The location was very convenient for our purpose of stay this time. There were several restaurants and stores at walking distance. It was so lovely that the owner left us some cookies and coffee for the arrival. The first day, the door nob of the bathroom fell off but the owner came to fix it right away! The self check-in system works wonderfully and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The dedicated area for a desk was an extra nice feature. The internet speed was not bad but it tends to be slow during the evening. Overall, it worked just fine. It would be ideal for 2-3 days of short trip.
The bathroom had an unpleasant odor and it was also very cold. Also, the towels were half dry with funny smell and they were rough. It would have been easier if there were a switch to the bathroom light close to the door or on the wall in the living room. The shower door has some worn rubber with gap and water leaks from the door while showering. It would have been nice to have an extra toilet paper. Our room was facing to the main street and depends on the day, it was quite noisy but tolerable to sleep with ear plugs. For a lady, the most challenge is to use hair dryer or hair iron as there is no plug in the bathroom which is the only place with a mirror.

Sehr sympatisch.

In centro . Camera pulita .

It is next to the music school. I was happy to hear the students.
The high seats were a little awkward if you're not young.

Excellent location. Very modern and clean accommodation. Shower was excellent. Bed comfortable. Coffeemaker was good but I didn't use the fridge or the microwave.
No TV! The only minus for me.

Location was good for us. Clean. Simple.
Needs more local info on places to eat that you can walk to. No one to ask questions of.

The place is a 15 minute walk from the Liege-Guillemins station. The room was clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth without any hassles. The building is in a great location. Overall, it was a great stay.
The bed was a bit stiff but nothing too bad. Manageable.

Joëlle was very welcoming and had everything in order for a very pleasant stay. The room was cosy, warm and clean.
Le Piercot is a very private and quiet place to stay. Ideally located to shops, restaurants and train station Thank you from Claire and Michael Ireland.

The location and building are really good&nice. We had a room on the back of the building, it was very peacefull & quiet. Parking (pay) was very easy in front of de Boulevard Piercot and not expensive. Joëlle is really fast in replying with questions using Booking.com app, the information before arrival she shared there was very clear so we could get in without her being present. Easy door system to get in and out of the apartment with numbercodes and key. The room had everything you need for a short citytrip: comfortable bed, good shower, coffeemaker, microwave, cups&plates etc. and a small fridge, towels and showercream.
The only things that could be improved is an extra bedlamp, so you have it on both sides. And a small watercooker, so you dont have to cook water in the microwave
