This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

This was a great place in a stellar location. We parked in the driveway and didn’t have to move our cars again. Restaurants, shopping, the beach, and bars were all within a short walk. The rooftop is amazing as well.

Absolutely loved this property! It was just gorgeous. Very spacious and had everything we needed

Location was amazing. Rooms were clean. Upon arrival there were various bugs throughout the house so we had to clean a bit before settling in. The couch and outdoor furniture was not in great condition but the room were very spacious. We had a few minor issues but the property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful. We left an apple watch at the property and they shipped it to us right away. Overall a great experience and was what my group was looking for in a rental space.

AC did not work in 95 degree weather. Service tech said he couldn't fix it at our check in. Didn't know when. No backup for another place so host cancelled us and refunded our money. No help.

We had a great time on our trip! This is the perfect place to spend time with friends and family. The home is steps away from the beach, and popular Isle of Palms restaurants and bars. The rooftop is a great place to have some drinks and watch the sunset. Would recommend 10/10!

We rented the Sea Shell for our family and a couple friends to spend a week together over Christmas. It was so comfortable and big enough for all of us to spread out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great set up. Kitchen is pretty well stocked a little short of a few things but we will mention to AvantStay I'm sure they'll supply more. AvantStay was great by the way, very attentive and came by right away to fix some minor issues. House is in a great location close to beach, which didn't really matter much since it was very cold that week but nice to know for summer or fair weather rentals. Great restaurants close by, many within walking distance. We had our two dogs and the neighborhood was perfect for walking them. Love the roof top deck but again it was very cold so we couldn't spend a lot of time up there. We had a great holiday stay and would rent this house again!

There were a few things that were not clean. (dishes in cabinet) we found a cup and bowl that were dirty when we went to use them. The house was in a great location and we enjoyed the roof top deck! We felt there were some updates that could be done when looking back at the pictures online. Check in and out was so easy! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We had a little trouble getting in but the property manager figured out the issue and got us in. Only real complaint was that the grill catch-all was caked with left over grease which made it scary to use. We also wish the elevator could have been used to accommodate some elderly guests we had . But overall the house was wonderfully clean, the view from the roof was spectacular, the location was fantastic ( one minute walk to beach) and the main floor layout allowed us to have a family dinner with ease. Also, the immense space on the roof allowed for everyone to enjoy the night sky and the evening sea breeze. We would definitely rent here again

I wanted to treat my team to a fun, 2-night outing at Isle of Palms as a means of appreciation. This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location is very hard to beat. 4 to 5 restaurants and bars are within 100 steps or so of the property. The layout was perfect for our group of 7 with each guest having their own bed. We loved the kitchen/living room layout as it's very spacious but our absolute favorite was the HUGE rooftop patio. It was perfect for our group. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent house!!! The home was well maintained and equipped with all your needs. There was plenty of kitchen supplies, space for all to hang out and beach needs. The roof deck was awesome where you were able to enjoy the sun or chill at night while checked out the sites of the town square. If you like to people watch this is the place! The beach was a few steps away and worth the short walk. The water was like a bath! If you golf, there are enough courses for the liking! Our group is most likely coming back next year!!

Business Retreat
The house is in a great location. However, the entry level door was extremely hard to close and secure. The house was not cleaned from the prior tenants but AvantStay got someone over right away. We were not able to take advantage of the property until 3.5 hours after check-in. The stove top only had 2 small working burners and the grill was not functioning or anywhere close to clean enough to use. It is a great beach house and would recommend it to others as long as it is properly cleaned and all amenities are functioning and clean as well.

Aged property, several areas of walls covered/repaired in white primer over yellow paint. Furniture stained/cheap - lower entry door missing bottom 1/4. House supplied with dish/dinnerware for 4 people - but sleeps 10. Fit for a college crew/party rental - otherwise do not recommend.

The property is "as advertised". The location is really nice and provides great beach access and ocean views from the top deck. We enjoyed wonderful beach weather and spent the bulk of our time at the beach or on the large top deck of the house. Our family vacation was a success.

Large house in a great location!
My sisters and I rented this beach house for family trip in June. The location of the house was great! 5 minute walk to restaurants and the beach. The area was very nice too! The house itself was clean and well decorated- it offered plenty of space for 10 adults and one infant.

Great trip
Very short walk to beach. Walking distance to town and restaurants. The rental company was very accommodating. We need an extra bed and they delivered a brand new air mattress. Rooftop is wonderful. You can hear the music from the windjammer from the house but noise ordinance is for 10pm so not an issue.
