Simply magical

The property was fantastic! We booked it for our yearly family reunion and the whole group were so impressed with the 5* service we received from start to finish. Although the property is a little dated in areas, it's bright and airy, very clean and fully equipped throughout, so suits both short and longer stays. The real star of the show however is the garden and the magical view overlooking the sea - it must be one of the best views in Lefkada! The photos really don't do it justice. When we arrived at the property we were greeted by Klodia, who showed us around and made us feel instantly welcome. Klodia was always quick to answer any question we had and also provided us with a local's guide to the island's best beaches and restaurants to visit. She even offered to make reservations for us which was very sweet. My family and I would 100% stay at the property again if we were to return to Lefkada and would encourage others to do the same!

The facilities were not well maintained, wifi was not working, doors and windows not closing properly. there was a short circuit during the first day, and the boiler was not working that day

Just perfect!

Wonderful place! I would return there anytime with the same pleasure and most probably I will, together with my friends! Beautiful view, both from the garden and villa, equipped kitchen with everything you might need(microwave,electric oven, electric cooker, espresso machine, frappe maker, orange juice machine, sandwich maker, etc.,refrigerator, freezer of course, good air co, good WiFi, perfect for home office :-) if you can afford a long time outside the office. The villa it's fit for a family with two children and a family without children, as we were, the floor have a smaller bath, but still enough, clean and nice like the whole place, the living room and the kitchen, while the 1st floor it's fit for a family with two kids, having a room with two single beds and another one with double bed, both subservient to the same bathroom on the hallway. The kids room have also a nice balcony with shelter, in case the parents needs to see the kids in the pool from there, the same it is also from the kitchen, everything it is very well thought for everyone to feel well, safe, comfortable. The host was very nice and welcoming, gave us all the info we needed and recommended us nice places to visit, shop and eat, very helpful in deed. Clean and beautiful villa, terrace, pool, view, in one word, perfect! :-) There was nothing unpleasant :-), Food, market, nice beaches close. Cleaning of the pool and house was done once, but really enough, everything was very good. I hope we'll come back soon there, it was just perfect!

Lovely but not perfect

Beautiful views and great outdoor space with a huge pool.

In practice it's too hot to walk to tavernas/shops, so we used the car a lot more than anticipated. Whilst it's a very peaceful location, the neighbours, quite possibly villa owners, were quite intent on playing ridiculously loud music throughout the day and also late into the night on occasion. Not to mention their dog!

Exceptional

The villa looks like what you see in the photos. The host was very communicative, speaks English well and gave us all the information that we needed. The view is great. You have sun all day long at the pool. You also have shadow if you want. Pool water was always clean. Night lights are awesome. We had in the fridge some fruits and a bottle of wine, ice in the freezer, coal for barbeque so, big thumbs up for that. Overall it was fantastic. I strongly recommend this Villa.

Air conditioning unit from upstairs were noisy and the heat from outside unit was pushed straight in the door of the little bedroom. Is located on the hill, is not so far from the main road, but if you get by car is fine. The path from the main road is not so bad.
