Great Room, open kitchen/living room area. Kitchen features breakfast bar, granite countertops & walk out to relaxing sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee! Master bedroom with vaulted ceilings & rustic beam. Master ensuite bath with walk-in shower & dual sinks. Den features built in desk and lighting, perfect when working remote; and has a TV with sofa bed. Backyard and side yard open to green lush common area and playground structure for you to enjoy!

We really enjoyed our 3 day stay in this beautiful home. It was so homey, cozy & peaceful. The pool was the icing on the cake for this 110+ phx weather. Everything was fully stocked & it had everything we possibly needed. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future. Thank you for everything! We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was the perfect place to rest and relax after a hot day in the bleachers. The house was just as described. It had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone. We were able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi each day. The beds were super comfy. The was close to shops and freeway. I would stay her again in a heart beat.

Beautiful home and pool. Close to restaurants, shopping and golf. Enjoyed the Palm Valley golf course. Very quiet neighborhood. Used the pool and hot tub every day. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pans, and utensils we needed to fix meals. Only thing missing was a crockpot. Clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house with everything needed during our extended stay. Owners were very responsive to all our communications. Shopping and freeway access is close by. We had an excellent stay.

My grandson and I stayed for three night and enjoyed ourselves. The house is comfortable, well stocked and very clean. We will stay again our next trip to the area.

Great property. Very clean and very nice. We went to Cardinals game and it was super easy to get to stadium. Also hiked Camelback and that was close and easy too. Highly recommend

Back yard was our favorite hang out spot. This property was perfect. Located in a quiet, convienent Avondale neighborhood. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Will be booking again in the fall.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Was able to get some relaxation on Spring Break. Not far away from I-10 so easy to get around Phoenix if you want to see some local attractions. When we come back to Phoenix this will likely be where we will be staying.

This property is extremely well kept and felt like home the minute we entered. We did not use the pool, but if it would have been warmer we would have! The twin bedroom actually has two bunk beds so would be perfect for more travelers than we had. Everything was very well explained and simple. The cleanup requirements were easy and very reasonable. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. We will definitely book this property again if we are ever in the Phoenix area.

A beautiful, spacious home that had all that my family and friends needed and the layout was perfect for all. The pool was so much fun for the little and big ones too! I will book this home again and it was close to the AK Chin Pavilion where we enjoyed a fun concert.

Better than described

This house was better than expected. We only had 3 adults staying but plenty of room for lots more. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the linens were comfy and good quality. The master bed had a bit of a dip, but we still got a restful sleep. The swimming pool was a great size and very clean plus lots of floats and toys. We had difficulty getting in the front door, but the manager quickly called us to solve the issue. The house is right on the edge of a park and it was a very quiet place. The neighborhood is safe and also nicely kept.

We had a great time at this VRBO. The house was so clean and inviting. The outside was just as nice and you can’t beat this pool. Is great for kids and adults. Nice safe neighborhood with grocery store near by and very easy access to the interstates which made visiting varies different parts of the area very easy. Would definitely return!!!

We had a fabulous couple of days at this gem of a house. The house was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable and hosts have thought of everything you could need while staying there. I really appreciated the personal touches that made staying here so easy. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hot tub, and the kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. The hosts were helpful and communicative while booking. I'd definitely book this house again if we found ourselves in the area.

This place is a must stay. We really enjoyed everything this place had to offer. We loved the pool and all the amenities. The house was well stocked with all the things you will need to cook with. The beds were super comfortable. The house is very close to shopping and restaurants. And if you have kids there is a park right next door.

My friends and I took a quick trip to AZ for a concert at Ak Chin Pavilion. This place was perfect! It was beautiful, the pool was so nice for laying out and relaxing. It was honestly one of my favorite places that I have stayed. We are definitely coming back here next year for our girls trip.

My family and I really enjoyed this house. It was so clean and well stocked. They thought of everything! We stayed 5 nights and felt so comfortable in this house. The pool and patio were a dream! Private Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ, Fire Table, Fountain, and Lots of seating for all! Stephanie was easy to talk to and so helpful. Easy access, and super safe neighborhood. This is defiantly on our favorite list for our next visit to Phoenix.

My family and I had a great trip this month. We stayed 4 nights. The house was exactly like the pictures show. We had no problems getting into the house or using the property. The book at the house described everything we needed to know. The pool was so wonderful and warm. I could have just spent the whole time sitting at the pool but the family made me go out and see the sights every day. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and even my husband thought so and he never likes any bed other than our bed at home. We used the hot tub once and it worked fine but spent most of the time in the warm pool. I spent a long time (hours) before selecting this house and was in no way disappointed. The 5 family members I traveled with all complemented me on choosing this house.

Reviews are so important to me because they are the deciding factor whether I will choose a property or not, so I’m writing my experience. It was super clean upon arrival. Layout was perfect, beds were comfy, we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed the pool. The location was PERFECT. Easy access to two main highways. Felt safe in the neighborhood. All these things you look for in a rental are here! Will stay here again if we come back to Arizona.

This was such an amazing place to stay. Very nice home and super clean. Had everything you could need (except for food) backyard and pool was amazing, such a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Pictures online are exactly what the property looks like! Well... we’re in love. This place was perfect for our large family and the host was very responsive and accommodating for our early arrival. Can’t say enough good things and we’re already looking to go back! Pool and hot tub were just lovely, comfy beds, sizable kitchen, and felt like home. The location was close to everything and the neighborhood was clean and quiet... felt safe. Only complaint is we didn’t want to leave!
