This beautifully renovated home and NEW outdoor living space and pool will help you take relaxation to a new level. The salt water pool has a Baja shelf, two in-water loungers, umbrella, bubbler, and waterfall. The pool deck area is large and has additional loungers and conversational seating.
The home features an open floor plan for effortless enjoyment and entertaining. The living room has a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV and a spacious sectional for watching your favorite network shows or sign into Netflix's using your account info! The kitchen overlooks the living room with bar seating for four, all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, lots of cabinets, and comes fully stock! I love cooking and entertaining! I have tried to supply everything you could need to create unforgettable memories around great food, drinks, and lots of laughter!
Just off the kitchen, you will find a "work from home" desk with a 12 port charging tower for all your mobile and computer needs.
The dining room has seating for 6 people and French doors that open onto the 630 sqft exterior screened patio. Enjoy the warm sunshine while having coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine around the fire table. Enjoy outdoor dining from the 6-seat outdoor dining table and HUGE outdoor umbrella during the day or cozy intimate dinners with soft lighting (on a timer on at 5pm and off at 11pm) in the evening.

-Master bedroom with King bed, 55-inch TV, attached master bath, double dresser, and spacious mirrored closet.
-Bedroom #2 with two twin XL beds and 43-inch TV, three chests of drawers, and ample closet.
-Bedroom #3 with a Queen bed and 55-inch TV, double dresser, two storage nightstands, and spacious mirrored closet.
The master bath and hall bath have spacious tiled showers with extra tall frameless glass shower enclosures, new toilets, cabinets, quartz countertops, and plenty of storage space.
Other amenities include ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room, private screened-in lanai, outdoor seating, and fire table, Comcast cable, Starlink satellite WIFI, full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room, propane BBQ grill, two adult Tricycles with combo lock to ride to the beach or downtown Naples, 4 Beach chairs, one umbrella, assorted pool floats, and six oversized beach towels. This is a non-smoking home. Dogs up to 30lbs are welcome with pre-approval and Pet Fee.

Beautiful, modern, very well appointed kitchen with high quality utensils, cookware, etc. nothing was missed. The pool is lovely and large and just the right temp. Absolutely loved this home stay!! Owners very responsive to a question and all in all a perfect week!!

Fantastic house, location and hosts. My husband and 17-year-old son spent a week at this house and the location is fabulous. Although I know the area a bit, the host laid out all the activities, restaurants, parks and parking situations in the area. We had to contact them a few times and they were very quick to respond. The pool was great, and we love that it is not screened in, and it was a saltwater pool. I would highly recommend this place fora anyone to spend a relaxing week close to Olde Naples. We will return!!! :)

Grandparent couple along with adult daughter and college aged granddaughter. House is snug, but features are fabulous. All is as pictured except bikes had been damaged and therefore not available. Plenty of pool floats and beach gear. Owners live nearby so communication and fixing of one small issue were immediate. We have already booked our return for next year.

We had the best time at Julia and Charles’ place! The pictures do not do the house justice! It’s absolutely gorgeous! You don’t need to bring anything! Julia and Charles have the house stocked with anything and everything you’d need for your stay. The outside area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida weather! It was very close to downtown Naples where all the cool shops and great restaurants are! It’s only about a 3-5 minute drive to a beach which makes it perfect to pack up for the day! Julia and Charles were very easy to communicate with and were available whenever needed! We couldn’t recommend this place more!

The house was just like the photos. The property is very well equipped with all the things you'll need for a great break. There were a couple of minor tech glitches that arose during our stay and Julia could not have been more responsive. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet you can be on 5th avenue in a few minutes. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The internet was fast enough for myself, my wife, and our two teenage kids to all be streaming at the same time. And the pool was heated beautifully - so we could even swim in comfort on cooler days.

We stayed here in April 2023 and absolutely loved it! It is beautiful and updated. The kitchen and home were stocked with everything you'd need. The pool is fantastic. Our dog loved the fenced in yard! We will stay here again and would highly recommend it!

We booked a last minute vacation to Naples, Florida and stumbled upon this VRBO having availability due to a cancellation. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The entire home has recently been renovated and, is just beautiful! Amenities galore, inclusive of a back yard pool and a stocked garage of pool toys , coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, ground covers for the beach and, last but not least, adult tricycles - those were fun to ride! We definitely would recommend this VRBO to anyone.

This home was very clean and nicely decorated! We felt very much at home here! It was perfect for our family of 5! The pool was quite dirty but I think that was due to the rain storms we had each afternoon. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful thoughtfully renovated property close to 5th avenue and the Naples pier beach. We enjoyed our stay, especially the pool area. Julia is a very welcoming host, she responded promptly to all our questions.

If I could give this property 50 stars, I would. We booked months in advance for our baby’s FIRST vacation, and this home sure made this memory special. The house has everything you need and more. The pool is spectacular, the rooms, beds, seriously…everything. We cannot wait to go back!

The beds were fluffy and comfy with plenty of covers and pillows. The couch was great for laid-back reading. The kitchen was very well equipped with high-end appliances and lots of gadgets. The outdoor grill worked great and was physically huge. The neighborhood is cute, full of local birds singing all day long, and the neighbors are friendly. Naples Pier is a short drive away and we made use of the Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella found in the garage.
