Güzeldi

Konumu açısından iyi bir yerdeydi. Old Sharm a yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Resepsiyondaki Ramadan Bey bizim rahatlığımız için çok yardımcı oldu.Denizi çok güzeldi deniz gözlüğü ile birçok çeşit balık görebilirsiniz o çok keyifliydi bizim için. Akşamları aktivite gösterileri de çok başarılıydı.

Yemekleri çok daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Odaların mobilyaları eskiydi. Çalışanların daha güler güzlü olmasını isterdim. Alkoller daha kaliteli olabilirdi.

Beautifull place

The stay in Albatros Sharm Resort was really exceptional. My family loved here everything! Food is tasty, rooms arespacious, staff and people working here are so friendly! The view of hotel is just gorgeous, the everyday sunsets are so beautiful…this is the place to come back!..

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff and the animation team are the soul of the hotel and they are very friendly and helpful. They are doing everything to keep you happy and satisfied. Really thanks for all of you. All the restaurant staff and Mando, Shiko on the animation and the front desk The beach is amazing and the pool is clean The Hotel has perfect Wi-Fi service in all rooms and all hotel areas.

The rooms in the main building need renovations and I recommend the family room out of the main building that already renovated. The food is OK but need to improve the quality and the taste, specially the dessert. The breakfast is perfect. But the restaurant staff are truly the most helpful and funny ppl <3

A great hotel, friendly reception and welcome, the hotel has its own scenic places, the whole bay is under your feet, the food is legendary, we loved the seafood, our air conditioner broke down, they said we can change your room, we wanted them not to be victims, we wanted it to be repaired, a special apology dinner for us at the hotel It was a wonderful detail. If you are coming to Sharma, definitely choose the Pick Albatross, you will never regret it.. ;)

I am looking forward to come next year

Room cleaning was very good. The beach was big and beatiful. Its a nice detail there is a bar and restoran on the beach. There is an event every evening, entertaiment team was great especially Mundi and Shiko very good at making people have fun. Everyone was helpful and caring. Foods were delicios and very good. Thank you everyone for this vacation, see you next year :)

Loved the location. the beach is sandy and a perfect spot for snorkeling. Staff are very friendly, nice, accommodating, and welcoming. The manager was very nice, he helped us out with a problem in the booking. The people were really exceptional.

The ACs were outdated. They need to be replaced. They make strange sounds.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional for all aspects specially when it comes to handling problems. The beach is extremely prepared. the animation team is very professional. the resort is really all inclusive, I didn’t need to get out. the reception team was very professional specially Mr. Ahmed El Sayed

The staff is generally friendly and cooperative except for one employee. I bought an iced coffee can and handed it over to a chef at the beach bar to keep it in the fridge. After two hours, I went there and there was a different employee. I asked him to give me the iced coffee can and he told me it wasn't there and he knew nothing about it. He was extremely rude and aggressive, although the chef came and confirmed that he himself put the can in the fridge. It's unacceptable that the staff loses the guests' stuff, even if it's an iced coffee can. The employee who did that can lose something more valuable. It's also unacceptable that an employee handles an issue in such a rude mannerless way.

The hospitality is really more than great

The location is gorgeous The view is incredible The hospitality and the staff are more than friendly They are really very professional and helpful

The staff are really great With special nomination for Mr Ramadan on the fromt desk , Mr Abdelhaleem Ibraheem from the house keeping , and Mr Mohamed Mostafa the house keeping manager . I’m really delighted from ur help and hospitality.

Lovely stay

The staff were very attentive, helpful and kind. We were upgraded to a beach view room, which was lovely - the view is great! My husband used the onsite dive centre and was very happy with the service provided.
