Cute, cosy and clean :)

The apartment was very cute and cosy! Well presented and felt clean and tidy!

The curtains were quite sheer so if the apartment building across had their lights on at night the whole room was lit up which was less than ideal. It was also overall quite dark due to lack of natural light

Nice apartment that could do with some improvements

Centrally located and close to everything. Apartment was clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen if you choose to cook. Great having a washing machine and dryer and bonus to be given a beach umbrella to use as it gets very hot in Burleigh Heads.

Curtains in main bedroom are terrible as light comes in as soon as the sun goes up. Block out blinds needed in all bedrooms. Walls are paper thin so if you have noisy neighbours you could hear everything, ie baby crying. Double glazed windows will help with blocking out noise also as this property is situated on the main road. Mattresses and pillows too soft. Bathroom needs a fan as it gets hot and very steamy. Plumber needs to look at vanity basin as water was not flowing down, kept getting stuck. Shower door does not close properly so water seeps throw on to the floor. Air con in main bedroom was not working during our stay so got very hot. The other rooms were fine.

A stunning and comfortable home away from home!

A home away from home, we loved every little detail about this property and our stay was so comfortable! The owners were so welcoming and kind, great communicators so friendly and accomodating.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable.

The location was great right on the beach, the apartment was so comfortable and clean and came with everything you could need. The day bed was excellent, we were in apartment number 1 so we got all the afternoon sun unlike the other apartments as you move further down. Host was lovely also!

The road noise was very loud but we got all the afternoon sun on the balcony so it made up for it :)

Lovely stay outside the centre of Burleigh Heads

Gorgeous interior, has everything you could need. Beds very comfy!! Clean, tidy and all round gorgeous!

The perfect oasis away from home.

Everything about this unit was exceptional. From the aesthetic appearance through to how lovely and helpful Sarah was I seriously cannot fault Crystal Pacific what so ever. Perfect for families, the pool was a highlight for the kids whilst a highlight for me was the detail put into every item in this stunning house, down to the eco friendly products (and coffee machine!) Have recommended this place a handful of times and we only left last week.

Access to car port off a very narrow lane making parking difficult. Most larger vehicles also extend beyond carport into the lane when parked. No problem if using a small car.

Fantastic Stay at Crystal Pacific: Comfortable, Welcoming, and Thoughtfully Designed

Our stay at Crystal Pacific was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, being near the beach and just a short walk away from the Tallebudgera Creek, which is perfect for swimming with kids. We were delighted that we didn't have to pack the kids into the car and search for parking because we could easily walk to the creek. Additionally, there was a convenient beach shower next to the apartment, which allowed us to wash away the sand before entering the apartment. The apartment was well-stocked with items that some may not consider beforehand, such as washing liquid, tea and coffee pods, and even olive oil. We appreciated having these things available, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and cushions, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The apartment itself was a two-storey modern setting, beautifully presented, and decorated with calming colors and lovely decorative touches. The attention to detail was evident in the designer vases, books, baskets, and other small but thoughtful items that made us feel right at home. It was clear that Sarah, the host, had put a lot of thought into selecting items for the apartment to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had the pleasure of meeting Sarah a few times during our stay, and it felt like we had known her for years. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Crystal Pacific, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay on the Gold Coast.

We did not encounter any issues. Although there was a construction site nearby, we were informed about it in advance and were pleasantly surprised that the apartment had excellent soundproofing, which allowed us to enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted stay despite the construction noise.

beautiful, clean, and comfortable

I really appreciated the organization and cleanliness of the property. As well as the aesthetic. And all the little things were there to make the trip more enjoyable/relaxed (beach chairs, laundry detergent, etc). As we continue our trip I am finding that that is not the case for all vacation rentals. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Thé only downside was the road noise and nearby construction.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property had everything we needed and we would definitely return.

Beautiful property which met all of our needs. Immaculately presented. Excellent communication with host. Surrounding area is beautiful with a number of places to eat within short distance. Supermarket an approx 30 min walk. Access to the property was excellent. We didn’t need to make use of the car parking space but I imagine this would be very handy if needed.

The only small issue we had was with water coming from the shower area onto the floor in the bathroom which meant we ended up washing and drying a number of towels. This wasn’t a huge issue and I think is quite common with the wet room type shower.

the apartments are very comfortable and clean, good for families. the only thing we found a bit tricky was the very small bathroom and no bath. otherwise the apartments are aesthetically lovely.

the location was ok. you definitely need a car. also no views at all, it’s surrounded by buildings.
