Da migliorare.Posizione top

Struttura minimale e in posizione strategica per i punti di mio interesse. A 5 min da Argostoli. Oste gentilissimo, gli ho chiesto di aggiungermi una piastra per cucinare e me l ‘ ha fatta trovare nuova .

Poco pulito, arredamento datato. Poco illuminato l’esterno . Cucina disposta male. Un unico armadio scomodo .

Prezzo competitivo

La posizione, la quiete, la reperibilità e disponibilità dell'host, la presenza di uno stendino e di un tavolo esterno. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La doccia senza tenda, il che portava a un facile allagamento del bagno. Spesso abbiamo trovato formiche in appartamento anche se non c'era cibo lasciato in giro. Abbiamo constatato che sono molte in zona, quindi crediamo sia normale e non un difetto della struttura.

Appartamento in fantastica posizione

L'appartamento è davvero carino, spazioso, pulito, con letti comodi e provvisto di Tv. L'aria condizionata funziona perfettamente. IL bagno dotato di tutto ciò che occorre (phon compreso!); doccia con acqua sempre calda. Il punto di forza dell'appartamento è la vista mare dal terrazzo: fantastica! La posizione è eccezionale: vicinissimo alla spiaggia, alla fermata del bus da/per aeroporto, a supermercati, oltre che a bar e ristoranti. Argostoli è raggiungibile a piedi con una bella passeggiata. Michael è molto disponibile e le signore delle pulizie sono gentili. Non attribuisco il voto massimo solo per la kitchenette, che andrebbe "sistemata" un pochino meglio. Risulta difficile, infatti, utilizzare il forno a microonde e le piastre elettriche nonchè la tostiera perchè tutti gli elettrodomestici sono sovrapposti a causa del poco spazio a disposizione. Il soggiorno qui è assolutamente consigliato. Io tornerò il prossimo anno.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο. Το μπαλκόνι ήταν αρκετα μεγάλο και με καλή θέα. Η ευγένεια και εξυπηρετηση από τον κ. Μιχάλη.

A lovely, well located, and simple accommodation option in gorgeous Kefalonia! 🇬🇷

This was a lovely property, fantastically located near to Argostoli, which is a great base for further travel around this incredible Ionian island. The host was very responsive, too, whenever we had any issues! The bed was large, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

There were some issues with the internet throughout our stay, which was frustrating, and the apartment could have been a little cleaner but overall this wasn’t a problem for us.

The location is very good. You can reach the port of Argostoli very fast, you can find a lots of restaurants and beaches nearby.

The bed sheets and the towels were never changed in 5 days. Also, the room was never cleaned during our stay.

The host was extremely helpful and always at our service. Never met a host so nice and that helped us at all issues we had. The location is extremely well located and close to the nicest beaches of the island.

Perfect room, host & location

Amazing experience! Michael the host was superb. The room was way better than I thought it would be. Everything I needed was there, the only time I asked for something was a couple of more bowls and Michael brought me over 4 new bowls straight away and also a bag of fresh vegetables he just picked from his personal garden which were delicious. Michael also let us lock our luggage up securely on the last day as checkout was 12pm but our taxi wasn't picking us up until 6pm so we could enjoy our last day out without having to drag all of our luggage around. The location was very good. Just a few minutes walk to the closest beach, with many more within very close range. The nearest shop which sells everything is just a couple of minutes walk and is open until midnight. A lot of bars, restaurants and shops very close by. The main part of Argostoli is around 15-25 minutes walk depending on which part you are going to, or you can get a taxi for around 10 euros. There are also a number of places close by to hire a car. So a really great location. Room amazing, facilities perfect and the host superb. If I stay near Argostoli again, I will be staying here

Highly recommend

Great host , extremely polite and helpful. Very convenient location. Walking distance to a really beautiful bay with lovely sandy beach and clear , calm waters to swim.

Perfect location, super clean and comfy.

It was a gorgeous location- 3 minutes from the beach. The owner was extremely helpful and my room was super clean with regular changes of bedding and towels.

Lovely!

Owner was the lovelies person ever, went out of his way to help us. Me and my friends stayed in 9 different places in Greece total and I have to say the best service I received was From here!

Downstairs bed had wooden part in the middle which was a little in comfy

Michael the host was so helpful. Room was well maintained and any problems were immediately dealt with. Would recommend.

The garden area was a little untidy with tools/mower.

The perfect stay, the host Michael is incredible, very friendly and makes everything so relaxed and welcoming. The view from the apartment is excellent and you get a gorgeous sunset. The nearest beach is a 3 min walk there is also a supermarket just around the corner and plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. The bed is super comfortable and the room has plenty of space. I will definitely stay again next summer as cannot imagine a better place and better host.

Great location. Michael was a fantastic host. The apartment was clean and a lot bigger than we expected for such a low price. Free wifi. Free aircon. Ample parking right outside the door. Perfect for a short stay. Nothing to not like.

good for a night - if you can find it

pretty quiet location, not too busy while walking to Argostoli might theoretically be possible, during the summer it's just to hot to do that beaches are close

hard to find, a sign along the road would be very helpful... At the dolphin supermarket leave the main road and take the one parallel to it. Then it's the first road to the left, although there's - again - no sign and it just says private property, no entry. Pictures from the outside don't match. There's no reception, office, or anything comparable, so have the phone number ready. kitchen not very large or well equipped

The best choice in Lassi

Michael was the best host I ever met . He made us feel like home and gave us a lot of tips about the island. The views from the apartment are gorgeous, I wish I could wake up there every day .

There’s nothing major here , but if I had to suggest something to improve I would only say the shower . It was ok, but it was leaking water. again nothing major .

The apartment was lovely & way more spacious than I thought it would be. It was also on a nice private road that I felt very safe at - and it lead down to the most lovely beach! Michael went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and had everything that I needed.
