Für eine Nacht OK

Zentral, für einen längeren Aufenthalt gibt es bessere Optionen. 2 Duschen und WC´s Gemeinschaftszimmer hatte kein direktes Fenster ins Freie.

Ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und etwas abgerockt.

I’ve been a few times now and different hostels but the location is awesome so suits me and I like it

Nothing I like the touch of a towel now you’ve introduced as when travelling 🧳 light 💡 great just a suggestion I know we were very honest travellers but maybe latches on the cupboards so we can lock 🔐 on them just a suggestion thanks 🙏 again

Ok aber muss nicht nochmal sein.

Die Unterkunft ist extrem zentral. Das Personal war meist freundlich. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Badezimmer wurden oft gereinigt.

Das Personal hat uns um 10 Uhr aus dem Zimmer rausgeschmissen obwohl wir noch weitere Nächte geblieben sind. Es gab öfter Vorkommnisse bei denen Gäste betrunken herum gepöbelt haben und das Personal nichts dagegen unternommen hat. Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist optisch dementsprechend nicht wirklich schön. Dadurch dass das Hostel im Zentrum liegt kriegt man alles von draußen mit ( Unterhaltungen, Musik etc). In corralejo gibt es viel Auswahl an Hostels. Ich habe allerdings noch nie so viel bezahlt für so wenig Komfort. Es gibt meist bessere und günstigere Hostels. Wenn ihr nicht viele Ansprüche habt und coole neue Leute kennen lernen wollt dann genügt es jedoch. Es kommt nur auf den persönlichen Standard an.

Avoid if possible but location is perfect

- Perfect location - Ruth was very nice and gave clear instructions on WhatsApp - terrace is good but could use some maintenance

- There were people sleeping on the living room couch not staying in the hostel - two of the rooms have no outside windows (it is a window inside the kitchen so can get loud and there is no air ventilation) - 50€ per night was way too much, even for a New Year’s Eve (I would have left after the first night if anything else was available) - there was a combination of very friendly people and weird crowd, some valuables got stolen - no locker - only 2 bathrooms for 16 people - overall I did not feel safe here and would avoid coming here

there was no one on site, no identity of the property, i was walking around in circles, Someone from the hostel saw me with a backpack and told me where it was, no social vibe , my room was tiny, no where to put stuff

Great location, but unmanaged, dirty, and loud.

Great location.

Door code never changes, so there are random people sleeping in the living room. The entire hostel is covered in sand. There are bugs. No lockers. Rooms are next to the living room and kitchen without curtains or sound proofing. No staff on site, so people struggle to find their rooms and beds.

super central, nice swiffer-nanny.

The situation with my roommates was awfull. A tiny dorm with only an inside window to the kitchen (early mornings communityspace). We were 4 person. All of them in their 60s. 2 of them snoring, snorting, sweating, stinking and the third one was always cold. so even no ventilation for her sake. Usually I am promptly ready to move my matress to a calm space somewhere on the floortiles, but in this hostel every squareinch seemed to be capitalized. Also no sparebed available to change rooms. Even the door to the rooftop-terrace was locked over night, so couldn´t hide there either. one day I arrived (luckily during the day) the locks were changed without any notice of the situation or new keycodes.

The place is disgusting. There is dirt in the showers has not ever been cleaned, there was 1 dead cockroach in my room for 4 days, despite the "daily" cleaning. Sofas have holes and probaby bedbugs...Hot water didnt work 3 times when I was having a shower. There are no lockers and the bbq cannot be used as it is indoors! Need to enfasize how dirty and disgusting the place is.

Open door policy at cactus

Cactus hostel was easy to find and easy to enter after you once confirmed your booking and provided all details. Due to the missing reception it doesn't feel like a hostel, but more like a coliving with people if similar interest.

The owner seemed not to really care about the property do to the missing reception. I would have appreciated a visible contact person to ask different tips. (This was available, but only virtual). People who once stood at the hostel entered the hostel after the end of their stay regularly, slept on rooftop, the sofa or just used the facilities. In addition the hostel has no storage for valuable. Both combined made it quite risky to store valuables. However, during my stay nothing got stolen

Location. It ends there.

No reception. Lockers not lockable. Pillow stinks. No breakfast, not even a coffee. No socket at the bedside to charge the phone. Not even a chair in the bathroom to put my clothes on. Not too clean. A post-capitalist caricature of a hostel with all community spirit ripped out of it. All this near private room prices.
