Very clean and quiet condo in a great location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other friends.

Close to resort and very comfortable. The fireplace was very nice and the heater works well in the winter cold. House is comfortable and cozy. Will return for sure!

The three bedroom condo at Northstar in the Aspen Grove area was wonderfully located. The condo was very clean, had a good amount of space for everyone. The shuttle pick up was very convenient, just in front of the parking area. With it being so close to the village pick up and drop off was very quick. The kitchen was well stocked with more than enough utensils, cups, dishes, pots, and pans. But I would definitely recommend them, including in the description of the condo to bring coffee filters, foil, ziplock baggies just in case you need them.
I would highly recommend the condo and would definitely stay there again.

Nice cozy but roomy place for the family to enjoy for the week!

The housekeepers did an excellent job, but there was no grill brush or laundry detergent so we couldn't do our part. The grill hadn't been cleaned in a while and it was very hard to get it clean without the right tools.

Perfect location-easy walk to the pool and and village. Beds were very comfortable.

I booked this accommodation for family/friend ski trip.
The listing includes "Rec Center w/a Pool & Hot Tub". Our experience was those were included after paying $10 per person for each day at the Rec Center. The listing title is very misleading.
The kitchen was not "well-equipped" as there absolutely no spices (not even salt, pepper) and no cooking oil.
The dishwasher did not work. Found all jet holes on both rotating arms were completely plugged. Was able to break free a few but that left dishes grimy. Some jet holes are calcified and cannot be cleared.
Advertised for skiing and close proximity to Northstar but there was not one box of facial tissue.
The walkway and stairs were covered with compact snow and ice upon arrival. Presented a dangerous condition while unloading luggage. Found shovels and cleared ourselves.
I would not recommend this property unless the Rec Center guest fees are properly disclosed.

The house is clean
When we arrived. There’s plenty of towels to use.

Very conveniently located, short walking distance to the village. Cosy space with plenty of room for 8 people (4 kids and 4 adults) to stay comfortably - would definitely consider booking again for future skiing trips.

So close to the village and skiing!! But beds were very uncomfortable, fireplace would not light, and it lacked extras like salt and pepper and games. Otherwise, the place was clean and quiet.

Cozy large group hideaway
We enjoyed our stay in Aspen Grove and can recommend a stay in particular when traveling with 4 adults and up to 4 kids.
Given that we are in the midst of a pandemic/endemic my only complaints were the lacking tidiness of kitchen cabinets, the face of the fridge and the bathroom sinks. The cabinets had food splashes and I had to remove skin particles and hair. This definitely should be improved and is the reason I give 4 out of 5 stars.
However, the old carpet was replaced, as well as the coffee maker, there were enough pans, pots, cookie sheets, and cutting boards.
Future guests should bring spices, Tupper ware/ food wrap, and laundry detergent to wash towels upon check-out since this was not available during our stay.
Otherwise, the on-site guest service was prompt and followed up after arrival. Overall a great stay within close proximity to Northstar Village.

Great trip to Northstar!
Vacasa was super responsive with some small hiccups in our trip. The location to the village can’t be beat. Would definitely love to rent here again.

Good location. Poorly stocked.
The location is really good. Very close to the village (walking distance). The lifts were not open when we visited so we didn't try walking to the lifts with equipments but there is also shuttle bus. I'd imaging this can be a very good location for ski season.
On the other hand, the place is poorly stocked. There were not a lot of pots, especially missing larger pots. Some pots/pans are missing covers. No tray for baking so oven isn't very useful. They also don't have food wraps or aluminum foils. The laundry detergent is also missing.

Good, with some nuances
We were staying in August to participate in orienteering competition. Great location, cozy inside. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the kitchen. Old scratched pans, only one cutting board, so-so kitchen knives. Dishwasher died on us. Coffee maker worked, but has scary appearance: looks like top cover was heated/burned.

Nice but needs supplies
Nice condo walking distance to Northstar Village. The condo has very dated supplies. All the cooking wear needs to be updated. So spices for cooking and no coffee filters for the coffee maker so be prepared to go and find everything. The closest grocery store is in Truckee about 10 miles away. We just stayed at a condo in Mammoth that was very well supplied so we were a bit disappointed. The condo has many cupboards that are locked and say “owners cabinet no access”. About half of them. If you’re going to rent a condo I would allow more available supplies. The only other thing is the pool and spa access is not included it is an addition $5 per person and closes at 7-8. The photos make you believe it’s part of the condo. Also, the arcade pictured is no longer there.

Cozy cabin in great location
This is a comfortable condo, with a nice cabin feel in Northstar. I liked the layout for the three bedrooms, nice windows, and the two decks were private and beautiful forest views! We loved to walk to the village. The only two things- need a new coffee maker. The coffee maker was broken and I had to adjust to get it to work. Needs a new coffee maker. Dated kitchen supplies. And the carpet is pretty worn, suggest to replace soon. We had a great stay.

Great place for a family trip!
Close to the village and more than enough room for our family of four. Nice to be close to some sledding behind the condo. Would rent again!
