Wonderful, beautiful, comfortable and clean place with gorgeous views!! My only hesitation is office making a copy of my credit card to verify identity as well as driver’s license. If the name and address are the same and even if they checked to verify the last four numbers on credit card, it seems to invite fraud when credit card is taken in another room to make a copy. MGR RESPONSE: We understand your concern and will address this in the next office meeting. Perhaps a scanner similar to what hotels use is more appropriate.

I appreciated that your team was able to let us checkout two hours later since there were no new guests coming in that next day. Our stay went well and the property was easy to use with no issues using the gate access. The property was in above average condition. The views were very good and the was no disruption or noise from other guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was a light out at the bottom of the stairwell near our unit. I fell after rolling my Ankle there. Working with the team was easy and efficient. The team was very friendly and welcoming.

-Mattress and pillows in master bedroom are very uncomfortable and should be replaced.
-There are items that need to be fixed (i.e. wooden panel around microwave), curtain holder in master bedroom, etc. For the cost, I would expect these things to be fixed prior to arrival.
-Since there is no physical key needed to enter, we shouldn't have had to stop at the office to check in. It would be much easier if the door code was provided in another way (over phone, email, etc.)
-For the high nightly cost and additional fees, the basic necessities should have been provided (extra toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, etc.) It seems silly to have to buy these things when you're paying so much. When I called to report the issues that we found upon arrival (see below), the person I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful.

The property itself was great, exactly as advertised. Most important the management company staff were awesome. Very helpful with information regarding, shopping, restaurants etc. They were extremely responsive and quick to get back to us on any questions we had. I wish they had locations in other places within the Keys!

Absolutely loved the unit and the resort. The unit was large, decorated beautifully, had a great view, and had everything we needed. We put the pickle ball courts and fitness center to good use. The pool was very nice and not crowded. We really enjoyed it. Arrival and departure processes were simple. Only needed to work with someone on the arrival process which was a very good thing. They were prepared and gave us all the information we needed.

My husband, daughter and I along with good friends and their daughter came to Key Largo for the girls college spring break. The resort was beautiful and peaceful. The condo was spacious and decorated very nicely. We used the beautiful huge pool each day along with the nice pickle ball courts. We explored the area a little and found plenty of good places to eat. It was close enough to Marathon that we went there for a sunset catamaran ride. Overall, it was just the right level of peacefulness and activity that we were looking for.

Mariner’s Club is an exceptional property they met our family’s (ages 11 to 75) needs perfectly. Property was great, but all of the patio furniture was moved into the living room from the storm. Slider was broken and we could not move out of the living room. We had to move units the 2nd day. Only reason for the 4 stars is that we had to move. Otherwise, they were very accommodating and nice.

My only complaint and I've complained about this before is playing of music by the pool from sun-up to sunset, even if it rains. We couldn't hear it much from this condo, but don't ever stay by the pool - the music will drive you nuts. See above.

Quick and easy check - in. Our location was perfect. Third floor ocean view with a large balcony to sit and enjoy the sunrise each morning. The condo was immaculate. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We will definitely stay here again. Only downfall was the cramped parking area. We were supposed to have two allotted parking spaces but often there wasn't room in the lot.

Best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. The only negative was the traffic which made sightseeing and exploring a problem. We loved Theater of the Sea! Answered all questions cheerfully. Bare feet rentals made our booking and stay seamless. They cheerfully met all our needs.

The unit was clean,well maintained. Fell in love with the view from the deck. The Mariner's Club very nice facility. Upon arrival the dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor, maintenance responded promptly, however. It needed a part so was not able to use during our stay. Hope to get some compensation for lots on hand washing. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Roach infestation
Huge German roach infestation at this specific rental property. I am a long time FL resident, and am fully accustomed to the occasional roach siting. Those roaches being the large “Palmetto” bugs. However, the roaches experienced at this property were small German roaches, found in every room, and all throughout the day. We found multiple larva underneath the appliances, and traps set up. This rental property needs to “bomb” the entire unit in order to clear this infestation. Upon arrival to the unit, the hood over the stove was COVERED in grease and clear source of food for the German Roaches. The unit advertises a pull out couch, however provided NO sheets for it or any additional extra pillows cases. I wish there was an option to show pictures because after the 5th German roach in one night, we just stopped taking pictures.
