This property is beautiful, in a safe quiet neighborhood and conveniently located near the airport, South Beach, Key Biscayne. Recommend having a car but you can walk to marinas, restaurants and Fresh Market. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Thank you Paloma!

My Husband and I had a wonderful vacation in Coconut Grove. The Casita is in a convenient, quiet location and private fenced yard is a plus. We appreciated the ambiance of the property. Our gracious host communicated well with us by text and we finally meet in person our last day in Florida. We enjoyed sharing VRBO stories since we own/manage a vacation home as well in South Carolina.

I first came to the property alone and then my husband flew in later for Art Basel and had never been to Miami so I needed some help and Paloma was absolutely the BEST at suggestions and this Casita felt so safe which I appreciated traveling alone at first ! It is stunning and in the prettiest part of Miami! I can’t say enough good things about both Paloma and the property! The bed is always something I struggle with in a new place and I slept like a baby! I am an artist and will be coming back to Art Basel and without a doubt will stay here if it’s free ! Thank you for your love and hospitality Paloma! This made our trip!

My first concerns when making a decision on where to stay is BBC (Bed, Bath, and Clean.) This placed passed my requirements exceptionally. I never slept so comfortable on the king BED with extra pillows. The BATH had a great shower with good water pressure. And above all the place was extremely CLEAN. If you like being outside, which I do, you have a private area with seating to relax. You will completely feel SAFE in this residential neighborhood where there is a locked gate, not that you need it, to access your rental. This rental is perfect for two who want to be near the Coconut Grove area.

The property is absolutely beautiful! This is the first vacation home rental. I’ve stayed that was not only as nice as described, and pictured, but I actually thought it was even more lovely!
It is very private, safe, clean and comfortable with nice amenities.
Check in, etc was super easy, as was communication with the owner, who was especially kind and accommodating, knowing I was there following the recent passing of my husband.
I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for a solo, travel or two people – probably a little small for more than that :-)
Also, I don’t know if others have mentioned, but it’s not even a five minute block from the Casita to one of Miami’s many free trolley stops- I found it an enjoyable and easy way to get into both the heart of the restaurant/commercial area of Coconut Grove and Brickell. There’s even a Miami, Charlie app which let me know amount of time before it stopped at the location or other ones which was very user-friendly. Check it out if you stay here and don’t want to drive everywhere. Walking is possible into the heart of Coconut Grove, but be ready for a possible pop-up rain shower :-)

We were visiting our granddaughter and needed somewhere quiet to get a good night's rest. This casita is very quiet and in a great location. Paloma took care of all our requests. Excellent communication.

This "casita" is a small house behind a big house, where the owner lives. It is basically a studio (combined living room/bedroom/kitchen) but very cleverly and efficiently laid out so it feels bigger than it is. There are two interior doors, one to a nice modern bathroom, one to a walk-in closet that doubles as a laundry area, with washer & drier. Mexican tiles on many surfaces give the casita a lot of color and visual appeal. There is a lovely outdoor patio where we had breakfast every morning, and a big grassy yard with palm trees and a lovely fountain which adds to the overall sense of spaciousness. The "plunge pool" is more-or-less a jacuzzi, not big enough for swimming, but good for either cooling off or warming up, depending on the weather. The owner is friendly and informative but values the privacy she extends to her guests. She loves her Coconut Grove neighborhood and so, now, do we! The ocean is 3 blocks away.

The Casita was as described. Perfect for a couple trying to spend time together. Close to everything - South Beach, airport, downtown Miami, Key Biscayne. Recommend having a car. There is a metra station nearby, a trolly that will pick you up at the end of the block and a grocery store called Milam's. I loved the neighborhood and the roaming peacocks.

Beautiful property in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The owner has taken great care in providing a very comfortable and private experience for her visitors. Lots of things to do and see in the area as well. We completely enjoyed our stay and are thankful that it was available. Thank you Paloma!

The Guest Casita was the perfect spot to land each evening after long days on our feet. The soaking pool was the perfect cure for tired legs.
The living space was unique and sparkling clean with every amenity you could ask for. It was hard to believe how peaceful the yard was being so close to the bustle of Coconut Grove village as well as downtown Miami.
This will be our go-to place for all future trips for 2!

We are SO happy with our stay! The Guest Casita had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable, walk-in closet was spacious, and the kitchen had all the necessities (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, utensils and plates). We loved the design of the space with the unique tiles and lights, as well as the gorgeous outdoor space. Communication with Paloma made everything so easy. Thank you for being a wonderful host, and we hope to come back again soon!!

The Casita is perfect cozy size for a couple and the location is central for exploring Miami. The area feels safe. The bed was really comfortable, with what felt like down material. The AC works great and kept us cool in the hot June weather. My only critique is it would be nice to have a larger refrigerator. Beautiful property, well maintained.

We loved the casita!
A little slice of heaven! We agree with the other reviews, beautiful and just as pictured. I would add that there is a king size bed and it is extremely comfortable. Also, the backyard is yours to use and it’s very private and special. Just over a mile to walk to Coconut Grove and just over the bridge to Key Biscayne. Perfect location and we will definitely return!

The casita in Coconut Grove was a perfect location for visiting the Miami area for my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. Nice, quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Clean, well stocked. Coffee on the patio in the morning so relaxing. Check in and out easy. Paloma was a great host. The bottle of wine she left for us was a sweet touch for our celebration. We loved it and will stay again if ever in the area.

Paloma's property was stylish, perfect and exactly as pictured (maybe better!)! Clean, quiet, and on a beautiful street. I was raised in Miami, and this is truly the perfect location between downtown, the beaches and Key Biscayne, and the Pinecrest/Coral Reef area. I stayed here alone, but it could easily have accommodated another adult and small child, and is especially nice to have a kitchen and a grocery store close by!
Check-in was easy and fast, and Paloma communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I had what I needed and even left me a special note and treat at check-in.
I will definitely be back!
