Vaulted ceilings in the entry draw you in to the living room with full views of the lake right outside. Natural light flows in, creating an open and airy feel. The adjacent dining room is great for sit-down family style dinners with seating for up to 19 people, making it the perfect setting for even the fanciest occasions.
If you head downstairs, you will be thrilled to discover another living room so spacious that it makes it a great place for the kids and kids at heart to hang out perfect for playing board games, puzzles, cards or just relaxing watching TV – complete with an adjoining bedroom and another full bath. One of the defining features of this home is the in-home theater it has a movie library, state of the art sound system, and theater seating perfect for losing yourself in your favorite flick.
Head upstairs to the top floor to find a loft sitting area with a desk – great for reading or getting some quiet time (or work/school if you have to) and an additional sleeper sofa. Luxurious sleeping areas with 5 King Bedrooms branch off down the hall, featuring large plush bedding and pillows for restful sleep, stylish furnishings that give you plenty of room to unpack, and bathrooms with beautifully updated fixtures. You will feel right at home and have the luxury you need to feel relaxed and pampered.
One bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (twin/twin and twin/full) plus queen - these bedrooms share a beautiful full bath with tub/shower combo.
The first floor also boasts an amazing great room with floor to ceiling fireplace and windows with plenty of windows to view the lake with multiple gazebos and amazing pool area.
The two car garage is set up as an amazing game room with pool table, gaming system and ping pong table.
Outside, you'll find a patio that extends from the game room to the pool with plenty of extra seating and dining areas and a bar/outdoor kitchen just outside the back door. Upstairs, there is a large screened in porch off of the dining room with comfy seating to allow you views of the pool and lake. One of the few Lake Norman rental properties with a pool, this pool is 16 x 32 that will make this home to be a sure hit with the family. Pool can be heated for the cost of $100.00 a day if you would still like to enjoy swimming on the chilly fall days. Pool does close on November 1st for the season. The large pool area has a large outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ, perfect for summer entertaining and keeping snacks and ice-cold drinks right in the middle of the fun. On the paved path to the lake, you will find a built-in bonfire pit for when the sun goes down. Your family can stay warm and recap the day's fun over classic s'mores.
The whole property is on the water's edge, which, of course, is complete with its own private dock that you can use the exterior areas of. You can bring your own boat(s), and/or jet skis. Remember, Lake Norman has no restrictions, so it is perfect for extreme watersports like water skis and wakeboards! Rentals would have access to the outside perimeter of dock. We are not responsible for the water level of the lake, although we have had extensive dreading preformed at our dock to ensure our guests have deep water levels for the dock.

We had 12 adults, two ten-year-olds, a three-year-old and three babies. Plenty of room for everyone. A very well stocked home. The pool was perfect. Mooresville for all necessities is about 20 minutes. Walmart delivers!!! Great stay and would highly recommend.
4.7
Let me start off by saying the house and amenities were wonderful. Plenty big enough for our whole family of 16. The property was located about 20 minutes from Mooresville, so not too far when you needed to run out and get something. One draw back for us was the dock. At the time of our stay, the water depth was only 10” and could not accommodate my SAN 230. Bummer!, but the public launch was about a 2 minute drive. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
4.7
The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed for the 8 adults and 6 kids in the family. The kids loved the media room and the pool. We would definitely stay here again.
4.7
We had lots of family come into town for a wedding and this was a great place to stay! The house was very well cared for and the beds were super comfy! Highly recommend!

..Rene was amazing with any assistance we needed during our stay

This is now my favorite vacation spot! I wish I had an extra day or two because there are so many amenities I did not have time to enjoy all of them! The pool and hot tub were Amazon! The bedrooms are spacious! The sun room is nice! The views from the living room are amazing! The host was very responsive and nice and answered all my questions quickly! Very professional. I would definitely do over 10x!!
4.7
Conducive to family gathering. All enjoyed the pool. Several of us appreciated the proximity to Lake Norman State Park where we hiked three mornings. We also made good use of the paddle board, kayak and canoe. Great vacation.
4.7
The house was great for our big family. The extra space in the garage was nice to hang out in the evening and the pool area was great, as a peace of mind bonus with little kids the pool is safely gated all around.
The house is at the end of the cove and if the water is low getting a boat is not possible. The neighbor was not the friendliest and best to avoid.
4.7
Great place for a extended family vacation. Lots of bedrooms and stocked kitchen. The game room in the garage and movie room were hits with the kids. The adults loved the puzzle cabinet. Pool was refreshing. Thank you for wonderful memories!

Our family of 12 had a great vacation. The house was great and had plenty of space for everyone. The lake/ cove view was beautiful.
4.7
The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space. Very quiet and secluded. I can’t wait to go back.
4.7
Had a wonderful time there with a group of 14. Everyone had a spot to sleep and there was plenty of space to hang out. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend.
4.7
This house was great! The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/cookware you could need. The layout of the house is perfect for vacationing with kids as the bunk room was on a separate floor and/or far away from the theater and garage/game room.
Our only complaint was the 9am checkout… with is tough to accomplish with that many people (especially with kids).
4.7
This was an awesome home. My family gathered and stayed for a wedding weekend. We had a house full of people. Towels were plentiful. House was spotless. The theater room and the game room were great! There was something for everyone. What was especially nice was the two refrigerators - a must for that many people. The ambiance of the lake and dock along with the solar lights at night lighting the path to the firepit, was inviting and relaxing. Early every morning, I was the first one up and had coffee while watching the deer crossing the yard with a fog over the lake - awesome! Could use a few more lamps for extra light, in the rooms. I highly recommend home - it was surrounded by small towns with shopping and restaurants. Something for everyone.
4.7
Nice house, plenty of sleep space, decent distractions for kids and sufficient pots/pans and utensils for cooking. Hot tub was super nice to have. Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible so if you rely on that, forget it. It really was frustrating not being able to connect as cell service in that area is hit or miss. No instructions for fireplace left us in the proverbial cold until we figured it out - but then the smell of gas was actually worse than being cold. Good thing there are different heating/cooling zones throughout, except second master bedroom is right above loudly humming a/c unit. House description should have included that it is a very, very steep descent to the dock and firepit...our 80 year old parents were disappointed not to be able to get to the water or firepit on their own. Had I known, we probably would have gone elsewhere.
4.7
We stayed with 17 people and it was very comfortable for our group. We had plenty of room to sleep and dine. Also had a lot of common space so we didn’t feel crowded. We would like to go back in the summer and take advantage of the pool and Lake Norman.
4.7
Our group of 9 had an excellent stay at this beautiful lake home. The house was thoroughly cleaned and ready for our arrival with no issues. With plenty of beds and bathrooms, everyone stayed comfortable through our trip. Notably, the game room and the outdoor areas of this house got most of our time and attention, but the theater room is worth an honorable mention. We have already discussed plans to book this again in the future if available.
4.7
Enjoyed the various activities around the house as well as the proximity to breweries and outdoor activities within 30 minutes. Nice and big with plenty of rooms for large groups.
4.7
All in all the trip was great. Our only complaints would be about the WiFi and the low lake levels. Luckily we did not have a boat we planned to bring so the water levels didn’t cause us any issues personally. Might just be a time of the year thing! Communication with the property manager was timely and the house was beautiful and private. We did pay to have the pool heated which was a great call and the hot tub was nice as well!
4.7
The rules appear overly strict, but if I owned a house this gorgeous, I would want renters to respect it too, so that it stayed pristine. The pool was wonderful, and we didn't pay for the heater since the days were in the 90's; but you may want it if the nights are cool. The water level is shallow at the dock, but if you want a pontoon boat, the marina is at the end of the channel. There are pedal boats, a canoe,a kayak, and a paddle board provided that we enjoyed in the channel. The WiFi is slow, so it was not reliable for work but adequate for non-essential communication. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes so that we only had to run the dishwasher once a day. The beds were plush and so comfortable. This is a quiet, secluded place that was perfect for our family to celebrate our 50th anniversary.
4.7
Accommodated a large extended family very comfortably. Plenty of room to gather and not be on top of one another. Beautiful home on a gorgeous piece of property with great views of the lake. Property, Pool and hot tub well maintained. We were all very happy and would highly recommend.
4.7
We had such a great time! The house is exactly as shown on the listing. It accommodated our group perfectly. Kitchen had everything that we needed. The extra fridge was great for our large group.
The house has two pedal boats, a canoe and a paddle board. We rented a pontoon boat from Lake Effects for the week. Just like one of the other reviewers mentioned, they told us that the dock was too shallow. We brought the boat back to the house and had no problems keeping it there, we just trimmed the prop up a bit. Lake level was 97.4' for reference.
The pool was great. Since we had some younger children with us, it was perfect for them to hang out in the afternoons after playing on the lake in the morning. The house casts some nice shade over the pool in the late afternoon. We got a lot of use out of the built in grill.
We had a minor issue the first night. I contacted property management the next morning and Renata was super responsive. She had the issue fixed within hours. Communication and responsiveness were outstanding.
We didn't experience any of the buggy issues that another reviewer mentioned. Maybe they just hit a bad time of the season. The house was very clean also.
We had such a great vacation! We would definitely stay at this house again! Highly recommend.
4.7
The house was very nice and looked just like the pictures. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked better than any other vacation home we have rented. The screened in porch was a perfect perk. While we were able to fish off the dock, the lake wasn’t deep enough to dock a boat which was a bit of an inconvenience. We just kept the rental boat at Lake Effects. The peddle boat was fun and we also utilized the paddle board and canoe. The pool was sparkling clean and provided a ton of family time. There is really nice outdoor furniture in the pool area. Not a criticism but a suggestion, it would a welcomed addition if there were umbrellas to provide some shade by the pool. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets although there were only 2 pillows per bed. The towels were of a good quality. Communication with the management company was excellent. The WiFi access was spotty and not really reliable but my son used a hot spot for his remote work. All in all it was a wonderful vacation and we are definitely considering returning to this house next summer. Thanks for a great vacation home!!

We assembled for a bi annual family reunion and enjoy this home and everything it had to offer. Ages 3 to 65 all had activities to enjoy at the property and within an hours drive (Carowinds, golf, hiking).

There are many rules that are a bit daunting for this house. It was a very nice house. Upon arrival, there were these dead millipedes all over the basement level. We cleaned those within 15 minutes of arrival. The lights around the pool were not working, could not be fixed during our stay. There was an insect problem, wasps, hornets, black ants, red ants, and some sort of flying ants that were in the pool, (we scooped the ants out about three times a day.) we did let the property manager know. Within the first two days, three people in our family were stung by wasps, during the entire week, a few more were stung in the pool by these flying ants. We were only issued one washcloth and one towel per person for the week. So we brought our own. All in all our family did have a great time! I do recommend you planning on bringing your own towels, one per person for a week is not enough. Hope you enjoy your stay, make as many wonderful memories as we did! it’s a beautiful house!

50th birthday Retreat
I entered this vacation rental with a bit of trepidation because of the many concerns and rules expressed in the lease agreement. The language read more like an agreement for people who aren't responsible and mature. I will be watching your every move kind of situation. I was told it was because they have to weed out college spring break renter's. I was wrong! I was relieved to have a great adult weekend filled with laughter and good times on a great property. I had several guests ask for host information so they could plan their own getaways. Thank you for the great memories!

Birthday getaway
We were quite pleased with property. We had enough space to spread out but room to comfortably gather together our group of 14 adults. We had some issues with WiFi connection but a phone call remedied that. We could have used a few more large pans but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a good time was had by all!
