About this house rental
This quiet two-bedroom, two-bathroom pool home is located in the established Gulf Gate Estates neighborhood and is just 3 miles from Gorgeous Siesta Key Beach. Completely renovated in 2018, the fully equipped kitchen makes this your home away from home! We never post rental ads on Craigslist- do not pay anyone asking for money via Paypal, Venmo, check, or cash. The split floor plan offers a bedroom on each side of the home, allowing privacy for each couple to rest comfortably in a king bed. Flat Screen TVs for you and your family's entertainment are located in each bedroom as well as in the Family Room and the "Lanai" Room. The heated pool has a large paver deck giving your family plenty of space to enjoy sunny Florida while sipping your morning coffee on the patio or enjoying lunch poolside. Enjoy the convenience and proximity of Gulf Gate Village with the many restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment, and a Publix grocery store. We never post rental ads on Craigslist- do not pay anyone asking for money via PayPal. We are centrally located to everything around Sarasota, including St. Armand Circle, Downtown Sarasota, Ed Smith Stadium, home to the Baltimore Orioles and Atlanta Braves Spring Training (February and March), plus many wonderful restaurants and shops. Enjoy local recreation like paddle boarding, kayaking in the mangroves, loads of fishing, boat rental, Myakka River State Park, tons of golfing options, and more. Just a short drive away is Venice’s Brohard Beach and Paw Park, where your four-legged furry friends can run and play on the beach You will not find a better location for your get-away!

We decided to visit our son who lives in Sarasota for Thanksgiving. His home was a gathering place for a number of friends and relay, some from Forte Meyers.
One couple, my brother and his wife stayed with us two nights. The whole experience was wonderful… the pool along with how well equipped the home was made the visit easy and pleasant. One day we used the beautiful kitchen counter to make a family favorite: Pierogi!

2nd time staying at this property. It’s everything you want and more. Meticulously taken care of, gorgeous outdoor patio and pool, well stocked kitchen, updated interior design and decor, perfect location to dining, shopping and the beaches. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a great house for me and my family. The house was very, very clean. Stocked with all the things you would need to cook and entertain. The pool was amazing with a beautiful backyard! The location is perfect. Very nice, quite neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our trip and very much appreciated the owner for making it easy and problem free for our arrival.

This was our second stay & as exceptional the first visit last year was, this time was even better! They added some nice touches for extra shade in the pristine backyard for the strong FL sun. This home is in the perfect location for everything; the most beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants, fishing, beautiful parks & nature trails, & so much more!
Our family, including our dogs, had an amazing time and this lovely home was a huge reason why! I always travel with our dogs & have to say this is the best home that not only accommodates our family well (very clean, cozy, & graciously stocked with quality linens, towels, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and more) but it’s perfect for our pups with a nice, spacious dog run.
I have never stayed at the same place twice but I am already looking forward to coming back for the third time here!

A great house in a great location(5-7 minutes to the beach, close to good restaurants and stores). Tricia was a great. Communicating with her was very easy and allowed us to check in earlier. I cook alot and they had everything that was needed for a kitchen. We look forward to our next visit there.

Great house!! Had everything we needed for our trip and lots of little extras, very clean. Pool and yard were great, very well kept. Quiet neighborhood, short drive to the beach. Spacious kitchen, comfy sofa in living room, and the mattresses in both rooms are heavenly!! There’s a large air mattress that sets up quickly as well. Communication with host was impeccable!! Highly recommend!!

The house is very beautiful, and is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, parks, entertainment, shops, churches, supermarket and the beach. Very clean and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The pool is fantastic. I have two small dogs, and the house has a fenced in area just for their used. In addition the house has a fenced in backyard which provides a lot of privacy. This is what attracted us the most to rent this property. We are reviewing the availability calendar to return another weekend. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend some quality time in the Sarasota area!

4 adults a child with cerebral palsy and a dog. We had an amazing time beautiful weather the home was perfect and the location was ideal for siesta key. The Management people were most helpful and accommodating!!! I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Wonderful house - perfect location for Siesta Key and beaches. The house has everything you need for your stay and the added bonus of a private pool is great. Plenty of towels too which is an added bonus compared to some rentals. Sad to leave but would certainly book again!!

This was a great property to take a family for spring break. The private pool is awesome and the back yard is secluded. Enjoyed the sunroom as well.

This was the second winter we rented this house, and we have reserved it again for next winter. Surely there can be no better recommendation for this property. It is ideal if you have a dog because the backyard is completely enclosed with a small grass area for the dog as well.

Stayed over the holiday and everything was great! The house is very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room and there are tvs in every room. Great experience and we would highly recommend.

The property was tastefully updated, clean, and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the private back yard and pool. A very pleasant stay and the host was quick to answer any questions.

House was nice. Patio needs some shade. Front door needs a shade or curtain. Some finishes need some work. Also need to have an air pump for all of the pool floaties. Owner was very accommodating.

Excellent location, clean and lovely home, and so well equipped! We have teens but it is perfect for families w young children, we would have loved this back then too. So many great beach and pool items, a high chair, stroller, pack n plays, secure entrance to and from the pool for safety. So grateful for the comfortable beds w plenty of pillow and bedding options! We will definitely rent again if we can (-:

The home was one of the better equipped homes I've rented, especially the kitchen items included. The open floor plan included various areas to gather or relax. The private decked pool was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and in easy driving distance to the beach and other local amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Cute, clean little house with comfortable beds. Best part was the very clean pool in quiet backyard! The few questions we had were answered promptly. Easy to get to several parts of Sarasota. Don’t miss Big Water Fish Co or Anna’s Deli just over the Stickney Point Bridge.

Great relaxing experience!! House was very comfortable and very clean! Loved the pool only wished the weather had been better! Great location as we had not been to Sarasota and this property was close to everywhere we wanted to go! Easy check in and owner let us check out late which was very much appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

Let me tell you something, this house was freaking awesome. It was spacious. The pool was great. Everything was clean. They had a beach wagon, chairs, toys, towels, etc, etc. Our concern was the drive to the beach.....it only tool 9 minutes and traffic wasn't even bad. We like to travel to different places but we will be staying here again if we decide to visit Siesta Key! The property manager was VERY easy to work with; VERY accommodating! Stop scrolling through other properties and book this before it's gone.

Fun vacation
This house was more than we expected .
Fully furnished. The pool is amazing . Close to Publix Grocery stores. Siesta key beach is 10 minutes.
Trisha with property management always got back to me on questions immediately.
Check in was smooth no problems at all. House was updated and clean. We absolutely loved this place.

My first time will NOT be my last! This home very well could be getaway every year for vacation! This home has absolutely anything and everything you would ever need and then some! Very nice quiet peaceful neighborhood. I have adult children and I wouldn’t recommend this home to a family of small children because of pool safety and neighborhood very quiet. I give this home a 10 out of 10!!!

This house was everything and more! We enjoyed breakfast and coffee poolside everyday. The kitchen has everything that you will need to make a great dinner and lunch! We bought fresh fish from The Siesta key fish market to grill The beach is a hop skip and jump away from everything. The neighborhood is so quiet and neighbors are super nice. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will be back for sure next summer!

My first time will NOT be my last! This home very well could be getaway every year for vacation! This home has absolutely anything and everything you would ever need and then some! Very nice quiet peaceful neighborhood. I have adult children and I wouldn’t recommend this home to a family of small children because of pool safety and neighborhood very quiet. I give this home a 10 out of 10!!!
