About this house rental

Beautiful private villa located across the street from Lido Beach and a 10 minute walk to St. Armands Circle. Villa has private gated courtyard with umbrella, table and chairs, chaise lounges and grill. Inside there is a Master bedroom with King size bed, tv and large closet. The second room is an office/den and can sleep 2 additional adults or 3 children. The living room has 60" TV new couch and love seat, bright beach feel. There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you would have in the comforts of your own home. Full cable and wifi included. The villa also comes equipped with 4 beach chairs, umbrella and mini cooler for the beach.

We stayed at this property to get some vacation time in while also visiting family and it was fantastic. The property is in a great location, exactly as advertised and the hosts were very responsive and easy going. It seems that everyone who stays here has a great experience. We look forward to staying here again on our future trips down to Sarasota.

Absolutely loved our stay in the Lido Key area, our favorite place to visit! Property was perfect for our family - clean, close to the beach, and short walking distance from St. Armands Circle. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again!

Probably our best VRBO experience yet! Jerry and Heidi are the best! Super friendly and helpful. Very understanding about the crazy travel challenges we encountered. The property was perfect, clean, updated, and comfortable. Well stocked, including complimentary beach gear and bikes. Excellent patio, large and private, with a nice grill. Convenient location, just a quick walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Lido is the best beach we've seen on the US Mainland. If we find ourselves back in Sarasota, we'll stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful time and the location perfect. It's a short walk to the beach a short drive to sailing camp at the Sarasota Sailing Squadron. The property has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. I'd stay there again.

My parents live in downtown Sarasota so I visit often, but usually by myself. This time my husband and daughter were with me so we needed a little more space. This rental worked out perfectly as it’s a short drive to downtown, and even shorter drive or walk to St. Armand’s Circle, which allowed all of us to go our separate ways when needed. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed and enjoyed spending time there when we weren’t out and about. We hope to stay there again when visiting.

Well kept and nicely updated apartment. Private courtyard and one block from beach. We are swimmers and the Lido Beach outdoor lap pool is only two blocks away. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

This was a fantastic spot to stay. Owners went out of their way to be kind, helpful, and patient with us. They even gave us a wedding gift for our daughter when they found out it was her wedding weekend. Beautiful place. Close to beach. We will definitely stay here again. You should too.

This rental property is an excellent choice when visiting the Lido Beach area. Just like all of the reviews say: it is very close to the beach, it is close to St. Armands circle, it is in an excellent neighborhood, the apartment has everything you need, the communications with Jerry and Heidi is excellent... Thanks and we'll be returing to this property when we visit Lido Beach the next time.

This listing was in the perfect location for Lido Key/beach. It was a block from the beach, parking was super easy (had a parking space), and was really close to the shopping circle. The house was clean, stocked with sanitizing hand soaps and toilet paper, as well as paper towels. Everything worked really well, the beds was very comfortable. The outside patio was very nice to sit on while having morning coffee or an afternoon drink. The hosts were very attentive and couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely stay here again!

in town for soccer and wanted to also try and get some beach time. found this gem. location was super convenient for both the beach and the soccer in bradenton. loved the place. clean, well stocked, and cozy. really had a great time. would stay again.

The apartment is located in a wonderful part of Lido Key away from the busy town center on St. Armand Circle but close enough to walk to everything. Jerry and Heidi are wonderful landlords responsive to any needs we had which were very few. The layout is private and spacious enough to feel like you have your own place even though the owners live at the same address. The gas grille and patio allow for enjoying the outdoors without having to leave the property. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower is very nice. They provided full beach amenities ,chairs, umbrella, paddle ball, and coolers. With the beach only a very short walk the wagon is optional. We are looking forward to our next stay at Sea Ranch.

The villa is very clean & comfortable with new leather living room furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and features a nice dinette. Comfortable beds and a great shower. Nice private courtyard with lounge chairs ,table & chairs & a gas grill. The owners have thought of everything. Hope to return next year.

Wonderful stay full of memories

We enjoyed our stay so much! It's a wonderful place with great owners. Heidi and Jerry are so friendly and kind, and made sure we had everything we needed and were easily available if anything were to come up. This trip was full of memories starting with us getting engaged at sunset on the beach followed by walks to the circle, fishing and reading at the beach, and relaxing in the private patio area. During the pandemic, this place offered the perfect amount of privacy, comfort, and relaxation. Plenty of space for the two of us and would be perfect for a small family or a few close friends too. Definitely able to feel distanced from crowds if that's what you're looking for. It's a great location to pack up and walk to the beach or explore all of the nearby attractions. We couldn't be happier and would stay at this villa again in a heartbeat.
