Beautiful 2 Storey 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath Villa, Pool & Spa.
This two storey villa is a delightful spacious and airy home which invites peaceful relaxation, but is minutes away from all the fun, activity and excitement that one could wish for, whether it is the many theme park attractions, golf courses, airboat rides or just a swim in the pool. But see the list below for some of the other things to see and do.
Our house is located in a quiet subdivision of Lake Wilson Preserve, a quiet community of villas designed to be perfect vacation homes. The large south-facing pool deck, with a beautiful blue in-ground pool and heated spa, backs onto a retention area. The sheltered exit from the house to the pool deck has a lovely eating area shaded from the sun.
Spacious master bedroom has a walk-out balcony looking out onto the retention area and pool deck. The bed is Queen size, with a full en-suite bathroom has an additional soaker-tub. Three other bedrooms are 2 queens and a twin and a full bathroom complete the upper floor. The fifth bedroom which is on the main floor has a queen-size bed and adjacent full bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay in a large quiet house - relatively close to Disney and universal. The house was clean and we had fast responses from the owner and property manager when we had questions. Very close to a Publix and cvs and aldi. Overall, we had a lovely time and look forward to staying here again.

All rooms were nice and pool was clean and great. Access to Disney parks was about 20 minutes in the am; but longer in the evening due to lots of traffic and some road construction, but this was expected. We only needed 4 bedrooms, but we wanted 5 in case our one son changed his mind and came also. We differently recommend and would stay there again if we come back.

Located in a great quiet and secure area. Not far from Disney. House was comfortable and the pool was just right. Everytime I needed to email the owner about questions, he always responded right back. We enjoyed our stay!

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Being roughly 20-25 minutes from W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, it is a short drive to shop, dine, and find entertainment if what you seek is not in the local community. First floor bedroom with en suite was perfect for a little separation from other family members. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for the rest of the family. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor space, including the pool. Good communication between owner and property management when we had questions before and during our stay. Would recommend to others.

Good size villa in a quiet location but let down by a few small niggles. The property was not as clean as we have come to expect in the current climate. Some of the fixtures and fittings are dated and need to be replaced. The safe didn`t work although the owner did reply promptly but it is an esssential requirement these days.
Hopefully the roadworks on the I4 will complete sometime soon as this is the worst we have ever seen it.

Work and Play
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The children played in the pool most of the time. We found a couple of new restaurants in the area that we enjoyed a few times. The house was really nice and comfortable for us. We will definitely be back.

This was a nice home. We have stayed at house on the Champion Gate area and this was far better then staying there. It was close to everything. I will be using Thai property again.

Nice place for family with kids
We were two families with kids. The place worked well for our trip to Disney. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool. We will surely go back to this place if visiting Orlando again.

Excellent stay
My wife and I stayed at this property with my sister in law and her new husband. We had a fantastic time.
House was exactly as advertised with no issues. Pool heating was sorted easy enough and was a lovely extra.
The pool area was a nice size and perfect for what we needed. The games in the garage were a nice bonus too.
Great location (nice and quiet) and easy enough to get to parks and shops.
All communication was was great with the management company.

Great place to stay!
This was our first family vacation and we enjoyed every minute of it. The owners were sweet, the property manager is great! The house itself was exactly what we needed and accommodated all 9 of us comfortably. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed a night swim as well. It’s a perfect location close to ALL attractions! We will definitely book again and again!!!

Great place near the parks
This house was perfect for our family vacation! Clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were great after a day at the parks. We really loved the location. The house is in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle, but it’s also just a short drive to stores, restaurants and disney/universal. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great, spacious vacation rental
The house was beautiful and spacious enough for 10 people. The screened in hot tub and pool were amazing. This home was fully furnished with everything including a washing machine and dryer! Upon arriving the home was not as clean as we would have liked as there were crumbs on the dressers, and the toliets did not look clean. Upon arriving to to the home we were not provided with an access code; however the owners quickly responded and gave us access to thr home. Great property! Dont pass this one up! We would definitely rent this home again.

Everything was great... space was wonderful, n rooms are comfortable. Only suggestion is a helpful reminder from management/ owner, reminding renter that heating pool n hot tub is extra, so if you would like it, it will be ready on arrival... definitely recommend!

A fantastic property - close to all the local amenities!
We had a fantastic vacation staying in Alan and Deirdre's lovely home and we already have serious post holiday blues as we had such a brilliant time!
The villa really is a gem!
All of the rooms are lovely and it really does feel like a home away from home. Everything you can think of is catered for and all of the mod cons are available.
Alan and Deirdre are absolutely fantastic and were very helpful throughout the process, from our initial enquiry, to booking and following up after our stay.
The location is convenient for Disney (if that's what you're after) and shopping.
We have recommended the villa to numerous family members and friends, and look forward to stopping again in the future!

Wonderful place to stay
Beautiful home. We vacationed with our family of eight adults for a week. With this 5 bedroom, 3 bath home we had plenty of room. There was a comfortable sectional in the living room where our family could relax. Besides the dinette, the dinning room had a larger table that accommodated our large family. There was also a large table with chairs that we used on the patio by the pool. The heated pool and hot tub were a delight especially during cool nights. The clothes washer and dryer located in the garage came in handy during our stay. The location of this vacation home was convenient to stores, gas stations and of course the theme parks. The owners were great at keeping in contact with us. They sent us, via email, important information about the house and the surrounding area. We would absolutely rent this home again. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect base to explore Florida
This is the perfect place to stay to enjoy Florida. The house is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the pool is beautiful. From the moment we arrived it felt like home. The immediate neighbourhood is quiet, but a wide variety of shops, restaurants and golf courses are within very easy reach. All of the theme parks are very close by and once we had devised routes that avoided the I4 as much as possible driving around was very easy. The owners of the property are very helpful and come back to you immediately when you contact them which is very reassuring when you go through the booking process. Overall easily the nicest home we could have had and I would highly recommend it.

Great property for the price!
This house was located perfect to driving back and forth to Disney. It was big enough for our 2 families of 4. It could use a little updating in the bedroom decor but other than that it was very nice!

Disappointing in the extreme
Basically, this is a nice house. The neighbours are lovely. It's not a bad location. The pool is fine. Generally the home is in decent structural repair. However we had problems with access and with multiple fittings, but it was management of these issues that caused most upset.
In summary:
1. We were given the wrong code to get into the house by the owners. This left us stranded at midnight. The local agent's emergency number was disconnected. We discovered later that the agents details we'd been given were completely wrong, but they never answer the phone out of hours anyway - we would have been stranded regardless. We were rescued that night by a group of local youngsters who incredibly kindly put us up in two of their bedrooms. I spent the night on the floor emailing the owners, who at 5.30am USA time realised their error.
2. We requested compensation from the owners - they suggested a discount of one night's accommodation. That's right - they offered to refund us the night in the house we couldn't use! I pointed out that this wasn't compensatory at all - we had gifted the kind putter-uppers, and it had ruined the start of our holiday. We eventually reached a compromise of a $400 reduction (plus the refund of our refundable deposit - they made this sound like this would be some kind of bonus)
3. Over the course of the next few days we discovered:
a) The downstairs double bedroom's headboard has split away from the bed. A bodged repair was made. The overhead bulb had blown. The shower leaked so badly it flooded the floor, making it unusable. The battery in the fire alarm was flat and beeped all night until we removed it.
b) The upstairs single beds are so creakingly noisy (cheap and old) my son hardly slept all week. He weighs about 9.5 stone.
c) Sheets and comforters on three of the beds were stained - my own were blood stained. This bedding was changed by the agency when they were informed.
d) Not enough towels for 5 people, let alone 10. Shabby, grey and/or ripped in several cases. The agency brought us some new ones round.
e) The kitchen floor was dirty when we arrived. This wasn't remedied during our stay. Every blind, every fan, was thick with dust.
f)The booklet emailed by the owners is out of date in crucial details. Once in the house, there was no house manual from the agents, despite requests.
I spent all week sorting this nonsense out.The owners repeatedly referred us back to the agency, who rarely answer the phone. Nightmare

Fantastic house, convenient and luxurious
We have just returned from our two week holiday to Orlando and I miss this lovely house. It was perfect from the minute we arrived with air con on ready to soothe us after a long journey. The kids jumped in the pool immediately! The house is tastefully decorated and feels like a home rather than a rental and has absolutely everything you can think of right down to cool boxes and chairs ready for the beach! For us, the location is perfect, we were doing 7 days at Disney and 2 at universal and the house is so close that you can escape back to the house so easily and relax outside watching the kids cool off, we were outside every day as the furniture was so comfortable and pool area so pleasant! The real bonus is the comfort of the beds and bathrooms. Wifi also excellent, very important with teenagers! The development is small and the pool gets sun all day and you can watch the wildlife safely from behind the netting which is brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend this house as it is so homely, perfectly clean and fully stocked and so convenient for everything. Disney is 10-15 minutes, supermarket 5 minutes and shopping all within half hour! Another nice touch was there were loads of towels including pool and beach towels and fab laundry facilities. The owners are lovely and gave us loads of information about the area so we were able to hit the ground running and knew where to go and find everything we needed, including groceries, restaurants and the short cut to Disney! We will definitely be back! If you book this house you will not regret it!

Great property close to Disney
This is the ideal house to rent for a family vacation to Disney. Deidre and Alan were very quick to respond to my questions, and the rental transaction was quick and easy through PayPal.
The house is very close to Disney, and very spacious, clean, and well maintained. There was plenty of room for my family of 5 plus two grandparents. The pool and hot tub were nice to come home to after a day at Disney, and the kids certainly enjoyed them. Overall, you'll be hard pressed to find a better house at a better price close to Disney. Definitely would recommend.
