First stay in Bethaney and we couldnt have chosen a better place to stay! Amazing owners went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed. Open communication and detailed check-in and check-out procedures made it easy to prepare and come-and-go. Property was clean and better then pictures showed. We were very happy, comfortable and pleased with the vicinity to the beach. We are already planning our next trip and would rent again!

The house was nice and just as listed. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place for families. Great location for short drives to area attractions. Owner had a quick response time when I had a question. I would recommend this place for vacation.

The host of the property was phenomenal! Communication was great. The host answered all of my questions before and during my trip. The location was great and had lots to do nearby! The property was completely stocked to the point that i didnt have to unpack or buy some of the items i thought we would need for our trip. (Paper towels, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. ). The only thing I wished there was was a playground for my toddler, but we knew there wasnt one on the property when booking and we found an awesome one just a few minutes away. I would give 6 stars if I could!

My family enjoyed our stay in this nice townhouse near Bethany Beach. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the owners were easy to communicate with. This was our first Vrbo experience, and we were very satisfied!

My family enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and we were only a couple of miles to Bethany Beach and a few miles to Fenwick Island State Park. This townhouse was clean and had all the needed amenities for familes to stay comfortably.

Property was large enough for our family! Owner was very quick to respond! Property has everything you need such as dishes, pans, sheets and blankets,etc Even coffee. We had a great time staying here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This was our second year staying at Danee's place. It was a 4 generation girls trip ages 5-83. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Hits all the bells and whistles from location, comfort, cleanliness, plenty of space, fully stocked, easy check in and out, communication, reasonably priced considering how many people can stay. Five minutes to beach. Half an hour to Ocean City, MD. 35 minutes to Lewis-Cape May Ferry which we took back to NJ this year. Would definitely recommend Bethany Meadows for a nice stay near the Delaware beaches.

Very clean. Linens included and coffee! Always a bonus. We would have liked to have a few family memebers over to play games but it was against the rules so we did not. It stars at the property that no one is allowed there that is. It staying.

This was our second year at this property and we love it! It’s very well maintained, the neighborhood is great and the owners are incredibly friendly, respond immediately and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. 7 minutes to the beach/boardwalk (drive) but feels like you’re out in the country with farms/produce stands all around. Highly recommend!

From great grandmother, 82 to great granddaughter, 4 a fun time was had by all. Plenty of space. House was as advertised and clean. Comfortable beds. Had a problem with the internet which Danee took care of immediately. Close to Bethany Beach. Also stopped at Rehoboth Beach on the way in and spent a day on the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. Would stay here again.

The place was very nice for a weekend getaway with the family and the owner was very responsive to communication. It was nice having towels and bedding provided. Plenty of room for our party of 5. As others have mentioned, the neighbors did bang on the wall (when we were unpacking at night and in the morning when the kids were running up and down the stairs) but that happens with townhomes, and kids, and since we were out and about most of the time, it wasn't really an issue.

Everything was just as listed. The neighborhood was beautiful and the neighbors were super nice. We have been trying different locations for our vacation and couldn't have asked for more! Communication with the owner was awesome! We would recommend!

We had a lovely stay! The space was as pictured with plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. The patio was our favorite place to chill and beaches and yummy food were nearby. Our only issues were that the WiFi was inconsistent and the router had to be restarted a few times (which might have been storm related), and the downstairs TV and Roku didn't seem fully set up (remote not connecting, apps not loading, movies cutting out).

Owner was very nice we had one small problem and she had it resolved in no time and she was very Sincere I can't get you from a running area a little stinger come here this way Owner was very nice and professional we had one small problem and she was on it promptly and she was truly sorry for something totally out of her control but she got problem resolved and we were very satisfied and happy

We have NO complaints. The only trouble we had was we couldn't get any live channels (3, 6 & 10). I assume the problem is with our age. None of us could figure that out. LOL!! We did however enjoy lots of stand up comedians. I spoke to the owner a couple of times and she was fabulous. Thanks for having us!!
