With over 5,200 sq ft of serene living space, the lodge features a chef's kitchen equipped with 3 ovens, a 48" commercial range with a griddle, 6 gas burners and a pot filler faucet, a large granite island, walnut counters and floating shelves and commercial cookware. The expansive great room's 20' high ceilings showcase a wall of glass and timbers for sunset viewing along the ridge of Mount Nittany.
Accommodating up to 28 guests, the lodge has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: 2nd floor - Owners suite with King bed, walk-in closet, private balcony, walk-in shower and bidet.
Bedroom 2: 2nd floor - suite with King bed and private bathroom with deck access.

The lodge also has a 1,600 sq ft game room featuring a regulation Olhausen billiard table, ping pong table, foosball table, corn hole boards/bags, arcade with 60 classic games, wet bar with commercial ice maker and wine/beer fridge, fireplace, tv and lounge.
The lodge's extraordinary outdoor living spaces feature private balconies, two large decks with a hammock, gas grill and outdoor dining space, 3 partially wooded acres, 2 large yards for games as well as 20 mile views from the outdoor fire pit.
The Lodge was created over 32 months by local artisans and Amish cabinet makers and carpenters. Native wood timbers were utilized throughout the Lodge with quarter sawn white oak flooring, hemlock timbers and floating stair treads, and native black and English walnut live edge 10' pub table and coffee table.

This house had everything and more. A gorgeous retreat with all we could ask for for a football weekend with great friends.

The property is beautifully built and maintained. The kitchen is lavishly furnished, with everything you could want for cooking for a large crowd. We had 11 adults and 11 children staying for various parts of a week, and the owner made it work out seamlessly by providing extra beds as necessary. It rained nonstop for three days, but we still had a great time because there were so many things to do in the house (pool, ping pong, Foosball, board games, etc.).

10 of us traveled from Atlanta to celebrate my moms 90th birthday with the rest of my family. This home was beyond AMAZING! The attention to detail that the owners provided was more than any rental we have stayed in. The basement had enough entertainment for everyone, I spent some time playing my favorite Highschool game, Galaga; my kids were impressed.
This home had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms had everything needed. The master toilet, WOW! We will have one in our master very soon. The most comfortable beds, the laundry room stocked with 2 sets of washer and dryers and all the supplies needed.
When I say “attention to detail” this review does not come close to explaining all the amazing things the owners thought of.

My siblings and I got our parents a weekend together. The house had a great vibe (per the teens), plenty of space, plenty of things to keep everyone entertained and in a beautiful location. Eric was a fabulous host. My parents were very delighted with our stay!

It was clean and remarkably well maintained — it seemed like it was brand new. Despite being a rental property, the kitchen was spotless, and there were not even the minor scratches and dings that we expect to see in a rental home The owners clearly put a lot of thought into what would be convenient for us, with small, helpful amenities throughout the house. There were great entertainment options including the game room, and the expansive front and back yard, which were great for the kids to play in. There was plenty of room inside, so everyone could have their own space, but it was also very easy to gather in the common areas. We had a great day and I would certainly recommend this beautiful house in a nice setting.

Your Lodge is incredible in just about every way! It is well designed for entertaining large parties and is well equipped with all the necessities. The views are great, especially at sunset. Besides food, the lodge had everything we needed in abundance, and kids and adults both had a great time. Absolutely the cleanest vacation house that we've ever rented. We had 16 adults and my 9 month old granddaughter. Everyone had a great time! The place was beyond clean. My wife is a clean freak and it passed her white glove test! The amenities were great and we used all of them. The owners/managers were in contact with us whenever we needed them. It was a weekend we’ll all talk about for years to come!

I cannot convey how amazing this lodge is. We had a group of 15 and had well more than enough space for everyone. Correspondence with Eric was totally seamless and he even accommodated a slightly earlier checkin which was very much appreciated. I would return here 10 times out of 10.

What an amazing house! Fourteen of us from three families stayed here for a PSU football weekend and it couldn’t have been better. Eric and Genny were so easy to communicate with and were so flexible with our check in/check out times. It’s in a super tranquil location with an easy 18 minute ride into the heart of State College. We all would happily stay here again!

This house and property are incredible. The pictures are beautiful but it’s even better in person. We stayed here with a large group of extended family for a Penn State football game but we almost didn’t want to leave because the house had all the fun we needed. The game room was stocked with plenty of entertainment and the deck was lovely. The sunsets were gorgeous from the huge windows in the living room. The house is an easy drive to campus and Beaver Stadium and we were even able to avoid most of the game day traffic. Eric and Genny were very accommodating hosts; the house is so well cared for and they have everything you need ready and waiting for your group to enjoy. Book this place now, it’s a gem!

This home is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect location for our family gathering! We made use of the huge chef's kitchen, multiple dining areas, the game tables downstairs, and the fire pit. All was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and just gorgeous. The owners answered all of our questions to help us plan our weekend and were fantastic to work with! Highly recommend!

Two gets getting engaged at Penn State and the lodge provided the proper space for the two families and friends to interact. We had a wonderful stay at this home! The host was excellent to communicate with and the home had everything we needed to accommodate our large group. The house had everything we needed to cook big dinners, keep our teens entertained, and little touches to feel welcomed by the host. Our family is scattered across a large swath of the eastern United States, and we decided to find a place to hold Thanksgiving together. 15 of us came to the lodge and had an amazing experience. Great place. Everyone was comfortably Accommodated. Amazing kitchen and common spaces. Host was both timely and responsive to inquiries and requests. I don’t know if we’ll be able to pull everyone together again, but if we do this would be a heck of a place to repeat the experience.

Wow! What an amazing property. Communications with the owner were great. The house had everything you could want. In my experience, little things make a big difference and they were all taken care of (bluetooth speakers for music, shampoo and soap in the showers, high end everything, nice outdoor furniture, pantry supplies, two washers and two dryers in the laundry, internet, TV streaming services, and more). Just a great experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. A number of the guests in our party want to rent it in the future for their upcoming events.

Great house. So much common space for a big group. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Plus a fire pit with wood. 25 minute drive to downtown state college. Worth staying here for the great house, even though it’s a bit further.

This lodge is outstanding in every respect: Brand new and beautiful home on a scenic property, marvelously well-detailed and well-stocked, and a friendly and communicative owner.
The interior design is terrific, as is the game room downstairs. It was a terrific gathering place for 16 of us who came together for a college graduation ceremony, and we very much hope to visit again.

Overall great experience! The lodge was well kept and was able to accommodate all 14 of us comfortably. Eric was helpful, and made it known if we needed anything or had any questions, he was just a phone call away. A+ customer service! You will feel spoiled with the amount of entertainment options available. Our only regret was not utilizing the fire pit area. I highly recommend staying here

The perfect getaway!
We rented this property with family ages 3-80 and all had a wonderful time! It was a family get together in the perfect meet-in-the-middle location and offered everything we were looking for. The property was immaculately kept, bedrooms and bathrooms were in perfect condition, all with bright, clean linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need for the weekend. Eric was the perfect host, and responded very quickly before and during our stay (not that we needed anything since the house was great!). We loved the game area downstairs, and the main floor offered all the amenities we needed. We all enjoyed the stunning sunset through the beautiful windows. And so many good restaurant options close by. All good things to say! Thank you for hosting us!
