About this apartment rental
Ocean One 507's views of the Atlantic Ocean from this 2 story oceanfront penthouse is unmatched. This rare find of a four bedroom/four bath 5th floor oceanfront condo all within walking distance to Hilton Head's famous Coligny Plaza will make your vacation one to remember. Ocean One has an ocean front pool and a gas grill area on-site and it's proximity to the famous Tiki Hut (next door) and Pope Avenue make it a very desirable vacation destination. Unit 507 has four bedrooms and great separation for larger groups or families that require extra space. The first level offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths plus a fully equipped kitchen. King in the master, another king in BR 2 and 2 twins in BR 3. The 2nd level has a queen in BR 4 plus 2 twin beds as well as a sofa bed in the bonus room adjacent to the bedroom plus another full bath.
Ocean One is undergoing a pool renovation and a boardwalk renovation that will affect beach access and pool use over the 2024-2025 winter season beginning November 1, 2024.
Projected completion for boardwalk renovation is end-of-year 2024 and pool renovation will be ongoing until early March 2025.

Everything was really nice. The only thing that we had an issue was the place was not that clean. My Mom had a heart attack and I had to leave early but the other girls had a great time.

I was disappointed when I walked into this unit. While its location is perfect and views are amazing, the unit is outdated, has weird smells, and mold. Family went through on the first day and sanitized what we could but didn't run the AC due to the mold on the air intake and vents. Master bedroom had very bad smell we could not locate the source of.

This is not a review on the property, rather it is a review on the company we went through to rent the property. About 1 week before our vacation the vacation company who rents out this unit found out this property was behind on the remodel and we were unable to rent it out for our vacation. They tried to give us two 2 bed condos to accommodate the 8 of us. However they were unaware that this was a vacation for a family that lives all throughout the US and that we wanted to spend time together. I explained this to the wonderful ladies in the office and they said that their company had no other u it’s that would accommodate 8 people but suggested I talk to the owner.
The next day, I was able to talk with the owner, he asked for me to give him time to seek out a place using his connections on the islands. In no time, he was able to find us a nice house that accommodated all 8 of us. Not only did he get us a new place (that was not one of his managed properties), but he let us rent it at the original agreement.
The new place was amazing and everything we were hoping for in a vacation rental. I would highly recommend any property that is owned/managed by Seashore Vacations.

This is the 2nd time we rented property at Ocean One. The unit was large and very comfortable and accommodated 5 adults & 2 children. Walk out to the pool, firepits and beach were just steps away. Restaurants and shopping was walking distance and only minutes away. We will rent again next year.

Overall we loved our stay in 507. The view is amazing!!! The large living area, two tables inside, and two balconies(one with large table) were great for our party of 8. There were plenty of beach towels for our use and the kitchen had lots of storage space. The upstairs could use a refresh and the lighting in the living area was a little low. Seashore Vacations makes the process of checking in and out easy and the one issue we had was resolved in just a few minutes. This is our 5th year renting a condo in Ocean One through Seashore and look forward to next year.

This is the perfect location for a visit to Hilton Head. Walking distance to so many shops, bars, restaraunts, live music. We had a great time. The second level is accessible by a spiral staircase - which we did not realize until we got there but managed. But if you have older people or large luggage...maybe find a one story unit.

Our group of 8 enjoyed the roominess of the condo with all the bedrooms and bathrooms along with the location. The unit needs lots of updating. The carpet is dirty and there was mold upstairs which was disturbing. We had a great time but would not go back.

This rental was in a fabulous location and was a great size for our 2 families of 4 to share. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The condo association does a wonderful job of upkeeping the property. The unit itself needs some general maintenance. There was mold on the ceiling, dirty air conditioners, shower doors that didn't work well, refrigerator drawer that was broken and pantry shelf that kept falling. These items were reported to the rental company and they came out immediately to address some of the issues, but more repairs should be done. We would stay here again, however would really like to see some updating to the unit itself.

Ocean One 507 was terrific. The ocean view was amazing and the accomodations were excellent. The condo could have been cleaner and a few minor details needed attention. A suggestion - one or both of the dining tables needs lighting. Will likely be willing to stay there again.

#1. The moment you open the door and walk into the living room first thing you notice is the breathtaking ocean views. First 10mins were spent admiring the beautiful view from multiple balconies.#2. When you finally step back into the condo and start looking through the rooms you’re hit with another realization: this condo is pretty run down. I don’t think there’s a square foot on the carpet/walls or furniture that doesn’t have some kind of mark or stain on it. Before the rest of the family showed up I spent sometime rearranging cushions on the living room couch to hide some of the stains, we spent almost $8k on this condo so that was pretty ridiculous. Like other have mentioned I think the whole building needs some love, the elevator was something out of Final Destination and would shake on the way down making loud bangs. Apart from stained furniture, dirty carpet and moldy air vents it was livable. Patio furniture on the balconies did look new which was nice. Upper level was pretty interesting and had a door that let to the roof which had the best view in the building. Box spring was incredibly noisy in that room keeping the couple staying there up most of the night, also major bugs.#3. After spending a few days in the condo and checking out the area you come to another realization: this might be the best location on the island. Being able to walk down to Coligny beach at any moment to catch a sunrise/sunset or just watch the stars after looking for wildlife in the evening is pretty awesome. We saw sting rays, dolphins, even a shark. At one point we had an umbrella set up on the beach and a spot reserved at the pool so we could just go back and forth as we wish with condo being right there to grab drinks etc. You’re also in the walking distance from multiple restaurants and bars, I think Frosty Frog was my favorite, great food and delicious adult Frosties.Overall we had a good time, would we stay the

Family Vaca
Our family of 9 had a wonderful vacation at Ocean One! The condo was spacious and kitchen well stocked. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. The condo is showing some wear, but nothing that would stop us from renting it again. You cannot beat the location and the beach view from the balcony! There is a large grass area where you can play games and we were always able to find chairs at the pool. Being able to walk to Coligny Square the Tiki Bar are a huge plus!

Overall it is great for its space and location, and well below par for upkeep and cleanliness.
