Atmosfera coloniale e struttura dell'hotel. Posizione. Bar per aperitivi. Cibo da Jaffa.

Camera e bagno troppo piccoli per una famiglia di 4 persone: non c'era posto per le valigie, l'armadio era piccolo e in bagno poche superfici di appoggio.

Small, short but extremely sweet!

Amazing location and seriously beautiful hotel. Our room was very small but it was perfect for a 2 night stay. We had a small balcony which was super convenient for people watching on the beautiful espanola way. All of the staff were extremely informative and kind helping us with our luggage. There is complimentary towels and beach chairs at at a reserved beach area a 5 minute walk away!

Pool area was small and crowded. Drinks in the bar by the pool were average and very expensive ($45 for two margaritas with no salt on the rim?) Unfortunately we were not able to avail of late check out, but this isn’t a major issue!

Bellissimo Hotel in Miami Beach a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Colazione preparata e servita al momento super. Personale disponibile e gentile. Possibilità di noleggiare bici. Servizio lettini in spiaggia. Disponibilità car vallet. Macchina caffè espresso lavazza in camera super. Posizione ottima per ristoranti, movida, etc.

It was very noisy - we had a room overlooking espaniola which we would expect to noisy but we were also next to an exit door which was used throughout the night by lots of chatty people

Boutique hotel vibe in the heart of Miami Beach!

Staff was so friendly. Jimmy specifically made a wonderful first impression! The speakeasy was really cute and the rooftop restaurant had a really nice vibe.

You could hear any activity in the hallway and the pool is really small.

Sonia was amazing as she changed my room when there was an issue with the shower drain. Amazing!

It was close to the beach and nightlife, restaurants. The pool area was beautiful but the water a bit too cool for me.

The rooms were very small and cramped. The air conditioning unit made too much noise so I ended up turning it off. The ceiling fan clicked each time it turned around so I turned that off as well. It was warm without these two cooling options.

Más de la mitad del personal no habla español. Antes de contratar avise q llegaba hs 7.30 AM. Para poder ingresar lo antes posible, por viaje largo, y contrate una de las mejores habitaciones. No tuvieron ninguna gentileza para conmigo, es más me dormí de sentado esperando y me dijeron q me vaya a otro lado. Les dije q me dieran cualquier habitación pero segu ellos estaba completo. Recién pude ingresar según ellos de favor hs 14.00. Recuerdo q el cheek out era a hs 11.00. Es mas vi gente q se fue desde muy temprano.

Great hotel, would stay there again

Location was great, rooms nicely decorated, good size rooms. Pool and roof terrace were really nice. Overall look of the hotel is great. Staff is friendly

Very professional staff, best location, good quality for price

- The room, the hotel, and everything around is clean. - The staff was accommodating and friendly even when we checked in at 2 a.m. - The great location, just beside the Espanola Way. However, the room was completely quiet. - Nice bathroom amenities

- The minibar isn't complimentary. We don't have any water bottles during our stay. - The pool is too small. - The umbrella at the beach is quite expensive. 32$ per day. They provide only chairs and towels. - The room is small, but you can put the luggage under the bed. - Limited breakfast menu and didn't change daily during our stay. - Iron is available upon request at the reception.

Very limited options for breakfast. There was no security for the entrance into our building, anyone without a keycard could get access into the building.

Wonderful experience

Cannot fault a single thing! Location was excellent and the room was beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. After making an error with my booking they were so helpful in resolving the issue which was entirely my fault. I will definitely be returning!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, the location was perfect so close to nice restaurants and calm night life yet a 5 min walk from ocean drive and busier areas. The entire design of this hotel is beautiful and easy to navigate, roof top restaurant is great and even better their restaurant in the alley The Drexel was some of the best food I’ve had in awhile. Lastly the staff were ALL so kind and helpful they truly went above and beyond.
