, and a great outdoor space for sitting with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The old beach stone walk up to the front door and the original mason work stem wall around the front patio were sooooo cool! The property caretaker, who lives in the apartments behind, Mohammed, is a really cool guy, who works hard to take care of the property. He comes off a little gruff at first, but if you get to know him at all, you'll find that he is a very hard working genuine guy, who really appreciates his home and community. The neighborhood is a little "colorful". Not one of the better neighborhoods, but didn't have any issues with anybody. Of course, we come from a rural Nevada town of only about 20k population, so anywhere with a city sounds like allot of sirens, dogs, etc. A few homeless people around, but, again, no issues. Parking was a little of an issue for two cars and a trailer full of my daugher's stuff, but we worked it out. Great location close to freeway and a few of the major arterial streets. The full and luxury kitchen was sooo nice to have, and super well equipped. The tv was great! Big one! maybe 70 inches... new... smart tv. We couldn't find any regular local channels. Was all set up for the streaming platforms. However, the internet was excellent, and I always travel with extra HDMI cables, so was easy to hook to my computer and stream my own DishAnywhere. If you have a group with you and something is bringing you to East Bay for more than just a night or two, get this home if you can! It is AWESOME! Would do it again in a heartbeat... and we may, possibly, when we come that way to see family & friends! My only real complaint was with the new VRBO system made direct communication with property manager challenging.
