Amazing

Location: Pretty close to the RVN Railway Station with a 15 mins walk, and close to another bus station ( Ruokasenpuisto I3) that could take you to both airport and Santa Claus Village by Santa Claus bus. There's also a K-Market nearby if you need to grab anything. Room: The room is really cozy, comfortable and neat! The hosts are really nice which they offer great help and information for our stay and visit here in Rovaniemi. Overall, love our stay here and highly recommend to people who are visiting Rovaniemi and the near future!

Fantastic stay! Highly recommend this gem!

Our host's Tuomas and Satu were fantastic! They were so helpful, and when we arrived early they kindly allowed us an early check-in. The line of communication was excellent, Satu always replied quickly. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Not only was it clean and comfortable, as you would expect, but the small touches like plenty of shower products, sauna fragrance, washing liquid ect, some fruit and lovely little sweets really made our stay! All instructions on how to use things, like the sauna, were clear and consice. Satu gave us loads of information on local activities etc and, at the time of our stay, there was a national strike, which Satu warned us about. We really felt our hosts went above and beyond. The location was fantastic. Right by a convenience shop and close enough to walk to town too. Thank you for a fab stay, we will return 😊

Very comfortable and clean

Very nice, clean and comfortable 2nd floor apartment in quiet building. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, comfortable bed, nice sauna. Everything was very clean and worked well. Hosts are friendly and excellent communicators and allowed us to check in early.

Only minor things, the bedroom is a bit small and there are no bedside tables to put phone etc the curtains in the bedroom didn't block out the light.

It was an amazing stay. Apartment was clean, well located, well equipped (they even had a JBL Boombox!), there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Hosts were friendly, prepared a small city guide for us.

Hospital hosts, comfortable apartment and we would gladly return

The apartment was very clean and homey when we arrived. The hosts were very communicative and happy to answer daily questions. There was coffee and tea for us to use. They gave a plethora of information up front, about both the apartment and the city. Our check in and check out were also easy.

Since it was apartment, the breakfast was not included. But the apartment itself was great, the facilities, the flat itself was very nice and clean. Also, the location is very good, very close to the city center. In one word, the flat is excellent!

Beautiful, cosy apartment in the city centre

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, cosy and excellently equipped. Shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, sponges, cloths, etc all supplied. There was even a bowl of fruit and sweets to welcome us. Sauna, washing machine, Netflix on tv...everything you need was on hand. Perectly located just a few mins walk from Rovaniemi centre and Angry Bird Park. The owners were very informative and helpful, always responding to messages promptly. I would 100% return to this apartment.

The only minor complaint was that the mattress on the sofa bed was very thin but was fine for a few days.

Long sory short : everyting :) The appartment is cozy. I really enjoyed staying in the living room. Sauna was amazing to relax after the outside activities in cold weather. The host was very supportive, providing a lot of information about appartment facilities and what to do in Lapland (activities, transportation, restaurants...)

Lovely apartment near city centre and all bus stop’s

Location, 5min walking from bus stop to Santa and the airport. Very clean and modern apartment. Supermarket very close and 5 min to the city centre. Great sauna, and a lot of facilities and nice to have basic things as coffee, sugar, oil , etc.

The sofa bed mattress was very basic and uncomfortable.

Good host & good apt. Will not hesitate to recommend to others.

The house is homey & clean. Full kitchen with some sauces as well as nice balcony. The host is very friendly. She prepared some fruits & candy in the living room. Coffee bean & coffee maker are ready in the kitchen. She gave us very clear instruction about the house & the information around. The location is good too. Restaurants, shopping center, Asian grocery shop & K-supermarket are all in walking distance. The bus station to Santa Claus is close to the house, but we couldn't find it as the snow was covering the playground & the stadium. Hope the photo can help.

I can't find any. Perhaps the sauna is not easy to absorb more than 2 people at the same time. But it's not a problem on us.

perfect stay!

The apartment had everything we needed and even more. There was sled for our child, well equipped kitchen, perfect sauna. The location couldnt have been better- a few steps to the bus stops to Santa Claus Village, AirPort, in the city center. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect stay in Rovaniemi city central

You get absolutely everything what you need in the apartment, which was very cozy, brand new and few steps away from central. Fully equipped kitchen, even some food, like pasta, cereals, salt and spices for cooking, selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The owner is very helpful, even informed about northern lights, thanks to her we managed to see it :)

Fantastic accommodation

10 out of 10! Excellent, comfortable accommodation practically in the center of Rovaniemi. Modern Finnish building just few years old. Comfortable beds, enjoyable living room with big leather sofa and TV, fully equipped kitchen, cosy balcony. Impeccable bathroom with electric sauna! Let me tell you - these hosts are not toying around! They definitely thought about all aspects of a comfortable stay. Beautiful bedding from Finlayson, information folder packed with brochures, thorough instructions, friendly chat, fresh fruits, coffee and teas, basic spices and oils, plates and glasses from Pentik. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Perfect for couples, but larger company or family will fit - the sofa is actually sofa-bed.

First of all, it is warm and cozy. It felt like home away from home. Personally, I enjoyed the sauna. Secondly, it is near the city center. And lastly, the home owners are very accommodating and let us check-in early as well as check-out late.
