Neue Ausstattung/Essen war gut.

Allinklusiv ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Getränke sind doch nicht alle inklusive …nur bestimmt…und die schmecken nicht. Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Straße. Der überarbeitete Poolbereich hat einige unsauber verarbeitete Paneelen (Stolperfallen). Die Ausrichtung des Hotels zielt eher auf das französische Publikum. Am Pool lief am Nachmittag aus zwei unterschiedlichen Bereichen unterschiedlich laute Musik. Hatte dadurch eher Kirmes-Charakter. Grundsätzlich sehe ich da keine 4 Sterne-Kategorie.

Heerlijk relaxen

Mooi, gerenoveerd hotel. Heerlijk bed, alles schoon, mooie inloopdouche. Wij kregen een upgrade naar zeezijde en dat was erg fijn. (Behalve als je met een kleintje komt want er is tot 23u luide muziek). Mooi balkon. Heerlijk eten, echt altijd wel iets te vinden wat je lekker vindt. Animatie team doet veel.

Muziek bij het zwembad mag echt wel een beetje minder hard. Dorp zelf stelt niet veel voor.

Amazing !!

Incredible staff, sea view, food amazing , close to at least 6 restaurants and shops as well, 5 min walking from the hotel to the beach, room cleaned everyday, needed more towels or blankets they were there in 2 min .Speechless !

Great hotel staff and facilities, perfect for relaxation and great location to see the island

Very nice location, beaches and restaurants very close by. Rooms were comfortable and offered air con and a good Wi-Fi connection. The rooms were also cleaned regularly so you arrived back from a walk or swim to find the maids have been in and delivered clean linen and towels.

The bathroom was spacious but the shower head could have done with a proper fixing and also a better shower curtain. Some of the seating in the evening areas could have been more comfortable as sitting in them too long gives you a bit of back ache

I was lucky to book the hotel for a very reasonable price. The staff was welcoming, overall quite satisfied with my stay

Great location, the bus stop is 1 min walk from the hotel. Easy to go to the Corfu center or either Ypsos beach. The pool is big and quite deep. Was quite cautious when booked this hotel last minute, the reviews were not great at all, hence chosen the only breakfast option. The breakfast was simple, but good, so I later regretted not upgrading to all-inclusive.

That is true, that hotel needs some major renovations especially when it comes to the bathrooms. My bathroom was old fashioned, but still ok. Seen the reviews about the unpleasant smell on the lower floors, and it was true when I first came, but later it disappeared or I just got used to it😀

We couldn’t recommend this place more- amazing value for money and lovely staff.

This is an incredible hotel with amazing facilities- two swimming pools, tennis courts and a great bar. The all inclusive food was very yummy and the cocktails were addictive. Our room was super clean and comfy- and we had a bath aswell as a shower! We couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The only trouble we had with the property was that we had an issue with the wifi/ internet connection in general. But it was nice to have a detox from social media.

Overall excellent

Very good variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. Cheeses were great—overall awesome salad bar at all meals! The staff setting up and cleaning were very friendly and efficient.

On the main courses, I did not like the meats..fish was not fresh

amazing value for money. the staff were fab and the rooms were clean!

the hotel was lovely and it was 2 minutes to the beach and the PADI scuba diving centre. staff were great and pool was nice

Dassia as whole wasn’t busy so neither was the hotel ? due to Covid/ time of year. Can’t fault the hotel!

Not worth the money

Location

The food is awful, we paid for all inclusive but only had the occasional breakfast because the meat and fish was so soggy and not a lot of options. The pool was dirty and our room was dusty.

Very pleasant stay, great food and accomodations.

Extremely friendly staff, who went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and have everything you need for your holiday.

Not close to any nice beaches. The closest one is Dassia beach, which is form Ikos Hotel and the sunbeds are 15 euros. Most of the beautiful beaches are in the West or North of the island.

Very kind and helpful staff, good location close to Dassia beach. Food is very good.

The staff in the reception, in the bar, at the pool and in the restaurant were super kind and helpful. :) The food (including desserts) at the breakfast, lunch and dinner were awesome good, WOW. I want to eat there every day for the rest of my life. :)

The bathroom was really old several tiles were broken on the wall and on the floor too. It didn't look good, but the rest of the room were new and renovated. :( The pool area with the sunbeds are open only between 10-18 :((( This is really sad. I wanted to go to the sunbeds at the pool sides right after breakfast around 8 to read and relax but I couldn't. :( Also until 7PM I would have stayed but I couldn't. :(

Friendly and polite staff. The main room was renovated and it was ok.

The bathroom was probably from 80's. The pools were always packed and it was impossible to find free sunbed even 1 minute after 10.00 (when the pools are available) Almost no Wifi signal at our room. A very old AC that was very noisy during the night

Almost nothing. Its a money machine and rooms havent been improved since probably the 90s.

Great location and exceptional staff

Staff went out of our way to help us during our stay. M y daughter is autistic and receptionist ensured her additional needs were met by allowing us to check in early and take food to our room for her when she was overwhelmed. Bar staff friendly and helpful Hotel close to all amenities and good location

Bathroom in family room looking tired, air con broken on arrival but staff looked into this quickly and we were upgraded to another room the next day.
