Clean, modern villa located right on a fabulous large sandy beach
The property has direct access to a large sandy beach with crystal clear blue water so it's absolutely perfect for a lazy beach holiday. The villa had plenty of space for our group of 10 and each bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom which was a fantastic benefit. The outdoor area is great with a small pool and we spent a lot of time around the large outdoor table as it was well shaded. There are some beach clubs that are within walking distance but the choice of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner is quite limited so you need to either catch the bus or drive to access more restaurants. The villa has a well equipped kitchen (which is bigger than it looks on the photos), so you can easily make your own lunch and dinner, and there are a couple of large supermarkets a short drive away. Overall, we loved our stay here and would thoroughly recommend this property, especially if you want to spend a lot of time on the beach.

One of the best villas of the Island! And we have been to Sardinia about 20 times!
It was a perfect location, right on the beach and close to the best facilities in Cagliari! Andrea and his family were terrific!

Exceptional
It is a very beautiful house in front of the sea Nice bedrooms with airconditioning We were with 9 people and there is space enough!! Near are other nice beaches You need a car though … The owners are very nice and when we arrived they made a nice lunch and drinks We are a big family so they drove back whit us to the airport Very good service!!! Thank you Andrea and Rosanna
