A 'home away from home' in a quiet cul-de-sac. This comfortable 3 bedroom home has all the necessities required for a short break. It has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, blender, toaster, kettle). All linen and towels are supplied. Lovely deck with BBQ for cooking and unwinding. Also close to shops.

Absolutely stunning stay, the kids enjoyed running around in the yard and the play room, the house was so well set up and stocked with no detail was missed. From the fresh farm eggs in the fridge, handwritten notes with little chocolates, the outdoor fire pit set up ready to go. The house was the cleanest and most welcome place that we felt right at home and relaxed from the minute we arrived. Highly recommend!

I told my kids we would be staying somewhere else compared to usual when we visited Bathurst. I left my wife in the dark and said "Trust me" or more like trust all the other ratings on Expedia.
The ratings dont lie, could not have asked for more for our stay, Super clean, well equipped, lots of activities for kids around the house. Close to Bathurst CBD and 300m drive to a very well stocked iga just in case you forget something.
Both my kids and wife said as we left great choice lets stay here next time please :)

It is so, so lovely to walk into such a spacious, clean, fresh and welcoming home after a long day of travel. Beautifully renovated with large rooms, great bathroom, very comfortable beds, full sized kitchen and a large lounge complete with a massage chair which was in great demand. Very generous provisions for a hearty breakfast which included generous fruit and cereals.
If you are travelling to Bathurst with family then this is a perfect choice.

Lovely clean modern house with everything we needed plus so much more. Lovely little touches and beautifully appointed.

This was the perfect family home for a getaway. The house is is a nice quiet neighbourhood and the rooms were lovely and clean. The kids play room was perfect to keep the kids occupied and they didn't want to leave! The fully stocked fridge and cupboard were a nice surprise and the icing on top to a great stay. We stopped over for one night on our way to Dubbo zoo, and were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the house was - particularly the kids playroom out the back (now we need to make our own playroom like this at home!), and the wonderful breakfast basket that was left for us. My 6 year old said it was her absolute favourite holiday house we have ever stayed at - and we have stayed at many! We will definitely try to come back one day! I should also add, the gas has gone out in Bathurst the day before we arrived but Bec was all over it, and arranged for an electric hot water service to be installed so that we could have hot showers during our stay. What a wonderful host!

Great host, great house, great holiday 🤩
1) Great host! Bec let us check in early so my autistic son could get used to the space and this really did help improve our trip and he didn’t have a single panic attack.
2) great house! Everything was clean and tidy and the play room for the kids was a huge bonus. It is definitely a home away from home.
3) we’ll stocked! The fridge and pantry had all the little things we needed as well as more than a few luxuries. Yes most places have the essentials but this was just a thoughtful step up and it made this place a standout.
4) the massage chair! I just thought it was a recliner from the photos but it vibrates and was soooo relaxing after a long drive.

Lovely stay
We had such a lovely stay here! The house was so well-presented, we felt like we were staying in a hotel but with the conveniences of a house. All the little touches were very appreciated. My boys loved the playroom

The stay felt warm and welcoming with generous supplies for breakfast, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounges, beds and bedding. We made maximum use of the place for our weekend: being 3 couples over 60 years of age comfort and warmth were a priority. Our host Rebecca was helpful and a good communicator 🙂🙂🙂 We would definitely stay there again

Great location for our purpose only a short walking distance to the Hockey Fields. It was also a great relief to see a nice breakfast hamper in the fridge, which alleviated one less thing to deal with when arriving late afternoon. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

Impressive and Thoughtout
The owners make everything extremely easy with communication and organisation. They allowed earlier check-in due to us going to a wedding. Everything was so clean and organised. They even had fresh tomatoes, bacon and eggs in the fridge should we have wanted to make breakfast in the morning with Milk and orange juice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.

Peace and quiet
This property was in a quiet cul-de-sac. The property was very clean and welcoming. I stayed here with a couple of friends and it was ideal. The perfect place for a young family to stay and explore the area.
