About this apartment rental

Enjoy a relaxing vacation sitting in the living room looking out at the ocean or on the balcony. Unit is on the 7th floor. You never know when you will see a sea turtle, dolphin or flock of pelicans going by. Visit one of the Grand Strand's many restaurants or create a meal of your own in our fully stocked kitchen, including utensils, cookware and plates. A coffee maker and a Keurig are also available to help you wake up for those early morning sunrises. 1 King bed in bedroom, Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a Queen Murphy bed. 1.5 bathrooms to wash off the sunscreen and sand. A hair dryer can be found in the bathroom, for your convenience. We also offer rental of sheets and towels for $35 a week. You can decide if you want to leave the condo the way you found it by cleaning up prior to leaving or we will be glad to take care of it for a $100 fee.

The Oceans has a pool and large pool deck on the 4th floor with an attached recreation room where you can take a break from the sun. Vending Machines on the 4th floor and a full grocery store with grill and salad bar across the street.

Prior to arriving you will be given a code with which to enter the unit, where you will find the keys, which you won't really need, and car pass. The code to enter the unit will be the last 4 of the phone number you provide upon booking. Owner is local and therefore will be available if any issues arise.

Cancellation policy: up to 30 days prior to arrival, your full rental amount is refundable except for the $100 deposit.

No Smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony. There is a smoking area by the beach entrance. We get fined if you are caught smoking or vaping in the common areas or balcony and will share that fine with you!

Nothing can be left in hallway outside the unit or there is also a fine.

No Pets and No Motorcycles as per HOA.

We stayed in Bill and Linda‘s condos for the past few years. They always welcome you as if you were family condos are clean, well equipped, and their pleasure to work with. You won’t be disappointed. Condo was right on the beach just an elevator ride to the garage and out in the sand.

My husband and I just stayed a week May 25 thru June 1 at the condo in Cherry Grove Beach. The condo was very nice and very clean and the location is perfect for walking to the grocery store, to Murphy's and Snooky's for dining and entertainment. We will definately return and stay at this condo again! The owners were very easy to work with and communicated immediately with us regarding any questions or concerns. I highly recommend renting from them! You won't be disappointed.

Great location, right on the beach. Clean room and decorated nicely, loved the turtles. The bath and half were amazing. Grocery and food within walking distance. Me and my sister loved our time shared here. Will be back!

Wonderful place to stay unit was clean and very accommodating. The only hitch is we cleaned very before leaving and were told it wasnt clean enough so they kept the security deposit. This part was very disappointing however it did not ruin our overall experience. Would stay here again.

First of the location was great! The condo was so well thought out, all the way to all the hangers in the closet. I communicate with the host several times, and they were so kind and helpful. The condo was perfect, the view was fantastic. I do not have 1 complaint. The 1 and 1/2 bathroom was wonderful to have for both of us getting ready.! Linda and bill were great! When we arrived, the unit smelled like fresh linens. The unit had all of the essentials. Walking distance to grocery, pizza, ice cream and some restaurants. The balcony was my favorite place to sit in the morning and at night. Some tips for future families: You are not allowed to have tents on the beach, umbrellas only. If you plan on renting umbrella and chairs for the week, I would recommend reserving before you arrive or as soon as you get here. She said they sell out quick. Laundry is on 4th floor. $1.75 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Change machines available. Liquor store closes at 7 by law. There is a really nice community room on 4 . If you have multiple families staying, this is a great place for everyone to gather to eat and hang out. Full fridge and sink. We had to unload our roof topper on our minivan in order to pull in the parking garage. The clearance is 6 ft 5 inches. Definitely had a memorable week!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for our family vacation. The bed was comfy, our daughter loved the Murphy bed, and the shower head was almost as amazing at the the veiw, almost. Sunsets from the balcony were perfect while our littlest had bed time. Pack and play fit comfortably in master bedroom.

When we arrived in the parking deck...we were amazed at the proximity of the beach in relation to our parking space. We literally were able to store our umbrella and chairs in the car for easy access everyday. We have stayed at Ocean Lakes for the last 30 years. This was a wonderful change from the extreme effort it takes us usually to set up. The elevators were efficient and always clean. Condo was larger than expected with a pull out chest style bed in the living room. We did not use, but neat concept. The King bed was very comfortable. The view overlooking the pool and the ocean....amazing! We ate breakfast every morning and occasional dinners in the condo with no issue. We frequented the Boulineau's grocery store conveniently located across the street. I would also like to talk about the shower and the therapeutic grade water pressure. I have never and I mean never stayed at a place with water pressure like this. This place reminded me of what a true, relaxing beach vacation is supposed to be. My 9-year old rated this trip a 10 and I have to agree. Thank you Bill and Linda for sharing your beautiful and relaxing place with us! We will return one day!
