Location, Location, Location; Directly across from the beach access so no need to use a golf cart or load up a car. You are a two minute walk away from the ocean. Did you forget something you needed at the beach? It's quick and easy to get back home.
And with perfect views to both the Gulf and Sound, enjoy your coffee on the front porches while you watch the sunrise over the water or a cocktail while watching the sunset. Designed for views, you see water in every direction you look.
Blue Vue is perfect for your family get together with its modern and open design, convenient ELEVATOR, huge covered porches, and heated* private pool with adjacent bar and and dining area.
Bring your friends because there is tons of space to stretch out. Have drinks or dine in one of two outdoor dining areas or in the custom kitchen nook, or at the large family-style dining table or pull up a stool at the long kitchen peninsula.
It's a chefs kitchen; rare quartzite/dolomite countertops with waterfall edges accented by hand poured Italian tile. Enjoy two full sized refrigerators, two dishwashers, an air fryer, cappucino/latte machine, crockpot, professional chefs knives, coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker.
There is also a matching, separate bar area with beverage cooler, blender and storage so you can grab a drink without getting in the way of the chefs!
Pool. Pool. Pool; it is 40 feet x 18 feet, so in a word HUGE. Chill (literally under the ceiling fan) in the MERMAID LOUNGE which is the bar and dining area next to the pool deck. It has a full sized refrigerator with ice maker and large HDTV for watching your favorite shows or sports. A powder room is adjacent so no need to go back upstairs. There are two outdoor showers - one at the pool and one in a privacy enclosure for your convenience when coming back from the beach. Beach towels are provided and there's tons of storage space on the ground floor.
The two master bedroom suites on the top floor have the feel of a luxury boutique-hotel with expansive views, custom king beds with pillow-top mattresses and high thread count cotton sheets. Large bathrooms feature custom tiled, walk-in showers with waterfall shower towers.
Blue Vue sleeps 20 guests in luxury hotel quality beds. In addition to the two King Suites on the second floor, on the first floor, there are two King Rooms with private vanity and toilet and shared shower/tub. And two bedrooms with full/queen bunk beds as well as two, unique built-in single bunks. All bedrooms have their own 50" or 55" HDTVs in addition to the HDTVs in the great room and in the pool bar. In total, 4 rooms with King beds and 2 rooms with full/queen bunk and two built-in single bunk beds.

Just as expected, excellent outdoor space and pool, plus a stones throw from the public beach access. Big family and we all had private bedrooms and plenty of common space to spread out during the day. Highly recommended!

This was a wonderful home for our family to stay in. It was spotless and plenty of room for everyone. The pool was an added plus for those of us who couldn’t be at the beach the whole time. We all had a relaxing time and said we would stay at this property again.

The property was just as described on the site. Lots of room. Great beach access and views. Pool was nice for when beach days weren't great. Elevator a plus. Our group was from 4 to 90.

Our family stays in Navarre every year and this house checked all our boxes. We had a great time. Enough room, pool was great, and the walk to the ocean was easy. We were so impressed with the layout of the house and the enormous amount of beach towels.

The property was exactly what was described. We didn’t have any surprises We enjoyed the elevator. All of my children grandchildren and great children spent a week on the most beautiful location on earth. My children want to go back to the same house.

First, Carin was amazing! Our original rental was cancelled on us one week from our arrival date due to the house selling. The new owners would not honor our reservations. So, we were left a week from our vacation with no place to stay. Carin was so easy to work with and made the process of renting her home so easy. She saved our vacation. The house is beautiful! The layout is perfect, so that you feel like everyone has room to move around comfortably. The pictures honestly do not do this home justice. It is so much more awing in person. The kids loved the pool and the views of the ocean are lovely. The property manager was also so much help and so pleasant when we lost power due to a storm. I highly recommend the Blue Vue for your next trip to Navarre.

Amazing location. Clean, accommodating, spacious home. Perfect for large families with children. Easy access to the beach, only 100 steps to the beach. Great ocean views. Clean pool and fun backyard with bar. Amazing white sand beach. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property in Navarre. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for our large group of 9 people.
We especially loved the following features:
• The open-plan living room and kitchen had plenty of seating and a cozy patio.
• The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of wedding activities.
• The bedrooms were all tastefully decorated and had comfortable beds and linens.
• The location was close to the Gulf and a short drive to the local stores and restaurants.
I originally booked for 10 adults and 3 children ranging from 1.5 years to over 70 years. Unfortunately, two adults and two minors had issues with their flights being canceled. Even if they had been able to attend, the house's layout would have been perfect for everyone to have their own space to sleep. My in-laws came over one evening for dinner, and the elevator made it possible for them to enjoy dinner without having to climb any stairs. They both have challenges with navigating stairs.
The host was very responsive and helpful and gave us clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Navarre with a large group or family.

We celebrated Thanksgiving in this beautiful house! There were 15 of us ranging from ages12-76. We traveled from Jackson, MS, Aspen, CO, Nashville, TN and Orlando, FL. My parents, their four children and their grandchildren all had plenty of space to spread out. The bunk rooms were perfect for the kids and the elevator was necessary for my parents. The kitchen was well stocked and Perfect for feeding all those people. The beach access was really easy and the mermaid lounge was perfect to watch the egg bowl! Would definitely come back. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with!

The size of the house and pool/outdoor area was perfect for our party. The walk to the beach was as convenient as we could ask for with children. The view from the 2nd and 3rd floor decks were so relaxing. This home was a perfect stay and we’d love to visit again!

My family enjoyed this beautiful beach house so much ! From stunning views to endless days swimming at beach and pool. Perfect for home cooked meals , but nearby restraunts have great food if you want to eat out.The beach was very close. If you want to eat a snack or get more drinks you just walk back. So easy ! We even saw manatees about 40 ft from where we were swimming. Recommend bringing snorkel gear to see all the fish and shells. Memories of a lifetime for sure.

House is perfectly located to provide quick, easy, safe access to the beach and fantastic views of both the Sound and the Gulf. House was perfect size for our group and the layout/floor plan allowed for entire group gatherings or private get togethers as needed. Favorite spot for us (due to rainy weather) was the pool with covered Mermaid Lounge!! Pool is large and area fenced in with refrigerator for cold drinks etc! Elevator was super helpful for getting groceries into house and moving infant in and out. Worth every penny and hope to stay there again in future. Carin and Ridlon are super hosts and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of.

The property is very nice and beach is very close. My only disappointment was the heated pool. We were only able to use it for 1 day due to the temperature. I chose this property bc of the pool. Due to the time of our spring break and knowing the coolness of the weather I needed a place the kids could get wet. The owners were very helpful in sending to pool guy out to accommodate our needs. However, by the time it heated up we had to leave.

What a beautiful home in a perfect location!!! Everything was top notch! We had an amazing family vacation.
The kitchen and main quarters are on the second floor which was quite a hike for those of us that are opposed to elevators BUT the elevator worked nicely and saved the day on many occasions…the stair cases are 18 steps each.
We will be booking again for next year!

We had a wonderful stay! We hosted a large group and there was something for everyone. The house is beautiful and was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. The beach was a very short walk from the driveway. The house had beach toys, pool toys, etc.

My husband and I wanted a place for our families very closest friends to be together for Thanksgiving and our small wedding on the beach with our children. This home is beautiful and very accommodating to everything we wanted for our visit! The homes location is ideal to the beach in a quiet peaceful area. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out or come together for meals or a game of dominos. We had everything we needed and more! Check in process was beyond easy. The owners were very easy to contact and quick to respond. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as the weather wasn’t great, but the outdoor area is wonderful to take a break and have a drink or gather around to watch some football. Thank you for allowing us to make so many memories! Look forward to visiting again next year for our anniversary.

4 families all with children and teens and never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is well stocked, the air fryer and crock pot where a HUGE plus. The beds were all cozy! And those showers!!! I didn’t want to leave. Already saved as a favorite!

We originally rented this house for a group of 14 but ended up only having 8 people going and there was PLENTY of space. The views from this house are absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. The owners have almost everything you could need and a binder with all the info you could need for the house. This came in handy when VRBO wouldn't let me message the owners (before we found the book) but we found it shortly after we arrived and it answered the few questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a womens retreat for a Bible study here. This house was absolutely stunning and extremely clean with great views. It was perfect for us and the owners were so kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

We had four families meet at this property (my parents, both of my brothers families and my family) ages ranged from 72 - 2 months. This house was a perfect fit for us. Each couple had a king size bedroom and the kids loved the bunk rooms! There is enough space for everyone to have their own space. This home offers lots of amenities - the private pool, elevator, pack and play and high chair, great porches, and convenience to the beach, just to name a few. The owners were awesome and super responsive to all questions. They have thoroughly thought out all things needed and provided them for your use. We hope to make it back soon! This was a great relaxing family vacation at a great house in a great location.

We stayed the week with our children and grandchildren. This home is beautiful. It had plenty of space for us all and the kids loved the bunk rooms. We loved having the elevator to make things easier for my mother-in-law. The pool was a hit! With having dirty ocean waters (unusual for our family trips to Navarre), we were able to get lots of use of the pool. We enjoyed cooking lots of meals together at the house, playing games, sitting out on the balconies or by the pool. And we did get some good beach time as well. We really enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home. And the owners were very easy to contact if we had any issues or questions. Cannot wait to stay here again! The best place we’ve stayed in Navarre so far!!

Perfect Navarre get away!
Our experience at Blue Vue was amazing! The beds were comfy, elevator was a lifesaver for those of us with bad knees, and the included amenities were vast. The pool is huge, and perfect for those times when you’d rather skip the beach… but the short walk to the beach was awesome as well! And the view from the 3rd floor deck was incredible. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!
