This is a great pool house with a screened porch. We have a grill on the property as well as outdoor patio furniture.
November to April, if you prefer the pool to be heated, there will be a $25 per night additional charge.
All of the furniture, including bedding sheets and mattresses, are brand new.
This house has gone through an extensive renovation and was designed specifically to host short-term guests.
- Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Please pull out the garbage bin to the front on those days.
Please let us know if you have any questions, and our team will be back within 15 minutes or sooner during business hours.
You will receive a code to access the property via door keypad a day prior to your arrival.

The neighborhood was safe, the house was clean and well stocked with linens, toiletries, and kitchen ware. This was a great choice for our family trip. I had a couple of questions before and during the stay and the host very quickly responded. We enjoyed our stay, and would return if back in the area.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely Seffner home. The host was extremely attentive. They left snacks for our teenagers which they thoroughly enjoyed. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The house is adorable and comfortable. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool . My husband and I enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood. It’s is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our stay could not have been better.

We celebrated a 1st birthday at this home with extended family. The pool table, pool area, large dining table and well appointed kitchen were enjoyed by all. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. I recommend.

The little touches in this place were great! As soon as we walked in, light music was playing and it was so peaceful. The house smelled so clean but not overwhelming. Communication was great and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The house myself and teen daughter rented was awesome! The owners even left some treats for us. It met all our needs, the pool was great, and most importantly, the house was very clean. Would stay here again.

This house is exactly as pictured, spotless, tastefully furnished, perfect for families with kids (even my cranky teens loved the house and pool). Perfect if your vacation plans include Orlando to the west and Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg & Sarasota to the east (we also went to nearby Brandon for lunch, dinner and shopping). The property managers at Emperor Rentals (Mevon, Michelle, Norevel) were awesome, very professional, so responsive, keeping in regular contact with us via text. Great hosts!
Whenever possible, we stay at a VRBO house with a high number of positive reviews, ensuring a great vacation experience. That was our experience at this house, which has over a hundred reviews. We would gladly stay here again. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Host were great and exceeded my expectations, they leave toothpaste and toothbrushes, and snacks, neighborhood is dated but the house was impeccable, location is around 30 mins east of the Tampa airport, pool was beautiful with comfortable water temperature, I would definitely stay there again!!

We had a blast with our family. The house is very clean and what you see in the pictures is what you get. We were 6 adults and one child. Everyone was very pleased and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mark for always being available.

myself and my family absolutely loved the stay at this house. everything was perfect, comfortable and clean. the pool and porch were super chill and relaxing, both Mark and Aline were great at communicating, accommodating and giving us fast responses. they had everything we needed and more. I will absolutely book this house in the future. walking into the airbnb they had music playing, insanely clean and smelled amazing. we couldn't have been happier. thank you!

I must say this house hands down was the best rental I’ve stayed at. House looks just like the pictures. Their communication was top of the line which is how I like to do business. Cleanliness was amazing, rooms are a good size and space for multiple ppl. Very spacious. Any accommodations I requested were addressed with No Problem which I love. Over all very nice ppl, loved the house I will be renting it again and cleanliness was top notch and location was central easy access to any direction you want to go.. Friendly Neiborhood. I give them 5 stars.

Perfect location for my sports minded family vacation! Close to Top Golf, indoor racing, golf, and bowling. The dual pool/ping pong table was a hit. Immaculate, stylist, attention to every detail. Couldn't have asked for a better place to suit our wishes! Aline and Mark were wonderful to work with in planning this trip and followed up to ensure we had everything we needed.

My siblings and I decided to stay in Tampa and had such a great time at Mark’s place and expressed it to all of our friends and family. This locations was prime. The pool was amazing. We were able to drive to St. Pete in about thirty minutes or so and we also visited a few beaches. The house was amazing!!! It was spectacular. It was thoughtfully designed and we had amenities! I definitely forgot toothbrush and toothpaste and it was available for all of us. There was also real dishes in the kitchen along with pots. The dishwasher was helpful since we made most of our meals for the first four days. The keypad outside the door was great since i’m sure some of us might lose keys while traveling. I had such a great time with my siblings and I highly recommend Mark’s place!

Mark’s place is beautifully renovated and it’s in a very nice quiet area. The location is great and has several nearby stores. We enjoyed the pool the most! We look forward to returning sometime soon.

Wow, this place looks just like the pictures!! All new appliances in the kitchen, beautiful furniture in the living room, and even a pool table/table tennis area. Peaceful music playing when we entered the home which was a nice touch! This house has virtually EVERYTHING! Pots and pans for cooking, very nice and clean kitchen and a great sitting area. It was just my husband and I so we didn’t use the extra bedrooms but if you have kids, there’s sleeping space for them here as well. Plenty of towels available for swimming. Very comfortable beds. My husband and I slept like babies. This was a much needed break for the both of us and We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Mark's place. Although we didn't get to use the pool it was really nice. We did enjoy the pool table and the place was squeaky clean. We liked this house because it was close to our family in a neighboring town. Would stay again next time we visit our family.

Mark’s house was amazing and my 4 kids had fun in the pool and playing ping pong. He replies back fast and is very helpful. If you’re slow like me lol you might think there’s no hot water but you have to turn the knob the other way. 🤣🤣. Everything we needed was close by. Would definitely stay here again.

A great place for a family vacation. excellent communication, any issues were resolved quickly. The house is fully consistent with the photo, everything is thought out to the smallest detail (toothbrushes, shampoos, washing powder, etc.) will definitely come back again. Mark’s house in Seffner is an absolute gem! We stayed for a week during the holidays and it was perfect for family dinners and relaxation. Exactly as expected from the pictures, very clean and beautifully decorated. It has every amenity you can imagine. The pool and screened porch were the highlights for us. We arrived to a lovely display of coffee and tea, paper products, a closet full of fresh towels, and so much more. My only challenge was that the sliding glass door out to the pool was difficult to open. I hope we can stay there again in the future. Wonderful!!
