Located near many of Atlanta's attractions. We were able to see the Aquarium, Lego Discover Center, Fernbank museum, and Zoo. We enjoyed fishing in the pond/small lake across the street everyday to wind down from the sightseeing. Our sons loved it, caught many crappie fish.

We had a short family get away to enjoy some Atlanta adventures and restaurants..this place in an was ideal location to get around town and the lake offers a good place to walk outdoors..
There is an opportunity for upgrades/renovation to the space..furniture and amentites are outdated.
The host was very responsive and accommodating

We loved our stay here; felt like a true family vacation. The front garden is gorgeous, the bedrooms are comfortable, the living spaces are functional. It's a little bit of a drive to the downtown/midtown areas but we knew that coming in. Would come back.

It was a nice house and we had a great vacay. I will say that it is a very old house and the neighborhood seemed ok. But driving though some areas to get to the house was sketchy. Some rooms were not as clean as they should have been and had a musty smell to it at times. I did contact the owner about it and she said she would discuss it with the cleaners. So I appreciated that she was responsive to that. It did serve its purpose for what we needed.

I was attending a concert at Mercedes Benz and was looking for a place that wasn’t too far and reasonably priced. Found this house to be perfect for a family (there were supposed to be 4 adults and 1 child, but it ended up just being 3 adults). The host was even going to have toys sent to the house for the little one, which was so awesome! The house ended up having the perfect space for us. And the location was great; even with the traffic for the concert, it was still only 20 or so minutes from the stadium. The house was clean and homey. It was exactly like how it’s listed. The host was easy to communicate with. The area was quiet and peaceful. Overall, we can’t wait to plan another trip to Atlanta and stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood and a welcoming, comfortable home. The location was great and close to many parks, restaurants and downtown Atlanta. We enjoyed the wooded yard and lake across the street. The outdoor spaces afforded some privacy in the city.

This cozy 3 bedroom home provided all the necessary comforts away from home for our stay. The hosts were kind and check in was easy. We loved the fire pit in the backyard!

We came to town for the Taylor Swift concert. The location was convenient - many things to do/places to eat within a short drive. There was plenty of space for the four of us. However, the house had a bit of a musty smell and we lacked enough towels and toilet paper. The Jack and Jill bathroom shower leaked onto the floor because the curtain was too high. We had to readjust it so the floor didn’t get all wet. The beds were comfortable but the couch was not. You sank down into it and it was hard to get out of. Other than that, the house was a good rental for our weekend in Atlanta.

My overall experience was good the only thing I had a problem with was just the smell of the house. It smelt like an old house

Was in town for volleyball tournament. Was an amazing option instead of hotel room. Having 3 bedrooms was awesome! My daughter loved Having her own room with an amazing view and a bathroom connected to it. Very quiet neighborhood and the pond was a nice touch. We took walks around it and my husband went fishing with the poles the property had provided. In one review it said if you are wanting a modern home this it not for you. It was perfect for us!!! The outdoor area had nice sitting areas. We really wish we had time to use fire pit but we were exhausted after volleyball games. We ate out one time for lunch and the rest of the time we cooked at home(aka the rental) . We saved so much money not having to eat out which in the hotel we would have had to eat out. All of us agree that the beds were comfortable and they even had dish soap, hand soap, small things of shampoo and conditioner. Would definitely stay again !!!

Beautiful little cozy home perfect for a family vacation. Across the street from a small lake and walking trail. The overall layout is very nice. Enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is nice and the people are very friendly. Close to downtown Atlanta. We enjoyed the Coca Cola factory, but didnt get to see the aquarium. The owner made everything very easy and accommodating. Very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will rent again in the future. Thank you for the relaxing and awesome family vacation.

The location overlooks a beautiful lake. Fishing equipment was available or just a pleasant stroll around the lake. Everything you need was close: grocery or shopping, and the neighborhood was friendly. Great find!

Cute walking around the lake!
The house was just the ticket for a trip to see a friend based in Atlanta. We were able to get some fast walking in right across the street before we headed out into Atlanta to care for our local guy. Thanks for letting us stay at your family's home.
