Immerse yourself in luxury in this 2020-built gorgeous, contemporary owner-rented villa in a lush tropical setting. This beautifully appointed, comfortable villa accommodates 10 adult guests (or 12 with 2 small children sharing a queen bed) - perfect for family gatherings, girls' trips or couples vacations. Located in a gated community with sweeping mountains views, lush tropical flora, privacy and all the amenities of a beach resort, this all-inclusive villa experience will have you returning every year to your "home away from home". The villa welcomes you with a large foyer that leads into an open concept living/dining room with soaring ceilings over 30' high. The dining room accommodates 12 people and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your chef to prepare your breakfast or dinner at the villa if you choose. Or select one of the more than 2 dozen bars & restaurants with varied and excellent cuisine. Two sets of sliding doors from the main floor lead out to a covered deck with a large round table for outdoor dining or perhaps playing games and a comfy sitting area to lay back and enjoy the mountain views. Down the stairs from the deck is the lap pool and gazebo area with BBQ. There are plenty of loungers around the pool with umbrellas for shade as well as a jacuzzi tub directly above the pool for those that just want to take it easy. A powder room by the gazebo and outdoor shower make it easy to enjoy the outdoors without running indoors as often. A private pool just for your group is one of the most exclusive features of a villa compared to the typical shared resort pool.
There are 5 bedrooms in the villa, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the main floor and three are on the second floor. One of the 2nd floor bedrooms has two queen beds, ideal for 4 young kids to share or two single adults. Two of the 2nd floor bedrooms have access to their own private, outdoor jetted tubs with privacy screens for a romantic bubble bath. One bedroom also has two desks for those that wish to "work from home". All bedrooms have access to a terrace or balcony with lounge furniture to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors day and night.
Villa guests have exclusive access to the resort facilities which include swimming pools, beaches, restaurants, bars, sports, shops, spa & fitness centers, excursions and resort events. The villa comes with 2 complimentary golf carts for getting around the massive resort.
Every villa is assigned a butler, maid and chef. All meals, including alcohol is included in the price. The villa is stocked daily with coffee, pop, water, milk, juice, beer and your personal order of full bottles of alcohol of your choice - spirits, wine and champagne.
Airport transfers are also included, so all you have to worry about is getting there! The luxury comforts, privacy and exclusive benefits of a villa vacation is bar none an experience that surpasses even a high end Caribbean resort hotel style vacation. Please note that the pricing of $235CAD per person/per day is for everything - accommodations, food, alcohol, service, golf carts and airport transfers.

We landed in Puerto Plata as was picked up and brought to the resort. ( All organized by Lydia) Checked in, got to our villa and had wine for the Mrs. and tequila for me waiting on the table! First and foremost, the home is gorgeous! The pictures truly don’t do the home justice, you have to be there to actually take it all in. The pool was a favorite for the kids! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. I truly felt at home the first night I laid in the bed. Sheets were clean and soft. Lydia was very responsive to the requests while at the villa. (We’re new to renting out homes) The staff was responsive as well. We had an issue with the water tank and the onsite team replaced the unit the same day within hours which was amazing!!! The BBQ night for our daughter’s birthday was very special at the Villa. The staff cooked food onsite and it was delicious. My favorite was having breakfast prepared every morning while being served coffee on the deck near the pool! That was priceless for me! All in all the villa and restaurants were all top notch and I would recommend this home with no regrets. Well, I did have one regret and complaint…. We had to leave!!! :) Thanks again Lydia. Everything was smooth and easy. Lydia was amazing at communication and I appreciated her checking in midway through our stay. Even with a few communication hiccups at the resort itself (our concierge was fluent English speaking but many others speak Spanish so we had a language barrier), my family enjoyed the entire week. My son was even hoping we would buy property so we could return more often.

I just want to say this property is definitely a gem! The pictures don’t do justice because you need to EXPERIENCE the location. Upon stepping off the plane and getting your bags you are greeted by a driver to take you to the villa check in. The check in process was smooth. And they took us to the villa to drop our bags and then brought us back to get our golf cart. When we got to the villa the size of the place and the backyard and the pool was impressive!! The 5 days was flawless. From stocking up the fridge daily with alcohol and waters to the chef cooking breakfast daily to the concierge checking in to make sure we were ok, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The in villa bbq dinner was awesome!! The all inclusive was a bonus perk! The Deja View beach access was a welcome perk! The Cabana on the beach and the food made the Saturday chill at the beach wonderful! The only complaint was we couldn’t get a bottle of alcohol the day before we left. So we couldn’t have one last night of shots LOL! But the experience was great. Lydia who is the owner is super responsive and communicates promptly. I will definitely be back again!!

First off owner was so helpful with all my questions and of course changes. The villa was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don't even do it justice. We were treated like special guests. They had a person that would checkin every day to see what we needed or could help us with. Resort was busy for New Years but we had reservations for our restaurants already for us. The BBQ at the villa was a hit for the team. I told them we had vegetarians and they accommodated them. Everyone was raving about it when we came home. Plenty to do if you wanted or you can just relax. Again excellent communication with owner and will definitely be back as soon as possible.
