Lovely location on the river. Easy access to the highway to Coeur d’Alene. Nice condo. Beautiful balcony/porch advertised, however the patio was under construction and we were unable to use it. It would have helped if management company informed us before we arrived.

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the river and mountains will never get old. The security gate entrance helped us feel safe and the condo facility was quiet in general but it could just be our late season stay? We went to 3 local restaurants (Sawmill Grille & Spirits, Post Falls Brewery, and The Filling Station) and all were great. There is an always on outside hall light that snuck through the blinds of the 2 front bedrooms that some may find annoying if they need more darkness to sleep. My wife said we need to stay here next time so that is what we will do 😀

This is a beautiful condo! Everything you need in the kitchen, beautiful art and decor, plenty of towels, soft beds, and a gorgeous view and deck! We drove to Lake CDA several times, but found there are good restaurants closeby, so don't be afraid to explore. (Terre Coffee and Bakery really good.) We also enjoyed the beach just across the river (very short drive). No problems with the condo or check-in. We biked the Hiawatha Trail in Wallace but also loved riding our bikes on the Centennial trail into CDA. Enjoyed the hike on Tubbs Hill as well as Mineral Ridge and golfed at CDA Golf Club which was pretty and not too expensive. We enjoyed dining at Anthony's and Stormin Normans in CDA and had a great time on the cruise of Lake CDA. Great vacation!

We had a great time at the condo. We loved the location and the condo was very clean and comfortable. We really loved sitting on the balcony in the evening and turning on the fireplace. So cozy. It was a perfect vacation! We are thinking we might like to come next year if it works with everyones schedule. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay at this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo right on the river, enjoyed sitting on the covered balcony early morning and in the evening, very convenient to everything I needed, found a cute little breakfast place nearby. I will most definitely be staying there again in the future and bring a friend with me.

Great condo, beautiful view, enjoyed the deck. Enjoyed exploring the town and surrounding lakes.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and were able to relax for 6 days. Watching the Canadian geese fly in every morning and out in the evening was a highlight of our stay. Also, the sunsets were very beautiful and can be viewed from the balcony.

Beautiful property on the river. The view is to die for. Very clean and completely outfitted, and nice and quiet. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Property was as advertised. Good communication when I had questions. Location convenient. Enjoyable stay.

Fine overall. There was a dirty towel in bathroom when we arrived. The plugs in master bathroom didn’t work. Otherwise fine stay. Nice spot.

Peter Brantley / Salmon Run Post Fall Ironman Stay June 2022
Thank You for allowing our group to rent your condo for the week. The unit is great and it is in a great building. I stayed in this development in 2008 when it was Brand New (A different unit), so I had expectations when I booked this unit.
The Good:
* Great Building and Unit
* Incredible View
* Well stocked and equipped kitchen and BBQ unit
* Quick response and resolution to unforeseeable problems (Clogged Sink and Front Gate code change)
The things I would change or short comings from my view as a renter:
* No King Sized Bed in any of the rooms. The Master especially, since there is plenty of room to fit
* Blackout curtains in the Front 2 bedrooms. I was told that the security lights glare right into the 2 bedrooms.

Great place to stay!
The condo’s location, privacy (hardly anyone there!) and balcony view were perfect for our family with outings planned in Spokane, Athol, Coeur d’Alene and Montana. We also very much enjoyed 2 local spots within walking distance in Post Falls and the falls themselves were a surprise perk. Nicely appointed and comfortable space for parents and 2 teens. All concerns from previous reviews had been fixed. Would return when in the area! We loved it there!

Overall very nice BUT could use some TLC maintenance. Balcony door deadbolt broken, master shower has slight black mold on tile, easy enough to take care of.

Originally planned to stay here for our annual Bloomsday weekend in May, but COVID bumped Bloomsdayd to September and then it became virtual. Family from Montana, Michigan and California traveled to Post Falls. Enjoyed our stay at the condo and especially enjoyed the patio overlooking Spokane River. Comfortable place with room for everyone.

Beautiful place. A few maintenance issues such as loose door under sink. Missing shade in master. Short on blankets. Regular drinking glasses in short supply. King bed pedestal with queen mattress made for some sore shins. We loved the place and would do it again.

We visited Idaho to look at property in the surrounding area. We were very happy with this condo. It was very nice and absolutely a great location with a stunning view right on the river. Some suggestions that we have would be to get some glasses and coffee mugs. There were only a couple tall glasses and a few misc coffee mugs. My husband used a sippy cup for his drink. Also, there was an iron but no ironing board. I had to iron on the bed. I would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!!

Location is great with a beautiful view of the river. The apartment is really large and my children, my parents s c I all comfortably fit in. The apartment was clean.
Some issues. We had problems with the lock on the external door, instructions provided showed how to open it but not lock it - however after hours support was responsive and helpful and we worked it out.
The house was low on some crockery - is 3 coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 6.
Main issue as feedback for owners / managers was the crazy amount of light that comes into two back bedrooms from the lights permanently on outside. The Venetian blinds did nothing to block it out. My kids couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t sleep. Tried blocking it out with your towels / sheets but still too bright. Thankfully I had 4 thicker beach towels I hung up to block some light. Still very bright so not ideal but we could at least get some sleep.
There was also a light that stayed on all the time in the kitchen which didn’t help the room that had the blinds and doors.
If these little issues were sorted the place would be great!

Great place lots of room.

This condo is fantastic!!! The view on the balcony if to die for. It’s very roomy and the couches are super comfortable. Our only complaint is that there are no blankets on the beds or anywhere in the place. We had to go to the local Walmart & but some blankets. Other than that this place in perfection.

The layout was great, the views were amazing but the rental company that managed this unit was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. No communication prior to our arrival, somethings didn’t work so had to switch breakers to get some things to work. If it wasn’t for the maintenance guy we wouldn’t have gotten into the place. The place was hot because the unit wasn’t working correctly. We would prolly stay at this place again but not if the same rental company is managing it.

The good: it's a beautiful condo with incredible views of Spokane River. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We also loved the deck and bbq!The not so good: We couldn't get in! Despite several unreturned calls and emails, we were never contacted with access info until our second day there! To VRBO's credit, they arranged for us to stay at a very nice hotel in Spokane, but we still lost a day of vacationing in Coeur d'Alene. VRA, the property managers, did credit us the missed day and provided a boat for a day to make up for their mistake, which was welcomed. However, the stress of hauling my family a couple of thousand miles thru 2 airports and being stuck at Spokane airport, essentially homeless, fruitlessly trying to gain access was trying to say the least. The other issue, which we would have liked to have known about prior to booking, was that the complex was undergoing re-painting the week of our vacation. Every morning at 6am, the scaffolding crane was right outside the master bedroom window beeping all the time while the diesel engine rumbled away powering the crane. Every Single. Day. So much for sleeping in. Not necessarily VRA's fault, but something that should have been disclosed. It's a terrific condo, just make sure you call the manager well in advance (weeks) and have all your ducks in a row and you'll have a fantastic stay!

Great place to stay.
Mine and my sisters family stayed in this condo. It was a very nice place almost like a home away from home. There was enough room for all of us and we had everything we needed and more for our stay. Also the place is nice and quiet so once we payed our kids down they slept great. I would recommend this place.

A perfect hideaway
Location is a little out of the way from Couer D'Alene, but a beautiful view and nice well appointed spacious apartment.

beautiful views
we 5 sisters enjoyed our stay. the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very workable. I would have loved to have better lighting in the little bathroom, hard put on make up- although the dimmer light is better for us older ones- and the light over the dining room table was very very dim. Hard to play games and see anything on it. The toilet- tank needs to be fixed in the little bathroom, it runs all the time. didn't know if you knew that. This condo was very quiet and we did enjoy our stay and would do it again. would also recommend it to Friends.
