The property was immaculately clean. No issues entering the property. There were several board games, card games, books to read. There was so much space for my grandkids to run around. The pillows and bedding was also high quality. My entire family loved the property!

The property was great! The only complaint we had was the massive amount of mosquitoes that were there. We were not able to enjoy the downstairs outdoor area at all. Everything else was fantastic!

We took our family to stay at surfside and chose to stay here due to the size of the home. It was yhe best decision we couldve made- the house was clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of space for 8 of us. A quick easy walk to the beach made our weekend so easy and fun, giving access whenever we wanted! The area was perfect for a family get together, and we will definetly be reserving again next year!

In general, everything was fine, in the house you find everything you need to enjoy the stay. The only thing in disagreement is the a/c has two rooms that the a/c at night hardly cools. I went with my family to celebrate my mom's 85th birthday and everything was fine.

This home had an amazing location. Very well appointed in all aspects, especially kitchen. Very kid and pet friendly. And the decor is lovely. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and I will rent from them again!

This property was disappointing due to the cleanliness and amenities offered. The location is great and has a lot of beds but it wouldn’t take much to get this property up to a reasonable standard. The toilets gurgled all week and the dishes/kitchen amenities offered were all dirty and sometimes filthy. The washer had black mold all inside of it. The sheets would not stay on the beds because they were so worn out. The faucets in the master bathroom would not stay on and we had to have someone come out to connect the faucets better. The TV in the living room would not stay connected to the internet and we had to unplug and plug in the TV every time we turned it off in order to be able to use it. The directv never worked on the living room TV. The location is A+ in regards to the beach but I would not recommend this house due to the cleanliness and low standard allowed for guests.

House was really nicely set up. Air conditioner worked good and all other appliances work. The bedrooms, two living rooms and open area from the kitchen helped us see every one at one time. The deck underneath the house was the best I’ve see. It has a little Step up wooden deck from the cement with a dog friendly fence around it. Also an out door shower area that came in handy. We all loved staying there and are thinking of going back to the same house next year! Thank you for such a great stay!

I would stay in this home again. Nicely updated beach property. Very comfortable and enjoyed the location to both the beach and local attractions. I appreciated the home had been left with basic essentials as well as beach and bath towels. Very thoughtful. The layout of the home was open and spacious great for gatherings.

The multiple outside levels was great for our family to spread out. Indoors was very spacious for game time as well as just hanging out. The kitchen was a little dirty/dusty due to kitchen updates but once cleaned up contained most of what was necessary for our stay. No complaints about the beds or size of bedrooms. There is now a home being built just south of the house and the house west has fenced their yard which left little yard to play yard games. Great proximity to the beach; however, our stay was much cooler and more windy than expected. Overall, we very much enjoyed the space!!

This was a wonderful stay for my wife and kids. The house was very spacious, clean and the AC worked wonderfully!! The location was amazing as well for just a few short steps to the beach. Many wonderful days and evenings were spent enjoying the constant breeze from the water. We will definitely look for this house's availability upon scheduling our next trip.

when we arrived the garbage cans outside had trash in them so it left us with overflowing trash the upstairs shower had mold and meldew in it the washer AND dryer had mold and mildew visible - we were afraid to use them. the upstairs bathroom and the 1/2 bath toilet downstairs had issues flushing and were backed up most of our stay. the wifi and cable were cut off in the middle of our stay and we were without for over 24 hours - that was tramatic with teenagers in the house. the mattresses were not comfortable at all. It was close to the beach, which we enjoyed, and the air conditioning worked well.

We have travelled to the gulf coast for years as a family but never discovered the sweet spot of Surfside Beach. The property was exactly what we were looking for and provided a perfect home base for a week on the coast. Close to the water with fantastic views. Excellent fishing nearby and surprisingly good local food. The booking was easy and all my wuestions were answered before we got there. Easy check in, everything was clean and the house is very spacious. I am hoping to book this property again!

Only complaint were the keys. Only one key worked, some times. The other two keys served no apparent purpose. Dishwasher was full, table was set, these things were superfluous. We removed the dishes from the table, put them away, emptied the dishwasher and put them away. Other than that, awesome stay. Sewer system has issues. Everytime someone flushed downstairs or upstairs, toilets gurgled and boiled...Luckily nothing came up, but it was obvious, it was not emptying properly. Other than that, would of loved to have some overhead protection on the deck, no relief from the sun,,,,,No umbrellas, last time there was at least a large round umbrella,,,,,,

The location of the property was great, only one house between this one and the beach. The beach is much wider in this area than farther south in Surfside. The deck is spacious with plenty of seating and views of the water. Underneath the house is a fenced in patio with an outdoor shower, great for washing off the sand and salt. There is a bbq grill, we didn’t use due to it not being cleaned from previous guests. The house has two large living areas, a game table and bar, large dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you need. All open concept which we thought was great, very accommodating for a large group. Three downstairs bedrooms include one with a queen bed, and two bedrooms with bunk beds. There is a full bath with laundry, and also a half bath. The master bedroom upstairs is very private with a king bed, comfortable mattress, and a private bath. There is a window unit AC which kept resetting itself, so it did to work very well all the time. The home contains WiFi and TVs in the bedrooms with DISH. Communication with the owner was always very timely if you had any questions and we were able to bring our two dogs and it worked out well. I didn’t rate the home 5 stars simply because of some of the maintenance and housekeeping issues. Overall, we had a good stay at this property.

The a/c in the front part of the house did not work. A technician did come out and said the motor was out and he would be back the next day. He never came back. Our entire stay the front of the house stayed at 78-80°. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

The location to the beach is better than I expected, there is only 1 house between us and the beach. There are lots of furniture outdoor and indoor. The master bedroom has a window air conditioner. I would highly recommend this house.

The property was in need of maintenance and has some major upgrades scheduled after our visit. There were burnt out light bulbs and so many remotes for several electronics that were missing batteries and hard to make work. The kitchen was well stocked with all sorts of dishes. Tv's in all but one bedroom was nice. The general living area was huge and worked well for family visiting comfortably. The outside deck was magnificent and the decking under the house was also a great place to visit with dimmable lighting throughout Some of the handrail uprights had rusted through screws which was a concern for smaller children. Since it was very cold during our visit the heat was on and the upstairs master bedroom was like a sauna when the lower level was cold, All vents were closed, I don't know how that will work during A/C operation. The little store up two houses down was convenient as well as vehicle access to the beach one short block away. The stairs leading up to the property were short lift which was good for the knees. The beds and bedding were comfortable. We plan on trying this property again after the maintenance and during better beach weather

Our family had a blast at your property. The furniture was cozy, as were the beds. We loved the fact that you had raised chairs. The tables on the deck were great for game playing. We played dice games downstairs at night and it was awesome with the lights that you have. We are going to try next year to rent the same place for Thanksgiving and make going to your property a tradition. Thank you so much for letting us stay there. Cheers,The Sterling family and dogs
