The host is extremely welcoming and he gave us tips for things to do in the area. The surroundings are beautiful and it is very well located to visit the main sites in central Puglia. The room was large enough and it felt nice to be in the middle of the countryside.

As you would expect in the middle lf the countryside there were some ants and other small bugs but that is normal. Everything was great

Very good breakfast with homemade cakes and fresh fruit. Cute surroundings, decor done with taste. Owner was very friendly and helpful, always offering assistance! The bed and pillows were super comfy, best of our whole trip.

Very tasteful breakfast. Nice outdoor spaces and pool area. It all looks very premium with tasteful décor. Rooms look nice.

Expensive for what you get. As mentioned it all looks premium but when you look for details you notice there is mold on walls. Bedsheets were torn, towels weren't changed, not even one shelf in the bathroom, we were constantly reminded that we need to clean our table after breakfast, etc. All this would still be OK but not for the quite premium price you have to pay. This part does not fill totally under "bad" section but is still worth mentioning: One day there was like 15-20 min of really strong rain and I understand that this falls under unpredictable weather conditions but still our room was flooded with like 5cm of water in this time. And that is very surprising (it wasn't raining for hours). We did get the new room immediately but beware in which room you stay if it's raining.

The property has a heart warming story, the spaces have so much character and our host is amazingly warm and gracious. breakfast was delicious and we were so happy throughout our stay.

Breakfast to die for. Typical Italian cakes fruit etc freshly baked. Breakfast is served outdoors under the olive trees. Really quaint surroundings. This was an old farm which was renovated by the host . You can see his love of the surroundings in the rustic decor etc of the rooms. Highly recommend

Beautiful location, well maintained room and surroundings. Its obvious that the owner has an eye for cool design, still keeping the history of the place with the unique trullis. Short drive from Ostuni and other nearby towns. Comfortable bed, and spacious waterfall shower. Very clean. The pool area is spectacular and so is the breakfast area where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast under a huge olive tree. We spent five days here and could not be happier. The host is very inviting and helpful. We would love to come back. This is a 10/10.

very very Beautiful hotel in a charming and authentic location. the rooms are in trullis, which are very well equipped and decorated. perfect balance between rustic and chic. the common areas such as the pool, the breakfast areas are clean , aesthetically pleasing and comfortable with many places to sit and relax. the hotel is located 15 minutes drive from Ostuni and easy access to the main attractions and beaches. the breakfast is delicious with many options the owner is very kind, generous and will make sure that you have an amazing stay in puglia. he is knowledgeable of the areas , restaurants , places to visit etc ( some less touristic and more locals which is always fun). we had an amazing time in this beautiful hotel and would 100% recommend / revisit ! thank you again for having us and making us fall in love with Puglia.

the gardens where beautifully laid out the pool was perfect and breakfast was plentiful. The owner could not have been more helpful.

Very nice and kind owner. He offers help with everything and you can ask him anything. The location of this rental is very good. In a few minutes you can go to Ostuni, Cisterno and other small villages in the area. The poolside is just perfect! The scenery is very nice and there are enough sunbeds.

The room was unique and quirky. The owner Antonio was the most friendly and perfect host.

Missing essentials: no sign to the accommodation, WiFi only in breakfast zone from 8 to 10. After this time it is a “private zone”. Most importantly for us there were no facilities at night. Everything literally in the dark. No option to sit and relax with a drink or to play a game in the general zone as this is private and no one is there. Because there is no fridge in the room it is no option to bring drinks yourself. No basic information given unless asked (e.g. WiFi, tips for activities and restaurants in the area, ‘rules’ of water usage). Again a lot of potential but needs a little attention and investment. There seems to be no staff besides the owner. Therefore not always someone present/available.
