The park house had everything a person could need. I thought it was wonderful and would love to stay again. The only thing that kind of was not good was the acorns. There was a lot of acorns dropping, tis the season I know. I swept regularly but it never really looked like I did. I didn't want to sit outside because I was afraid of getting hit in the head which I did but that is not of any fault to the owner what so ever. I truly enjoyed my stay and was able to just relax which was just what I needed.

This home was clean, comfortable, very well equipped and close to all of the attractions that our family enjoys at Okoboji. It met all of our expectations. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again in the future.

This house is impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but as close as you can get to all the activities. The amusement park and restaurants are a stone's throw away. Love the big deck with partial views of the lake, giant walnut trees, and a fabulous view of the park:) The large living room is very comfy with oversized couches and chairs. Fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes if you want to make a great meal for family and friends. We all agreed that this house is on the top of our list of where to stay in Arnolds Park!

Awesome property for a family reunion. Great location, spacious property that sleeps 10 easily. Outside porch and patio with fire pit was great in the evenings. Host was easy to work with and we would go back to stay again!!

We had a hunch that the location of this property was going to be a big deal. Wow. We had no idea just how big of a deal. We are so glad we didn’t stay anywhere else. If we ever come back, we will use this house again.
You can see the roller coaster from the house. You can be to the park or the waterfront or anywhere you want to be within minutes, on foot. The location is absolutely perfect.
The house accommodated two families no problem. One family with four kids and the other family with three.
There’s plenty of green space around, a park just down the road. It was really amazing.
The only teeny tiny complaint I could make is that there weren’t much for shower supplies. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There was a keurig machine but no k cups, and a coffee maker but no grinder. That doesn’t matter for me since I am a ridiculous coffee snob and bring all my own gear, but I could see that mattering to a lot of travelers. There are stores just down the road, and a great little coffee shop a short walk away, so not a huge deal.
Stay here. Don’t be tempted by the nice looking properties near the water park. You won’t want to stay over there! Stay here, drive to the water park. You’ll want to walk to the amusement park and the water front, all the time. The freedom and flexibility it gives you is so worth it!

It fit our needs perfectly. The accommodations along with the location and opportunity for activities, walking, historical information and shops provided something for everyone in our group.

We had the best family vacation while staying at this property. The home was not only located in the most ideal location within Arnold’s Park, but it was also very clean, spacious, quiet, well-stocked, and all around just really great! We were able to walk to so many places with both the young and old in our group, and we were so grateful for the fact that this home was dog friendly so we could being the furry members of our family as well. We cooked almost all of our meals here, and had everything we needed to grill, bake, microwave, etc. The neighborhood is also a joy to walk around and explore; there are so many neat little cottages and lake homes to see. We genuinely can’t stop reminiscing about the memories we made and dreaming of our return trip back to this awesome property in Arnold’s Park!

This house is close to the boat ramp, and there were docks in a short walk to load and unload people, which was nice. It was also super close to Arnolds Park and the attractions around that.
The house was nice for 2 families as it had separate living space upstairs and downstairs.

3 diff families coming together can be hectic. We each had our own space with bedrooms/downstairs TV room. Kitchen supplied with plenty of amenities for easy cooking and cleaning up. Decks were wonderful morning/evening relaxation. Even enough space for family game of cornhole (bags). Thank you for making memories for us this year. Thx, Lisa

A great spot in Arnold's Park, short walking distance from the amusement park. Also walking distance from boat rentals, jet skis, fishing guides, restaurants... everything. The property looks small on the outside, but has lots of space for a couple families.
We hope to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, ideal for families with kids who need a quiet spot for nap time. The location can’t be beat, we enjoyed many walks along the shore and through Arnold’s park.

Our family had a wonderful stay. You can't beat the location, walkable (very short walk) to the park, the lake, shopping and restuarants. Public Docks right there to tie up a boat. Wonderful neighborhood to walk, public sidewalk and dock right along the water at Pilsbury Point. The space was much more than enough for our family of 4. Could have easily fit 2 families. We loved it!

Great Location
This home was very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. Steps from Arnold's Park and minutes from where we unloaded our boat to fish at West Lake Okoboji. Our group has many different interests, from golf to fishing to walking to the beach. There's no even Pickleball courts close by! Great hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect famiy vacation spot
This was a perfect place for our family to experience Okoboji. It was close to all the Arnold’s Park fun, activity and vibrancy yet close to quiet walking paths and parks.
There were spacious bedrooms everywhere that met our family’s needs perfectly. There were two bedrooms on the main level and then two in the basement and a bathroom on each level; one with a tub for young children to bathe. We didn’t need the bunk beds off the downstairs living room but we were impressed they were there. The two living areas allowed for plenty of space for families to gather and connect too.
The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. We now look forward to annual family vacations to Okoboji and all this property and the area has to offer.
