Inspiring interior. Nice and new-aged feel.

The inside decor was spot-on. I was very impressed.

The small range of free weights in the gym. I don't remember there being an elevator.

Good value as the other options in the area seem overpriced...

Nice room, clean, sparse but very functional

We had a terrible time getting in as we had a digital key and I had no service at the facility! Had to drive out to the street to download the key and then it took multiple tries to get the door open. Next day we got a card key.

The staff thankfully took everything we said very seriously, however moved us directly under the room that we had found

Love to set up of the room and having full amenities

They had to change our room. The first room had roaches in it. There was tape all over the walls, screw holes, and the nightstand. It was a bit of of a nightmare.

Cleanliness and bed were challenging but decent place to stay.

The concept feels like and apartment unit. It was new, modern and not cluttered. It was austere.

No elevator, the mattress was kinda plastic feeling and the bed was not comfortable. Tjr washcloths were very thin and dingy.tjr towels did not smell fresh. They smelled like chemicals. There were hairs on the pillow case..

1.)Three of the pillows were more like throw pillows in thickness and stiffness- unusable. One was a feather down pillow which was usable. 2.) the blinds in the windows are not darkening blinds therefore even when closed the white plastic transmits a lot of light.

It was a great stay with our own kitchen.

Everything was clean and worked as expected.

I didn’t research enough but there are no elevators. There was no openings on the first floor so I had to navigate stairs to the second floor.

Great Location - staff was great - easy in and out - security was good

I made a reservation for 2 adults and one pet and was shown a price which I accepted and paid - the day after checking in I got another $54 charge without explanation - so I asked the staff and was told this was the pet fee. It should have been in the price quotation that was offered and I accepted. ALSO my wife spilled somthing on the floor - and when she used water to clean it up with one of the washcloths - dirt on the floor transferred to the formerly pure white wash cloth - and it became BLACK!!!!!!

The location was great. Close to everything. Very convenient.

Hair in the bathtub, top of the toilet was not clean. The part above the lid. I would recommend putting a big towel bar on the wall in the bathroom and recommend a bar in the bathtub as well. Not enough places to hang up towels and shower cap. I also would recommend getting a couple of bigger pots and a cookie sheet for cooking. Defeats the purpose in having a kitchen when you cannot cook too much.

Great place, WORST STAFF EVER!

Everything was amazing as far as the physical building and rooms went. The location was great, very quiet and low traffic off the main road. Very comfortable

The staff, specifically the live in "manager" im not sure what she was. Her name is Sydney, my father died whom lives outo f state, i was gone for 4 days planning his funeral and planning what to do with his things while i was there. She knew this, i paid when i came back, within 5 minutes of paying over $700 she made us leave and has yet to let me get my things. It's been 4 days and ive been without my medication, my kids medications, clothes, our food, weve lived in the car because she wont refund my money, now oyr stuff has been stuck because she wouldnt let me get it so now they wont give me a refund. But i'll contact corporate. I've emailed the COO, CEO and CFO on linked in, we shall see, if nothing is done i'll update everyone with thier email address.....this manager was screaming and yelling called me fat@$$ B-word. AL BC I WAS LATE DUE TO MY FATHER DYING BUT SHE GOT HER MoNEY PLUS SOME!!!!!

never had the opportunity to stay

they called me at 10 AM the day of my arrival to cancel my stay due to a sprinkler malfunction the night before. I asked them if they could find me other accommodations or if they had a reciprocal Anna a nearby hotel, and they told me no, basically I was on my own to find accommodations for that evening

the best place to stay hands down

The staff and cleanliness were superb. the rooms were perfectly maintained. there were plenty of towels, pots, pans..that’s right a full kitchenette for the same price as other low quality accommodations and all as if it was built yesterday. never has my family and I been so happy about staying away from home. it truly is a great place to be.

No office visit needed. love the digital key! air conditioner worked well. loved the on the wall tvs for extra space
