This popular direct beach access vacation rental has just been completely renovated! I-Land Style is 4 br 2 ba oceanfront vacation home on Edisto Beach, SC, close to restaurants and grocery store. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath coastal home is located on 5 miles of shell strewn beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean allowing you to enjoy incredible sunrises and moonrises from almost every room in the home. The large kitchen with solid surface cooktop opens to the living and dining area and is perfect for cooking your favorite low country cuisine.
The spacious dining area with the adjacent breakfast bar seats all of you! This is the perfect dining area for relishing those low country meals with your entire family on vacation.
The living area with cathedral ceiling has a wonderful ocean view and double sliders onto the oceanfront covered porch that extends the length of the home; you will love the expansive views of the ocean, moonrises and sunrises.
There are a total of four bedrooms (accommodating twelve guests total). The south side of the home offers an oceanfront master bedroom suite with king bed and private bath featuring double vanities, spacious shower and walk-in closet. The north side beachfront offers a guest bedroom 2 with a queen bed and with ocean views and tv. Palmetto Side Guest bedroom 3 contains one bunk bed/ twin over full, twin trundle underneath and a queen bed with tv & Guest bedroom 4 offers a queen bed and tv. There is a convenient main floor laundry located in the hallway on the left side of the house making this the best and most one of the most convenient beach homes you have ever enjoyed!
Relax after a fun day enjoying all of Edisto Beach's amenities and bask in the gentle sea breezes and sounds of the surf! Plenty of area below home with 2 bays for cars and boats, enclosed hot and cold shower with private dressing area, and charcoal grill. This house is the best! The best views of anywhere we have ever stayed. First time to Edisto Beach and it did not disappoint. Very laid back but is exactly what we like. House is great location to grocery and resturants. WE didnt want to leave. We will be back for sure! oh yea, house was very clean and had everything we needed. Porch was awesome.

I can't say enough about the awesomeness of this place - right on the beach, with a grocery store, ice cream shop, coffee shop, gift shop, and restaurant all within walking distance. The beach house itself is comfortable - open concept with a big screen TV in the living room area - great for afternoon movies to avoid the middle-of-the-day heat and a large dining table with bar stools facing the open counter in the kitchen, which had any small appliance you might need. Plenty of room for our whole family to eat meals together! The grandkids enjoyed the room with the bunkbed and trundle bed - a week long sleepover.
This was our first beach vacation. I appreciated the email information and reminders of what to bring and do. I felt like I was being walked through planning the vacation to make it a truly memorable time. Any questions I had were answered quickly.
We did have an issue when we arrived. The code would not work to unlock the door. I called the number that was given and had to leave a message. When I called back in a minute or two, it was answered and a customer service rep immediately remotely unlocked the door. I even got a call back a little while later to make sure the code was still working!
I would definitely recommend I-Land Style for anyone going to the beach for the first time or if you just want a place to be able to sit on a nice deck and watch the water or meander along looking for shells. Truly a place to make memories.

This was our fifth vacation in the house, and each time we love it more. The property is well situated close to the grocery store and restaurants and, of course, directly on the most beautiful beach. We love waking up every morning and walking our dog on the beach, which, at this time of year, is very quiet. The covered porch is perfect for lounging and even has a gate that can be latched for safety of pets. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The indoor and outdoor furniture is stylish and comfortable, and the television in the family room is huge and offers many channels. The house is well-suited for a family or for couples. We'll be back next year!

First time in Edisto. The house was wonderful; really enjoyed the nice furniture on the deck and being able to put dogs on the deck so they could see us but still be contained. It was a great vacation. The beds were especially comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping but the extra memory foam topper was a treat. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a pantry to put our groceries rather than setting them all over the counter and table. The master walk in shower was nice and big; really enjoyed my hot showers. We enjoyed the cornhole boards as we did not have room to bring ours. Stores were within walking distance. Loved having a fridge with an icemaker. The big storm rolled in on Friday so being able to pack up under the house via the deck stairs was a lifesaver. It was really nice to have shower and hose easily accessible from coming the beach to wash off. The only negative was the beach access; it was a steep climb over the dune but we managed. This is not the fault of the home owner. I wish the Edisto leash law was a litte more flexible; we got a warning for having our lab off the leash at 7am in the morning with no one on the beach but us. Again, not the fault of the home owner. Overall, we would come again and this is a perfect beach front home.

This open concept home with comfortable beds and furnishings is a perfect place to gather with family and friends. The beach is steps away for easy access. Watch the kids on the beach from the large deck. It's a peaceful, low key, low stress way to relax. The icing on the cake? Being able to walk to the stores, restaurant, coffee and ice cream shop!

This is a beautiful home with everything you need to enjoy your visit to the beach! The beds are comfortable, and the porch is our favorite place to hang out after a full day of fun in the sun! This has by far been one of our favorite rentals. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The house was spotless with an enormous deck overlooking the ocean. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, sand toys, beach chairs and lots of pretty party lights on the deck and below in the grill area. The kids loved the party lights and bunk beds. We had a fantastic time celebrating our fathers 81st birthday. Thank you to the hosts.

We came for a getaway from the Midwest winter and absolutely loved our stay! Being right on the beach was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the ocean and took tons of long beach walks. Being so close to restaurants and the grocery store was ideal. Things we really appreciated were that it's dog friendly, the kitchen was very well stocked, the area underneath the house is great for rainy afternoons, and it was spotless when we got here. Thanks so much for a wonderful getaway! We'll definitely be back.

We had an absolute blast at I-Land Style. The location could not have been better. I've been coming to Edisto for over 30 years and have always gotten houses further down Palmetto. I-Land style might have changed my mind. The beach was at our doorstep and the kids could bike or walk to the candy store on their own. We have rented from Edisto Beach Vacation Rentals a couple of times in the past and keep coming back. The houses have been in great condition and the management team have been very kind and communicative each time. They have worked with us to include extra guests or pets, to do repairs/work without disturbing us, and to make sure we always had easy check-ins and outs. I'll definitely be renting from them again next year.

Delightful vacation location
This 4-bedroom, 2-bath house is not only on the beach but also only six houses from the only grocery store on Edisto Island. Five adults and two children enjoyed themselves immensely both on the beach and in the house. The house is family-oriented with plenty of couches and chairs and has a fully covered deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. We are already planning our next vacation here.

Great beachfront home for family (including dogs) vacations!
Thank you for a great vacation experience at Edisto Beach! You cannot beat having the ocean right outside of your back door! The house was spacious, and furnished comfortably. The kitchen had ample appliances/utensils for our daily meal preps. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, grocery store, and park. We hope to return here for spring break every year. Our granddaughter said that she wanted to live here, lol. I would recommend this home for future vacation rentals.

A Perfect Stay on the Beach!
We loved our stay at I-Land Style. Being directly on the beach with our pups every day was a highlight - watching the sunrise from bed, being on the beach in seconds, close to the grocery and restaurants. The king bed was very comfortable, appreciated the king bath double sinks, comfortable and functional living room furniture, well stocked kitchen, lots of extra blankets and pillows, a great mix of porch furniture — the covered porch was a favorite place to be every day, rain or shine. The management company was easy to work with and responsive, we appreciated the key code entry, check in was a breeze, ability to bring our 2 pups — this home fits our needs perfectly and we can’t wait to come back!

Leave your sound machine at home
Ideal location at Edisto Beach to enjoy the ocean waves and sea birds. We had a flock of ducks floating off shore during our stay and plenty of bait fish to draw the pelican dives. The outdoor furniture was super comfy and plenty of blankets to cozy up on the porch. Was great being so close to the ocean without having to get sandy.
The beach is very dog friendly and offers plenty of great shelling. Don't miss a short walk to the pier for Coot's food and cocktails.

Relaxing paradise
Needed a time out from the world and this place provided the most relaxing time I have ever had. The house has everything you need and is very comfortable. You're right on the beach and it is so tranquil. I wish I could have stayed longer. We will definitely come back.

The house was great.
The house was great, right on the beach, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice enough. I had trouble with the company handling the property because I could not find the information needed to check in. The information was embedded into the document and I kept looking for an attachment, finally 1 day before we were to leave I found it. I tried to call but was quickly corrected by email that calling was not allowed. A phone call would have solved my problems locating where I needed to go or if they had just said the info was embedded in the email with the word here.
The person who was emailing me was rude and I did not appreciate her attitude by email. I will not deal with this management company again. When I rent again it will be with another company.

Relaxing Family vacation
Property was great. It was clean and right on the beach. Weather was perfect all week. Second time to Edisto island. Great place. One thing to note... we left our tent up near the dune and we were asked to removed late at night by the local authority. Sea Turtles could be impaired.
Just an FYi. I would recommend this property to anyone. Management was great start to finish.

Perfect house for us
This is a great beach house. First of all, beachfront, so you can't beat that. We're only about 2 hours away and have been going to Edisto for over 30 years, so we pretty much know what we need to bring. The house seemed to be well maintained and had everything there that we needed. Wifi was great, good TV setup in living room and each room had it's own TV, even though we never used the one in our room. The front porch was big, fantastic for hanging out. Good outdoor furniture. A/C worked great. There's parking for 4 vehicles. Very nice grill underneath the house, which was half gas and half charcoal. Outdoor shower was very handy for washing off sand before going upstairs. There was even some beach chairs, beach toys, and other things downstairs. We didn't use any of them, but it was nice to see they were available. All in all, just a great house and a great vacation.
