About this house rental
****Winter Ski Special****
Check in as early as 9 am, and check out as late as 8 pm. If you're coming for a ski weekend, this could give you two extra days of skiing! We have 25 ski slopes within a 1+ hour drive. Go to SkiNH.com to look at the map. Our closest favorite is Ragged Mountain, just south of Bristol. With $89 lift tickets, 57 trails, and 3 learner trails, Ragged works well for all but the most advanced skiers. (Tenney Mountain, a small mountain 5 min from us, has some very challenging slopes!) We also like to drive up to Bretton Woods (60 min) for the scenery, and the nearby Omni Mt. Washington Grand Hotel for dinner. Bretton has 63 ski & snowboard trails, winter Zip Lines and Nordic Trails for cross-country skiing! It's breathtakingly beautiful.
And now back to our more generic description:
We look forward to hosting you on the clearest lake in New England! The house has so many amenities, you may not need to leave. Stay inside and enjoy the beautiful scenery from the Sunroom, or get outside and get going! There's lots to do in the outdoor playground that is New Hampshire! Hiking, fishing, swimming, tubing, snowmobiling, ice fishing and skiing. Enjoy the Sunroom, Hearth Room, Games Room, fireplaces, and a large Kitchen. Seven bedrooms and 2 fold-out couches. Plenty of space for everyone. LOTS of nearby hiking, snowmobiling and skiing trails. Picturesque Bristol, Plymouth and Hebron are fun to explore. Or go farther afield on a day trip. The kitchen is large enough for everyone to help with cooking a fantastic meal. Lounge on the deck. Play a game. Read, Relax, Chat. Take some pictures because you will want to remember this vacation always.
We have a deck, dock, and 100' of private shoreline at the lake. The 6-minute hike to the lake is a beautiful trail to enjoy, with many stairs, and may not be suitable for everyone.
Limit of guests: While the property does sleep 17, we want to keep it affordable for smaller groups as well. Our base rates reflect a maximum of 10 guests, and extra guests incur a $50 per person per night extra charge. (Do not count children 2 and under.) This allows you to customize the rent you pay to the group you have, while also allowing us to reasonably collect for extra cleaning and wear and tear for larger groups.

The pictures don't show its true beauty. Stunning views, great living areas, games, this home has it all. Our family was blown away that this home has it all. We would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed a multi-generation family get together in this large, very well appointed home. The younger generation loved the game room and we all enjoyed hours of kayaking, swimming in the lake, and gathering around the outdoor fire pit in the evening to roast marshmallows for s’mores. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a lakeside retreat that can accommodate a family, large or small.

The property is perfectly situated overlooking Newfound Lake, and the swimming, kayaking, and canoeing equipment was thoroughly enjoyed. The area is full of scenic and fun destinations, including Newfound Lake, Flume Gorge, Mt. Washington, Lake Winnipesaukee, and much more. Our stay was memorable, and the property could not have been nicer!

The house is magnificent!! We were a family of 16, at times, and everyone had their own space. The house offers just about anything you might need, from Keurig's to kayaks. Nancy is a delight to work with. She goes the extra mile is make sure your vacation is special. If you're thinking of a family reunion, this is the place to have it.

What a fantastic rental! We have rented many properties through VRBO and Nancy’s home is at the very top of our list.
We rented the property for a family reunion which included adults, kids, teens and 3 dogs. The home offered plenty of space for us to spread out. Nancy added so many personal touches that added to everyone’s enjoyment. The game room was a big hit, as were the kayaks and swimming dock. The house was very well equipped. She also supplied bug spray, head lamps, charging cables, board games, paper products, beach towels, floats for the lake, life jackets for all… the list goes on. Nancy was a wonderful, attentive host. We highly recommend this rental!

Everything about this house was awesome. Nancy was so responsive to my questions leading up to the trip and checkin was smooth. House was super clean and well stocked. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and play.
Even with 8 adults, 4 kids and 1 dog there house felt super spacious. The walk to the doc is uneven with many steps so not feasible for anyone who

The cabin was an easy 5 stars with amenities not easily found in other lake side homes. A great destination for the 16 of us. The goal was to spend time together as an extended family and this was the perfect spot to do it. Games like ping pong, darts, horse shoes and corn hole (to name just a few) were available to play as cousins, who haven’t seen each other in years, got to know each other. A special shout out to Nancy, our hostess, who treated us with unmatched hospitality. She charged head lamps for our night trip to the lake, got us a large coffee urn for the coffee hounds among us and sent us additional information on fun things to do around the lake. We’ve done a lot of VRBOs and this has been our top experience to date.

House is beautiful and perfectly equipped. Hiking was very good nearby, while skiing conditions made us look for other activities. Hot Tub is an excellent feature. Big group meals and enough privacy for our group.

You can't beat the bespoke getaway experience that Nancy has crafted for any time of the year! We, a group of friends, enjoyed the weekend and indulged in all the home had to offer - a huge chef's kitchen with all the amenities, a hot tub with room for everyone, a roaring fireplace, game room, comfy sleeping quarters everywhere you turned, breathtaking views, and so much more! It was a challenge to pry ourselves away from all that the home had to offer to actually hit the slopes. We look forward to coming back for more fun in the summer. Kudos to Nancy for also being an A+, communicative host.

The owner Nancy was fantastic and very accommodating. We even forgot a key and she found it and sent it back to us. We frequently use VRBO for our travel and this home exceeded our expectations.......10-out-of-10

While mother nature did not cooperate and give us snow, we had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Nancy was an excellent host, so responsive, and the house was perfectly stocked for everything you could possibly need. The views of the lake were stunning and the hot tub was great fun. We will definitely be back!

The house was simply wonderful! By far the best fully equipped rental we have ever stayed in and we have rented alot! The house itself is so spacious and the owner has gone above and beyond, thinking of everything you could possible need, so organized and labeled in very cute ways. Nancy, the hostess, was very responsive to our needs. We had family members from 4 states and the room this house allowed us was great. The house was very clean, and even though it is big, was so homey! The fall color views of the trees as you sit outside were beautiful! Highly recommend this house for large groups!

The house was way cooler than the pictures showed. Nancy was a great host, and was able to get a few extra kayaks to the property for us. The place was pristine when we arrived. The house had everything you could possibly need, especially for a larger group. We spent the weekend relaxing, catching up, and making food. We all wished we could stay longer at this perfect location

This was a great place for a group of friends to get together for a long weekend. We had a great time and are already looking at dates to return for next year. You won't regret it!

The house is amazing and the owners have thought of everything. I can't think of one time when we wanted something and couldn't find it. The kitchen is really well-stocked and everything is easy to find. There was plenty of firewood, linens, floats for the lake, etc. We had 3 families with a total of 8 kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone and lots to do. The walk to the water was exactly as described in the posting. We spent our days by the lake and evenings by the fire pit and hot tub.

Beautiful home on Newfound Lake with everything you need to enjoy a vacation of recreation and solitude. The house was magnificent with more than enough space for my family of 8. It was well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed down to a coffee grinder and extra phone chargers. It was extremely clean and well kept and communication with the host was seamless. We would definitely love to go back and highly recommend!

This property was clean and very spacious! The kids loved the game room! We actually spent out last day all in the game room playing wth the kids. The house had everything anyone could need. Plenty of areas to eat and relax. We also were able to get in plenty of exercise going back and forth to the lake. It was very peaceful and relaxing kayaking on Newfound lake. We also adventured out to the state Park and enjoyed swimming and hiking. Although we did not need anything the hosts were readily available if needed. I would definitely love to go back to 33 Indian Point Rd, In Hebron, Nh… Kathleen Owen

This was the perfect spot for our family. We felt nestled in the trees and enjoyed our walk through the woods to the private deck and beautiful lake.
No trouble at all with the house (which is even nicer than pics). Host, Nancy, was readily available for questions or concerns.

Nancy truly thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as could be from the s’mores kit to the plaid bedding because we are Scottish and including emergency kits in every bathroom. Our four daughters and their families were so impressed as well.

This house on Newfound Lake was perfect for our family's summer lake week. The house is spacious, beautiful, and well-stocked with everything from kitchen essentials to kayaks, life jackets, and other boating needs. Nancy is a terrific host; she really cared about making our stay excellent. In addition to the house itself, we used and loved the deck, the fire pit, the hot tub, and the boat dock. As my granddaughter (age 7) said, "On a scale of 1 to 10, this house is an 11."

Wonderful property, we stayed a full week for the Fourth of July and loved every minute!!

The house was beautifully maintained and we appreciated the way every single part of the house was well stocked—from the kitchen spices to the bathroom essentials. Labeling of cabinets made it easy to find everything.
The highlight for us was exploring the shoreline and Grey Rocks Conservation Area in the kayaks.

Returned to HighPoint for our college reunion. Nancy is an amazing host, she went above and beyond to provide everything we needed. Looking forward to next year!

The house was spotless and Nancy was so easy to deal with during the whole process. The pictures don't even do it justice. This place has everything you'll need. The house is fully furnished, right down to spices and foil if you plan on cooking. Every space in the house is decorated lovely. I can't think of anything that needs to be added or changed, except maybe a pinball machine downstairs 😅..
If you're in need of a place in the area you can't go wrong with this property.
I highly recommend it and will be staying again next time I'm in the area.

The house was perfect for our group of 10 professionals with comfortable accommodations for everyone. This is the way a luxury rental property should be set up. Nothing missed right down to the bags of ice in the bar refrigerator downstairs. Bring your food and drinks as everything else has been taken care of for you. Nancy is an excellent host!

Beautiful location and home. Timed it perfectly with the foliage peak, full moon, and fantastic weather was a total bonus. Nancy you called it!
There were ten of us altogether. The home had room for all and more- super comfortable. Extremely intuitive from door key entry to departure. Especially liked the labeled cabinets and draws, very nice touch. Well stocked with appliances and utensils. Sonos worked great. We spent the majority of the time outside which was our plan so we didn't really take advantage of the game room and bar area. However, had the weather turned on us, we would have been in good hands. Many thanks to Nancy our host. No calls meant you did a fantastic job in the front end :-)

The best equipped vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful house.

The house is amazing! So clean and organized. It literally has everything you need for a week away (and more)!!! There is plenty of room too for multiple families! And the basement with all the games was a big bonus for the kids.
The house is a 4 minute walk to the private dock. But really it was great! And actually kept the kids outside all day (instead of inside on their phones). The location of the house is on a great spot of the lake. It’s perfect for boating, tubing, and water skiing. It’s also great to just swim off the dock. There is a floating dock too! New Found Lake is just so clear and beautiful!!
I highly highly recommend renting this house!!!

The house was terrific. We have stayed in this region for more than 10 years and this house is fantastic and Nancy is very responsive. The only drawback (as clearly indicated) was the distance and number of stairs from the house to the water.

Great NH lake house
We (six adults from 20's to 60's) had a great stay. Beautiful, very clean, amazingly well-stocked house, very responsive host. Enjoyed the downstairs game room, the kayaks on the lake, lounging in the sun room, and hiked many nearby trails.
