We had a wonderful family gathering at the comfortable, spacious house in Lyndon. Very clean, bright and welcoming. We loved having three king beds for our gathering and really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Great kitchen. Lots of room for visiting. We also enjoyed the fire pit.

We were on an extended road trip and I found this lovely property that was not too far from Topeka. It was worth every second of the extra drive time. This home was spotless and beautiful. We wish we had more time to spend in this home as it was truly beautifully designed and so much attention paid to details! Thank you for a lovely time spent in your home!

We stayed here 3 times so far, and loved it MORE & MORE each time we stayed! Or guest LOVE this home as well, and feel so at home when they are there. Plenty of room to spread out, AMAZING host, and LOVELY HOME.. what more could you ask for? We will continue to pick this home to stay when we’re wanting to have a family get together or getaway. Carla is so nice and helpful! We brill DEFINITELY be back soon!

I rented this house for my bridesmaids and I to stay in the night before my wedding and then we go ready for the wedding the next day here. The house is so beautiful and great for a larger group. Location was great. Carla was always responsive and so great to work with!

We are a group of friends who have been getting together for an end of the summer gathering for over 40 years! This year, we chose Lyndon Guesthouse and enjoyed our time there very much. We loved the large eating area for our group of 12! The kitchen was well-suited to our cooking needs. And, a bathroom for every bedroom was VERY nice!! I even meandered downtown and visited True Brew Coffee....twice!! We do have a few suggestions...we are a group with a median age of 65+ and could have used a bit more ADA accessibility. Simple things like grab bars in the showers. The railings at the entry steps could be a bit longer to facilitate ease and safety for those of us not so spry anymore. One other thing, there were just enough towels for each of us to have one. It would be nice to have some extra towels. And, finally, there is a broken spindle on the railing leading upstairs. I do not point these out to complain...we had a fabulous time! Just to make suggestions for improvement on a wonderful VRBO!

This house was phenomenal! Plenty of room for 3 different families. It had lots of games to choose from, plenty of gathering space in several different rooms! The best part was each bedroom had their own bathrooms! Made getting around every morning so much easier! We would recommend to anyone! We even had a flat tire on a vehicle and Carla went above and beyond to help us get it fixed when the shop was normally closed.

We were looking for a place to gather to do team building and remove ourselves from the chaos. This place was lovely! There were 5 adults in gi all had a very comfortable and spacious bedroom with a private bath. The gathering spaces both inside and outside were great! Highly recommend.

We stayed here again for the second time, and it was amazing as usual! Very nice host, and house is a dream. My friends always say “I wish I can buy this house!” Me too! We love it so much.

This house was perfect for our Friend group of 10! Plenty of rooms and it was so nice to have a full bathroom in each room. Spacious and well decorated. I do wish the kitchen had more pans, bowls, etc for cooking purposes when you have such a large group. The town was cute and everyone was so friendly!

This home was very clean and comfortable. It looked just like the pictures on Expedia. We were warned about the steep stairs, they weren't kidding. We loved having so many bathrooms for everyone to get ready for the wedding at once. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be if the fireplace worked. I'd love to gather the family there for Christmas sometime.

This place is beautiful and was the perfect place for us (7 adults and a one year old) to stay so we could visit extended family over the Thanksgiving week holiday. The kitchen, multiple dining areas and huge living room was perfect so we could host family while the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone a space to retreat to when we needed to recharge! Carla was an accommodating host and was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again in the future!

This house was PERFECT!! We had a small ugly sweater get together for our family, and friends. It was amazing! Everyone loved the beautiful, comfortable, decor! We had plenty of space to move around, and may I say that the beds were so COMFORTABLE! Loved everything about this home!!

We chose this home for its size and amenities and were more than satisfied. The room, the layout, the decor...everything was outstanding. The town of Lyndon also offered great food and an unexpectedly perfect coffee house for our weekend meeting needs. Highly recommend!

This unique home was in the perfect location for a family wedding at a nearby venue. The house was lovely and clean with lots of gathering areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. It was especially nice to have a bathroom with every bedroom so we could get ready for the wedding! There was plenty of parking and a wonderful front porch for enjoying the fall weather. Our hosts were welcoming and courteous. Five stars, would stay here again!

My friends and I stayed at this property for the weekend to host a murder mystery/escape room party - and the property was great. Everything was very clean, was a nice open space, and felt comfortable for everyone to hang out in. Some people did report that the double beds were a little uncomfortable. Otherwise we had a great time, very much recommend!

The property was very well maintained and taken care of. Pictures do not do it justice. With two families and a mixture of sons and daughters, everyone had private well appointed rooms. The local area was very nice and this property exceeded all of our expectations.

In town for family funeral. Relaxing place to spend time with family. Would stay there again. Have already recommended the place to others. 5 1/2 bathrooms made it easy for a large group to get ready at the same time. Appreciated the owners diligence in dealing with the ice and snow assuring our safety. Large living area and two dining areas accommodated our large group.

We had our annual girlfriends weekend at this property and have to say hands down, this was our best stay experience we have every had. We had so much space and the warmth and charm of this house was INCREDIBLE! Our host, Carla is amazing and endured all of of our questions as we prepared for our stay. We will definitely be back! Thanks Carla for creating such an inviting space so we can escape reality for a bit. 💜

Really great. Might need a few things like towel racks or more hooks, side tables by beds, staircase railing. The many stairs were hard for older visitors. A few supplies were ran short supply: 1 dishwasher pod, no hand towel in public bathroom, needed more paper towels. Restrictions on food and beverages made it hard for gathering in family room.

We stopped at this house on our way down to Texas with my wife and kids as well as my sister in law and her kids. The house was absolutely amazing! You can tell that the owners put their heart and soul into this home. I would recommend this house to anybody and everybody! Owner was very responsive, respectful, and understanding.

This place was amazing! We had 4 families staying with us. We couldn't stop saying "Wow" from the moment you walk in the door. Every room has been remodeled. Tons of space, very comfy beds and amazing service. We had to call the owner several times and each time they responded immediately and went way above and beyond their responsibilities. They even brought us a mixer. Don't think twice on this one. Just book it. You will be so happy you did.

What a gorgeous house in Lyndon KS. We were there for a girls night away. The house was perfect size, clean, comfortable and quiet. Nothing much in town but we had planned on staying in anyway. The beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend!

The attention to detail from Farmhouse decor to such comfortable beds blew me away. This home was perfect for our family we celebrated our family Christmas on New Year Eve weekend, the house was lit up with Christmas lights and even had a small tree inside. As a Realtor myself I have seen a lot of homes but not all of them felt like a home just a show place, this home is totally kid friendly which allowed my grand kids to truly enjoy themselves also. Thank you so much for this experience.
