Pleasant Hotel

Good location in town, as we needed to be in St Ingbert on business, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Free parking outside.

lack of facilities, eg no-where to get a drink, no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, and whilst I responded to the hotel's request to order breakfast on arriving there at 8am there was very little available, most of the buffet had gone, eg no eggs left, not cheese - I had to request some which was dissapointing.

Ist ok

Lage neben dem Supermarkt. Sehr nette junge Dame am Morgen, bei Check Out. Rechnung kam promt und zuverlässig per E-Mail an.

Kein Personal beim Check in. Duschkopf ist brutal. Der Wasserstrahl, egal wieviel man den Hahn aufdreht, ist total unangenehm auf der Haut. Duschen ist nicht entspannt.

Exceptional

Very quit and comfortable, I really liked that the Rewe is just like one minute , I really liked that they put little treat on the bed (although I didn’t eat because I am Muslim and it has gelatin in it)but I really felt it’s nice ,and the bottle of water water was on the table very excellent, I loved it nothing to complain

Very friendly staff, rooms comfortable. Good breakfast.

No aircondition in the rooms (but temperature was ok as all shades were closed when we arrived)

need to be honest that restaurant and bar isn’t open in the evening

website says restaurant is open, it’s not. staff didn’t care and weren’t very helpful. rooms were like a dorm or student housing

Overall the experience was good

Breakfast was well prepared and fresh.

The shower water pressure was perfect but the shower head needs replacement.

One to remember!

1- As someone who loves plants I was enchanted by the huge indoor plants. They radiate a sense of calm. 2- The staff was really nice and “social”. Especially Lisa (if I remember the name correctly, she was at the reception between 17:00-20:00 this week). 3- The bathroom was very spacious and clean. 4- The breakfast was also better than most hotels I have stayed in. 5- The location is very convenient, less than 10 mins walk from the center.

1- When I arrived at 15:30 on Sunday, the reception was supposed to be open but there was no one there and we could not check in and had to wait. 30 mins and a few calls later, the receptionist arrived. 2- The staff entered my room when I was taking a shower. I was partly at mistake for not having the “do not disturb” tag on the door but it was 08:00 in the morning. I was not expecting them to be this early. 3- To my knowledge there is no restaurant or cafe in the hotel, I might be mistaken though.

It was a very pleasant place to stay. As expected. Parking was easy in the back. Easy check in n out

Breakfast was very nice with a full pot of coffee for the table and they made some scrambled eggs for us. We really liked the nice big pillows and the beautiful hard wood floors and rugs that made it very homey.

Very good

Good size room and bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

No staff in the evening. Nice bar, but closed. Same with restaurant, although this was mentioned when I booked. Quite a lot of restaurants within few minutes walk from hotel though.
