We were only in town for one night for a concert at the nearby casino. We were 3 adults, one couple and one single. It gave us each our own space with baths and a common area to hang out together. It was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

Really nice week that we stayed and the host’s recommendations for activities, dinners, etc were spot on.
The house is superb and super clean even though they host pets which is a positive rating as well.
Kitchen is very well stocked and beds are super comfortable and backyard is nice with a built in fire pit and chairs which we didn’t use but would have next time which there will be.
Thanks!!

We stay in VRBO's a lot; this was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. Brand new everything, newly remodeled, extremely clean, very comfortable beds/bedding, great to bring dogs as it is fenced in. We rated this 5 stars across the board and tend to be a bit on the picky side so this says a lot! Fantastic rental - we hope to be back soon!

The house and amenities were great. Lindsay was awesome and made us feel taken care of and welcomed. Perfect 4th of July location to watch the fireworks from the comfort of the backyard. They take pet friendly to heart and our 3-year old golden loved it! This place is a win!

A Colleague and I stayed at this quaint property while attending a conference at the Mountain Lodge. It's in a peaceful neighborhood, the house is quiet, super cozy, and pet friendly. The owner of the home clearly loves dogs, the fenced yard is perfect, as is the flooring. It's close to downtown and the lake, definitely within walking distance weather permitting. Lindsay, the owner was super responsive to messages and quite willing to work with us. We had a lovely stay and would be thrilled to return.

We were looking for a week away to ski with the family and this was the perfect spot! It has a cozy warm feel with everything updated. Convenient location to shops and restaurants. Close to the mountains. Huge fenced in yard for our golden doodle. The house was lovely., the hosts were amazing and responded immediately.
We'd definitely go back!

This is a Beautiful home , cozy, close to everything , quiet and safe area . The fire pit was really nice , The grass needed mowing in the fenced area and the neighbor dog was trying to dig under the fence . We had a wonderful time and so did my dog .

Long weekend stay during Venetian Festival
Clean and nicely furnished. Nice fenced in backyard. Recommend staying here. Wish they would have supplied coffee , that there were more than 2 washcloths per bathroom and the grass hadn’t been mowed.

Great get away!
The house and outdoor space are great! Lots of amenities and extra touches. Boyne City is a wonderful place with a variety of things to do but a small town ambiance. We enjoyed some day trips, local attractions and relaxing at the homestead!

Boyne City
The home is beautifully redone. The exterior setting is ok. The properties around the home are quite junky. It was cold outside so it didn’t matter to us. Upon check in we found the hot water and the cable TV didn’t work. The managers had everything working in less than an hour.

Updated home near Boyne Mountain and Lake Charlevoix
This home has great updates and a comfy style and is close to everything you need for a ski or beach vacation. Took our dog for the first family trip ever and the backyard was great for him. Couldn’t have been cleaner and the kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and plush throw blankets. Little extras like shower essentials, games and DVDs for the kids and even dog treats were a pleasant surprise. One thing we missed after eight hours of skiing was cable t.v., but that was a minor complaint! A little tight for the five of us (two teenagers, parents a 12-year-old) but the cute porch and backyard firepit would offer a lot of additional space in the summer. We got pretty quick responses to any questions.

Wonderful Rental
Great experience all around. The property was great, location was perfect, the owner even left treats for our dog. We had a great time and it was the perfect fit for our family snow boarding trip.

Beautiful home
Beautiful newly renovated rental! Very accurate pictures online and the home was everything we needed for our ski vacation. We had some minor problems, no ice in the freezer for our drinks- not even a $1 ice tray, no hot water in the master shower, and an email with different check in/ check out times than what was promised on VRBO... but that didn’t change our amazing time on the mountain so who cares! The one thing that will keep us from renting this place again- the brand new memory foam mattress in the master bedroom. I don’t know who likes to sleep on a bed that is as hard as the floor- to us it was some form of torture. We got no sleep during our stay. To the owner, I would rethink the mattress bc I don’t think you will have many ppl renting a second time. As much as we enjoyed our stay, and the home was gorgeous and decorated nicely, the mattress is a deal breaker and because of it we won’t be returning to this rental in the future.
