Both the kitchen and dining room have combined seating for 12 people. From both rooms you can enjoy the rock-faced fireplace and a flat screen TV. Just off the kitchen is a great lake-view bedroom with a king-sized bed, tv and hall bath with walk in shower. And access to the laundry room with extra storage for coolers.

This property is just 20-25 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the lake - Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozark and Osage Beach - vi the community toll bridge. Also, the home is just minutes away from the towns of Sunrise Beach and Laurie for grocery shopping and from a public golf course. By water, we are less than a 10 minute boat ride from four of the hottest lakeside restaurant destinations - Frankie and Louie's, Coconuts, Jolly Rogers and the H. Toad Complex.

The home is furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, coffee makers, basic appliances and grills outside. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring your own beach towels, personal toiletries, coolers, camera, life jackets, etc.

The property does have cameras facing the garage and entry way outside as well as the dock area for security purposes. There is also a security system inside the home available for use should you desire.
